Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, kept getting clogged. Complaints were made and workers had excuses for all complaints. Robes were stained upon arrival, looks like make up!!

The beach was beautiful along with all of the pools. I did get a massage and Brianna did an amazing job. The buffet was not for me, but I did enjoy the Kulinarium restaurant and the steakhouse. The room was clean and in a great location. I would stay at this location again plus the staff was really nice.

The swim up bar area needs more attention. Entertainment not that great. Music not as good as expected.
