Their steam, indoor pool and sauna was out of service the entire time we stayed there. They gave us free parking instead. Staff was very friendly however.

Great property. 10 minute walk to the city, has a great pool area that serves food & beverages. The restaurant upstairs was good & has a great view. Rooms clean & up to date. There is valet parking with a parking garage, offers electric charging as well. The top floors of the hotel are privately owned residences.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay. We took the train from Lisbon and it was right above the station which was very convenient. It was a 15 min walk or so from Cascais which we appreciated because it was less touristy and quiet. The staff was friendly and it was easy to get around with uber. The pool is lovely and not crowded. It’s only 59 rooms so it felt cozier. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice location, excellent facilities. We were originally concerned about the train tracks but it was no issue whatsoever, and our room was at the end next to the train station. Don’t let that deter you.

Wow! This hotel is hands down amazing. When I first arrived I was greeted and taken care of right away. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and thank goodness this hotel has AC. The spa was excellent I took an 7 hour nap after lol. The pool was small but I think it’s a decent size to just relax and jump in to cool off. The room service was quick and I love that you needed key cards to access anywhere in the building. I would stay here again thank you!

What an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding and couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. We were there for an occasion and the staff went out of their way to make it very special. The location was stunning with a 180 degree sea view, and very conveniently located beside a train stop and the boardwalk between Cascais and Estoril. The poor was really lovely with comfy loungers and poolside service. The rooms are really beautiful and spotlessly clean. The food is delicious. Breakfast is buffet as well as a la carte. We also had dinner one night and that was very tasty in a stunning setting. The hotel is not cheap but boy do you get value for money. We loved it and would highly recommend!!

They saw three generations traveling and upgraded us to upper floor for gorgeous ocean views of Cascais to the right and Estoril to the left. Would definitely visit again.

5 star accommodations and service. Excellent breakfast. We ate at the restaurant for the special new year's eve dinner - it was excellent. We did not try the regular menu. Neighborhood is superb - 10 min walk to the center of Cascais on the walkway by the ocean. Easy uber (25-30 min) or train (45 min) into Lisbon. Train runs in front of the hotel, however, despite being on the second floor, the soundproofing was outstanding - could not hear the trains pass. Rooms are updated and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Lisbon.

Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff,room and restaurant were great. The only downside is the access to the beach where you have to walk a ways and through the train stop to reach a nice beach. The staff was a big highlight and we loved our room.

After reading so many reviews booked this hotel on this site despite being an IHG member The room was great the front desk staff very good We had a premier ocean view but in arrival upgrades to junior suite . The room was lovely and the front desk staff also very welcoming All was going well till the next morning when we were woken up by the sounds of a train. This woke us up. Nobody mentions in any review that the train stops outside the hotel throughout the day I was on a romantic holiday with my wife first time without the kids and this was not what we expected paying over Euro 490 a night. I spoke to reception to see if we could check out a day early and although it was a pay at hotel reservation they said after speaking to the manage because I booked through hotels.com they could not cancel. They actually told me that they didn’t get many complaints about the noise The train literally stops less then 100 yards from the pool. ! Beware I have stayed at many intercontinental hotels and they have been very flexible with date change even if booked on hotels.com. Because of this experience I will not be staying at any intercontinental hotel again I chose the intercon because it was an international brand . I am shocked that after my complaint they would not let us leave a day early I moved to Grand Real Villa Italia ( which I had been looking at before I booked anything ) and what a difference Would recommend this any time over the Intercon

It was amazing! Sofia and Sara were awesome from day one through the entire stay! They assisted in arranging a day trip on short notice which was fantastic and arranged a schedule that was just right for us. The beach and location were perfect! Thank you everyone at the ICH for an amazing stay

Excelente hotel, estrutura maravilhosa, porem o gerente de plantao goi mal educado e expulsou meu sobrinho de 5 anos que estava comigo me acompanha anhando, sendo que em nenhum momento me recusei a pagar a estadia na piscina. A postura do gerente foi extremamente deselegante, espero que o hotel tome uma atitude em relação a esta situação desagradável, no restante, o hotel é excelentes

Had high expectations from this property and they did not live up to it. We were there for three nights and our rooms AC could not cool the room. They gave us two fans to help us sleep. They could not help us with this issue. Also we had a breakfast plan which gave you a choice of buffet and or ala carte . We were sitted down but did not get cofee served for 40 minutes for two of these days. We therefore could only eat at the buffet as breakfast was closing in twenty mins. We felt they had no regards for guest experience. Disappointing for sure.
