Hôtel bien situé à qques mètres de là mer et tout transfert Malheureusement pendant notre séjours hôtel à subir les travaux très bruyants Pas possible de se reposé pendant la journée. La salle de petit déjeuner petite et les tables très mal disposées On se cogne trop Petit déjeuner toujours pareil

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Parking is difficult. The "onsite" is a narrow ramp leading to <5 very tight spaces. Best to street park in the hotel spaces in front of the lobby, but they fill up fast (maybe 3-4 spaces).

L’Hotel Alvorada est situé en face d’un Casino. Aucun impact du Casino sur la tranquillité des lieux. Nous avons utilisé le stationnement payant du Casino en face de l’hôtel pour stationner l’auto, l’espace gratuit associé à l’hôtel étant très limité et compliqué. Accueil correct sans plus. Chambre propre avec un certain niveau d’usure. Il fut utilisé comme solution de repli, étant incapable d’occuper l’hébergement initialement prévu. Hôtel quand même bien situé non loin de la mer et de certains coins branchés de Cascaïs (à 5 min en auto).

Great hotel! So little parking spaces…

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber mit kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, desto kleiner das Auto, desto besser. Zimmer war top, extrem groß, mit Balkon. Alles sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück einfach, aber okay. Man ist mit dem Zug in ner knappen halben Stunde im zentrum von Lissabon. Gute Italienische Restaurants direkt neben dem Hotel. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Und super schnell am Strand.

On the plus side, this hotel has been refurbished in a modern style and is reasonably well equipped, although it lacks a bar or restaurant. However, the area around there is very well served by restaurants, cafés and bars and the hotel is directly in front of the casino and gardens, and so is excellently located. Additionally, the hotel has a lower level open air car park secured by a gate that you access with a code. What lets this hotel down mainly is the pool quality of staff at the reception. It wasn’t clear whether they were poorly trained or just didn’t care but the service that they offered was very poor. For instance, the instructions on how to utilise the electronic safe in the room was inadequate. When I asked the reception staff for help the only response I got was that they didn’t know what to do either as the safes were relatively new. That’s really not an excuse! Also, although the room was equipped with cups and a kettle, pods were required and had to be paid for, with a dispenser machine located in reception. However, when I asked them to break a €10 note so I could get change for the machine, unbelievably they said they didn’t have any change. It’s things like this, and the absence of any towel hooks in the bathroom or any kind of entrance to the lower level car park (you have to walk around the building and go through the gate like the cars do) the stops this being what I would rate to be a good hotel. These things are easily remedied but I haven’t been

L hotel a oublier nous préciser, qu ils dont en plein travaux d agrandissement. Petit déjeuner moyen .pas tres appétissant. Sinon tres bien située. Transports a proximité.

The shower stall was utterly ridiculous!!! Narrow that I could barely get in or out (room 213) totally unusable glad to send you a pic. Another frustrating item was the parking structure I had to help 3 people park their cars . Will not stay again at this place.

A localização é ótima, mesmo em frente ao casino Estoril, o staff ótimo, o estacionamento é pequeno, felizmente tinha zero carros além do meu e temos que sair do carro para colocar o código de acesso,tanto na entrada como na saída. O pequeno almoço custa 7,5 euros, não tem sumo de laranja natural,mas tirando isso é razoável. Analisando Relação qualidade/preco, recomendo.

Agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté des chambres. Literie confortable. A proximité de la plage, du casino, de la gare ferroviaire où nous avons pu apprécier les illuminations et les balades.

Óptima localização. Embora a decoração/infraestrutura esteja desactualizada o espaço é amplo e confortável. Especial atenção às senhoras da limpeza, óptima atenção e cuidado, além de muito simpáticas e prestativas.

Maravilhosa, funcionários muito receptivos e bem educados. Quartos limpos e muito bem arrumados. Café da manhã perfeito, localização não tem melhor. Pra mim é o melhor hotel da Europa

Great rooms and clean…..

Great. Way more room than expected. Clean.

Great location, very helpful staff. The hotel rooms are very old and not well maintained. Cleanliness was poor, bathroom plug holes full of hair and water wasnt draining through. The bathroom door was dirty and had hairs all over it. Not the best hotel for the price. Find an alternative if you can.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Hotel Alvorada in Estoril. The location is handy to the train and beach, and overlooks the casino and park grounds. While the rooms are a bit older, the whole hotel is sparkling clean, and the staff are friendly. We were lucky enough to have room facing the park, and the view was a delight.

Very clean and very comfortable. Very good location right next to one of the biggest Casinos in Europe and close to amenities and the beach. Some noisy neighbours in the next rooms, but nothing too serious.

We stayed in the new section which is beautiful. This hotel would have been 10/10 if the air-conditioning worked, or the evening staff would come and investigate.

No info about public transport, places of interest etc Small bath towelsl. No rail to hang them up after use. Small shower

Hotel Alvorada tem a nova ala com ótima qualidade das instalações e a antiga ala que tem uma vista privilegiada do Estoril. Ou seja até acabar as obrar poderá escolher entre qualidade de habitação renovada ou beleza cênica

Arrived at hotel, greeted by very helpful, smart and friendly staff. Room was better than expected, large and roomy. I would certainly highly recommend this hotel.

We love, love, love this hotel. The views, from the balcony, of the casino, park, ocean, and sunrise (or sunset) are absolutely lovely from the third or fourth floors. We find the rooms to be spacious, and the location handy. It is a lovely 20-min stroll, along the boardwalk, to Cascais. We find the rooms to be spacious and well-maintained, and the staff willing to help. We will be back (again)...

Hotel in Laufweite zum Strand. Nachts relativ laut. Zimmer abgewohnt...Bad alt

Dreieinhalb Sterne Bewertung wären akkurater. Das Personal ist freundlich, Frühstück ist gut und günstig. Die Infrastruktur ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Türen sind sehr alt und knarzen. Der Wasserhahn hatte sich gelöst und hing nur so über dem Becken vor sich hin.

Staff was fabtastic

Très bon hôtel, le seul problème c'est que certaines personnes à l'accueil ont du mal à parler "anglais" au minima ce qui ne rend pas facile les échanges, et ne connaissent pas toujours bien les "services" aux alentours.

breakfast buffet is very good, sausage, bread are delicious, parking is convenient. Good location, walk to ocean. The staff is friendly, provided early check-in for us. The only thing I don't like is no electric kettle provided.

Simple accommodations. Nothing fancy. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. We had just stayed in the Hotel Evolution, which is a beautiful hotel from a visual perspective, but the staff were awful. The hotel Alvorada was much plainer and simpler, but the staff were much kinder.

The best staff, extremely helpful and friendly. They would do anything for us. They even got us an emergency taxi when our pre booked airport shuttle didn't turn up.

The glass door did not lock...felt unsafe. The staff did not respond to my concern. The staff did not allow early registration. The staff accepted my luggage in the morning.

Close to Casino Estoril, clean and basic hotelroom

Muito bem localizado, em frente ao cassino, vista belíssima, mt perto da estação de trem, o bairro muito bom, calmo. Muito bom, recomendo !

Delightful, I fancy, clean and convenient at an affordable price. Modestly priced breakfast on site a lovely surprise.

Bel emplacement près du casino et de la plage. Excellent service et bon buffet déjeuner.

Stort og fint rom, men for mange feil. Doen bare rant. Måtte banke i den for at flotøren skulle virke. Var for få håndklær, dag to hadde de ikke lagt igjen noen håndklær i hele tatt. Dårlig frokost. Kortet virket ikke inn til frokostsalen. Dessverre for mange feil, selv om det var mye sorry…det som trekker opp er beliggenheten. Ville nok sett etter noe annet.
