Very good location - everything was great! Only suggestions are about your fitness facility - temp is kept too warm in the room and there is a lock code on the thermostat - also I was super surprised to not see a set of dumbbells - def would suggest the property make the very small investment to give real options to people that want more than a treadmill and basic cable machine.

This Hotel is cleaned and the location is great. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Flagstaff. The only down side is paying for parking fees.

The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us.

I killed two cockroaches in the bathroom during a one night stay and as I was walking out of the hotel with my service animal the morning manager made a point to stop me and ask me if the animal was registered with them and what room I was staying. I gave him the information and I told him I gave notice of the service animal during check in. He was demanding and rude. Unnecessary. So many options in Flagstaff, it turned me off to them.

Long black hairs on the bed sheet and bathroom sink. Thermostat on wall doesn’t control air conditioner. Set at 69 and room strayed at 74 the whole day. I wanted a banana at 8am but none were left. No microwave to heat up cold butter and syrup so had to eat cold waffles.

Our room was situated above the laundry room so the floor shook during the day. Even though we had a non-smoking room the space smelt like smoke from drawing in air from outside where staff or people smoked down below. The bathroom floor had dark hair all over it from the previous stay which made us wonder how clean the entire place really was. The staff was great except for a manager not communicating with desk staff about us using the meeting room for zoom calls...the manager abruptly interrupted while in the meeting room and said they needed to use it after giving us the go ahead for the day. A bit disappointing overall other than it is close to town.

Overall the experience was very pleasant, my only observation is that the elevator smelled dirty all the time and the carpet inside the elevator looked disgusting as if it hadn’t been cleaned or washed in for ever! Other than that our stay was good.

I am a very picky traveler. I spend at least a couple of hours reviewing reviews about hotels before I pick one in a particular area. I read over and over again that this particular property was extremely clean. One reviewer said it was the cleanest hotel she had ever been in. Well, I can vouch for the reviews myself, this was probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. If I ever come back to Flagstaff, I will definitely come back to this hotel. If you are picky and you want it to smell good and look good and be well maintained and immaculate, then I recommend country inn and suites on Mike’s Pike.

Comfortable bed, pillows, and towels. Huge room. Bathroom was a little small and crowded, just because of the way the bathroom door opened into it. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. It’s only a few blocks to the historic downtown area. This was our second stay here. We’ll be back for the next time!

Nice newish hotel with good staff at the front desk. My room was quite large. The free breakfast was pretty good. It’s across the street from the University and pretty close to the Old Historic district of Flagstaff.

The beds were hard as rocks. Hips and shoulders were in agony. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. Second time here and won't be back. Sleep is number one in a hotel.

Unprofessional rude front desk. Not only was she terrible to us but we saw how she treated other guests. The area is competitive for hotels. I have my favorites but thought I would give this hotel a try; never again. There’s way nicer, friendlier hotels in Flagstaff.

Excellent stay! I met with family from other states in Flagstaff and the decision to stay in this hotel added teh success of our family holiday gathering. Daniel from FD and Maria from the housekeeping dept are two professionals who are friendly and reliable. Maria is very commendable and honest. She even chased us downstairs to return our handbag that was accidentally left in one of our rooms! Thank you so much!

The Country Inn is a beautiful and modern hotel. However, I left my AirPods here and now they have been stolen out of the Hotel room. Stupid only that I see them in the Where is app from Apple and they are still in Flagstaff. The staff did not take care of it further. Thus, we can not recommend the hotel. Basics such as forgotten items must never be stolen by staff and the bad handling of guests should not be so. Too bad!

This property was extremely clean which is very important to me for my family. The breakfast was yummy with many options. We walked to dinner at Beaver St Brewery, which was delicious. The location was a 2 min walk to the NAU campus and 5 min car drive to the NAU Bookstore. We will definitely be visiting the Country Inn & Suites again highly recommend it for families.

We love staying here. This was my third stay. It’s clean. The people are nice. The pool is in doors. The free breakfast is simple but hits everyone’s needs. The only thing I wish they would add is non dairy yogurt. I don’t do pork and I know I’m weird but I don’t like the taste of eggs. Having another source of protein from a non dairy yogurt would be great.

Very clean, seems new or recently remodeled. Room a good size. Breakfast was a lot better than many other similar hotels in terms of quality and selections. Early arrivals get covered parking. A couple things that would have made this hotel great: 1) the mini fridge in my room wasn’t on and I couldn’t find settings for it. I put my things on ice instead 2) there was only decaf coffee in my room :( 3) window wasn’t openable and I like fresh air.
