Hôtel propre, confortable, avec parking gratuit. Un peu loin du centre-ville mais à proximité du tram, pratique peu cher et facile d'utilisation. Petit déjeuner très bien, varié, bien achalandé. Je n'ai pas déjeuner. Employés très sympathiques, serviables, professionnels, toujours souriant. Ils se sont mis à ma portée pour comprendre mon Anglais très mauvais. Surtout Dalia que j'ai trouvé adorable. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Prague, je pense reprendre une chambre dans cet hôtel.

깔끔하고 트램 타기 좋은 위치에 있어 프라하중심까지 트램으로 30분정도 걸렸어요. 호텔 앞과 옆에 주차장이 넓게 있어서 편했고 무료라서 더욱 좋았어요. 응대해주는 직원들도 친절하고 시설이 깨끗해서 좋았지만, 헤어&바디샴푸가 비어있어서 요청해야했고, 핸드폰 충전기를 꽂을곳이 침대 근처에 없어서 불편했어요

Rooms are clean, staff nice and efficient, bkfast good and the gym is great. Tram 22 takes you to the old town in 20 min. Overall a good place to stay.

Nach drei Nächte zu viert haben wir gemischte Gefühle: Pro: Das Hotel liegt günstig, zur Straßenbahn Nr.22, die in die Stadt fährt sind es ein paar Meter, ebenfalls zum großen Shopping Center mit Tesco Supermarkt und einem DM sowie zum Waschsalon. Für Fußballfans ist es besonders cool direkt am Stadion das Jubeln mitzubekommen. Grundsätzlich war alles sauber und ordentlich und alle sehr nett, Parken ist kostenlos möglich. Für Zölliakie Betroffene ist genügend Essensauswahl da und alle wissen gut Bescheid. Contra: Leider ist das 4- Bett Familienzimmer, in dem wir untergebracht waren, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war auf der hinteren Seite, also Richtung Stadion mit Blick auf eine Art „Zwischenhof“. Das schlimme daran war für uns, das wir kein Fenster öffnen konnten, da dies nicht vorgesehen war- zwar gibt es eine Klimaanlage, bei der man auch die Temperatur einstellen kann, aber abgesehen vom lauten Geräusch und dem Umweltaspekt ist das auch nicht das, was ich mir unter einem Familienzimmer vorstelle. Das Bad war groß, aber die Dusche ziemlich oll. Auf Frage nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurden uns stattdessen Gutscheine angeboten, weil kein freies 4-er Zimmer zur Verfügung stand. Alternativ wurde uns vorgeschlagen, zwei neue Doppelzimmer buchen zu können- was preislich nicht für uns in Frage kam. Demnach haben wir die Gutscheine genutzt und das wirklich sehr leckere Essen genossen. Fazit: Nur dann nochmal, wenn klar ist das es nicht wieder dieses Zimmer wird.

I was returning from the Ukraine border after 14 days of working with refugees. I placed almost my entire clothing into the hotel laundry process before 1000 on the first morning. We had not had any access to showers or laundry facilities whilst on the border of ukraine so this was something i looked forward to. I was disappointed to find out that my laundry was sent late and subsequently lost leaving me to travel for the next two days in my only set of un laundered clothing. The missing laundry is to be posted to myhome address.

Parkplatz zu klein, nur minimal bewacht, da die Kameras nur einen kleinen Bereich abdecken. Der Rest parkt im Dreck, Schlammbildung bei Regen, da gibt es Luft nach oben...

Otelin 100 mt ilerisinde Tesco alışveriş merkezi bulunmaktadır. 100 mt ilerisinde tramway durağı var ve buradan 22 numaralı araca binilirse Prag ın en güzel yerlerine gidip gezebilirsiniz. Otel odaları her gün temizleniyor. Odanın büyüklüğü hava alması güzel. Bunun yanında muftaktaki personel resepsiyondaki personel güler yüzlü ve sorunları hemen çözebiliyor.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber.

I always come back to this hotel. Transport is around the corner, there is a shopping centre near-by, everybody is very friendly, all is clean, breakfast is amazing.This time I had a problem with TV and partly with aircon, but next day all has been solved and received small discount as well. Very goodservice. I will be definitely back.;)

Far from city attractions. Breakfast was plentiful but mediocre at best. We requested a king bed but got two twins put together making sheets and comforter very uncomfortable. No English language TV programming. Staff, however, was courteous and good.

The room was number 107, apparently is where the cleaning service meet up at 7a.m. There is not enough light for working in the room. Workers in general polite

Every thing up to par, except the noise isolation, you can hear the conversation from the next room. Also, the noise from children running in the corridor some times annoying.

This hotel was suitable for our needs and close to food outlets. We found it very hot in our room (quite uncomfortable at times). Breakfast was adequate

lack of USB ports and socket plugs. The sockets were so hard to get to and only one on the left side of the bed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and spacious in a great location.

Family room is a bit small but clean and silent (if you disconnect the fridge). You cannot open the window (for security reasons) but air cannot be refresh. Breakfastis good with plenty of choice but make sure you go early otherwise it can be busy. Coffee is good but the machine did not work every time. Overall not bad but I will not come back here (hotel is too busy)

Zweckmässige Einrichtung, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

Wir waren am 21.12.23 bereits auf dem Weg nach Prag zum Hotel. Wir haben 350km Anreise. Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir am Rundfunkgerät gehört, dass in Prag ein Amoklauf stattgefunden hat mit einigen Toten. Wir haben sofort an der nächsten Ausfahrt auf der Autobahn gewendet und sind wieder zurück gefahren. Uns war die Gefahr zu groß, dass uns vor Ort etwas passiert. Das Hotel hat uns weder die Übernachtung noch den Parkplatz und auch nicht das Frühstück erstattet. Die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe und das Hotelteam hat nur eine einzige Mail verschickt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. So werden normale Bürger über den Tisch gezogen. Kassieren für eine Leistung (speziell Parkplatz und Frühstück), die nie in Anspruch genommen wurde.

The place is nice and in a good location. The only thing, and it’s a big one - the housekeeping either stole or threw away a bag of packaged food we had brought, that had several items in it. It was on the desk in a bag, nowhere near the garbage can. After some negotiation, the desk staff did compensate us with meals at the restaurant. But the items should not have gone missing in the first place.

Good location adjacent to a suburban shopping centre. Good public transport options with the trams being a 2 minute walk away. Helpful Reception staff also.

Altid rart at være på hotellet - meget venligt personale - rigtig god service, og hotellet ligger rigtigt godt for offenlig transport
