This massive property is very well located just 5 minutes from the beach. It has a elegant 1980's vibe. The rooms are nice and big, the amenities are ok, although the gym is super small and not well equipped, as well as the spa area. There are 2 swimming pools (inside and outside). It is very close to everything and the hotel provides free bicycles for the guests, which is very convenient. I would highly recommend Patrizia Beach across the street, partner with the hotel and a really nice place to relax on the beach.

This is a lovely apart suite hotel near the beach between towns of viareggio and forte dei Marni- the rooms are lovely and it has very nice common areas and gardens and a lovely roof terrace. V clean and good quality sheets and towels. It has a heated indoor pool and tennis and padel courts too- all complimentary -and free use of the hotel bikes if you want to get into either town.

very helpful team. the property is convenient for a good choice of restaurants and the beach but you need a car to visit the area. the only downside was a couple of days during our stay there were conferences which meant parking was difficult.

Restaurant food is great and accommodating for dietary requirements. Only downside is that the beach is basically inaccessible, you can’t even see it. There are loads of private beach clubs blocking it from public access.

Such a great find! Great staff and location. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was included and had such a nice selection for our family. Rooftop has a cool vibe on Friday nights. The Patrizia beach club across the street is affiliated with the hotel so it makes it very easy to enjoy the shore. The feel of the hotels in heart of FDM, but more relaxed.

Wir waren ausserhalb der Saison da. Viele Restaurants und Hotels waren noch in der Winterpause, daher war es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig. Strand war noch nicht bestuhlt, daher kann ich dazu keine Aussage machen. Das Hotel hätte definitiv ein Facelift nötig, aber es war immer alles tiptop sauber und aufgeräumt. Etwas schade war auch, dass die Auswahl im Hotelrestaurant und an der Bar recht eingeschränkt war, da ausser Saison. So war es recht schwierig, etwas in der näheren Umgebung zu finden.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my Family of 6. The hotel staff and service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. The room only had 1 washroom for 6 people which was challenging. The pool was large and not busy. Their roof top restaurant was definitely worth trying. The view and the food were both excellent. The beach club the hotel recommended and booked was right across the street and easy to access.

Camera ubicata al primo piano con balcone sul magazzino merci e servizi sembrava di essere in un deposito di un supermercato . La cosa peggiore che era così rumoroso il via vai dei mezzi che anche con la finestra chiusa la sveglia era alle 7,30 Per non parlare della vista neanche sul giardino ....... Assolutamente un prezzo esagerato per una camera con queste caratteristiche ,certamente non da 4 stelle. Male anche il ristorante sul terrazzo l'unica cosa commestibile era il filetto ai ferri terrificante invece il pesce spada e le varie salse anche qui assolutamente non allineato la qualità prezzo Discreta invece la colazione.

Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a junior suite which was a fantastic room. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the pool area was very nice. The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. We availed of the free bike hire a few times too. In short, everything you could want in a hotel.

I loved everything about this property. The beach is very close, max 10 minutes walk. As I was here mid October, the beach was quiet,empty and beautiful. The breakfast was great, both the food and the environment. You can eat in the inside area or outside, both very pleasant. You really find everything you need in terms of food and drinks. We were upgraded to an apartment. While it faced the back of the property, we didn't really mind. It was very pleasant with a massive balcony. The shower was good. With a bath and not a shower cabin but that was fine. There was a washing machine there, a dishwasher in the kitchen. Big TV, comfortable bed, large storage space. The outside and also surrounding areas are also beautiful, palm trees lead you out from the hotel area almost straight to the beach. The parking is spacious. The staff was very helpful. A separate mention goes to the roof restaurant. We checked it during the day, nothing is there as it's closed but the view is great and it was so nice just sitting there in the sun. Then it's tranformed in the evening and it's a very cosy restaurant. The prices are not cheap but also expected. Very polite and professional service, great food. I also tried the wellness area which was very nice and clean. The pool area outside is also great. I loved everything and I just wished I could have stayed a bit longer. p.s.Pisa is about 30mins drive if you can drag yourself away from this fantastic hotel.

Rengøringen - 10. Morgenmad - 10, både mad og betjening var i top. Restaurant/service - 7, der var våde hynder ved poolrestauranten, salt og peber var tomme, og blev aldrig fyldt op. Samarbejdet mellem tjenerne, var ikke synligt, så enten manglede vi det ønskede, ellers blev vi spurgt flere gange om samme ting. Værelserne - 9, dog ærgerligt at der på værelserne blev reklameret for ekstra service så som exfollierene produkter / badesalt, men dette var ikke bestilt hjem, og kom slet ikke. Lidt for dyrt i forhold til niveau. Men alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse.

Das Nachtessen im Restaurant bei der Roof Top Bar war nicht befriedigend. Das Rindsfilet war sehr fein. Nach 3x nachfragen haben wir das Gemüse erhalten und der Kräuterbutter, der gemäss Karte ebenfalls dabei gewesen wäre, war nicht erhältlich. Die Pommes, die wir anstelle des Jacked Potatoe bestellt hatten, wurden zum vollen Preis zusätzlich verrechnet. Die Einzelbetten konnten nicht bereit gestellt werden. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. When we checked in, we were given a horrible room on the first floor that faced a wall. We were also next to a family with a baby who would not stop crying. When we asked for a room change, the front desk simply said "the baby will not cry for 24 hours straight" and then proceeded to tell me they could not change our room because they were "booked over the weekend". However, our reservation was from Tuesday through Saturday? I don't understand. Then, we had a problem with the AC unit not working in our room. They brought maintenance in after 10pm to try and fix it. Luckily it was temporarily over night fix. Overall, we were not pleased with the service of this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

Versilia Lido is a perfect spot for Italian holidays. Hotel is located next to a beach with fantastic beach clubs and very close to many beautiful towns like Lucca, Pietrasanta or Cinque Terre making it perfect spot for exploration. The hotel roof top bar and restuarant is it true secret with amazing food and even more amazing drinks, it's a perect spot to relax while watching beautiful sunsets. Diego and Daniele are looking after all guest making sure you have the best dinining experiece and the cocktails prepared by Daniele are to die for. For breakfast there is good variety of options even if you have food intolerances. Reception staff is super helpful and can provide great tips about the local area and they are happy to assist when you need help. We have recived great support when our car broke down from Jessica, Elena and Mateo who helped with all the arrangements and took all the presure from us so we could still enjoy our holiday withtout a worry. Rooms are comfortable, clean and specious. On the top of all of that there are complimentary tennis courts and bikes available to all guests. We had a great time at Versilia Lido, what made our stay so special is very passionate and carring team.

An excellent hotel with super service. It was easy to get to from Pisa and allowed a day trip to Florence. The fixtures and fittings were superior and the grounds were very well maintained. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts and sundowners on the terrace of our room. We would certainly return!
