Check-in from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Check-out before 10:00 AM Payment in full must be completed prior to arrival in order to confirm your booking. All bookings are non-refundable. This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival. Taxes included. Breakfast not included. General: No curfew No pets allowed. No children allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. HOSTEL HOUSE RULES These rules are designed to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all our guests. 1. Identification A valid passport is the only accepted form of ID. Driver’s licences or other IDs are not accepted. If you cannot provide a valid passport at check-in, we will not be able to check you in, and your booking will not be refundable. 2. Security Deposit & Late Check-In A $40 card hold is required on the day of arrival as a security deposit. It will be released at check-out if no rules have been broken. If you plan to arrive after reception hours (10.30pm), please inform us and check your email as you will receive the information required to access the hostel and the room. Kindly come to reception the following morning to finalize your booking. A $40 hold will be placed on your card **before arrival** in order to receive late check-in instructions. 3. Check-Out Check-out must be completed by **10:00 AM**. Please do not leave rubbish inside lockers or capsules. 4. Kitchen & Common Areas Please keep all shared spaces clean and tidy: - Wash, dry, and put away all items you use - Do not leave anything in the sink - Do not leave rubbish around the hostel - Fridge: All food must be stored in a cooling bag and clearly labelled with Name / Room Number / Check-out Date Unlabelled items may be discarded or moved to the “Free Food” section. 5. Food & Drinks in Rooms No food or drinks (except water) are allowed inside the rooms. 6. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building. Please use the designated outdoor area only. 7. Alcohol & Noise No alcohol, parties, or loud gatherings are allowed anywhere on the premises after 9:00 PM. 8. Beds & Rooms Do not change beds or rooms without prior approval from Reception. 9. Non-Refundable Bookings All bookings are non-refundable. 10. Damage & Cleaning Fees A $400 fine applies for any damage to mattresses or extra deep-cleaning required due to urine, vomit, faeces, or other avoidable damage. 11. Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors are permitted. 12. Failure to Follow the Rules If any rule is broken, staff may issue: - A first warning and the deposit may be retained - Further violations may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund
