The staff was very helpful, very willing to assist. The location is beyond excellent you take three steps in downtown Madrid everything is available to you. In our seven day trip we say at three different hotels mainly because of where we’re traveling to. our first night was at this hotel. and we regret not coming back to the hotel. We should’ve stayed at this hotel for our entire day.

Fantastic location, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and a comfortable room, I couldn’t ask for more. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was clean. The location was also very good. However the bed was possibly one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. I’ve slept on floors more comfortable. I could feel every spring in the bed. Also I was told that both the ice and vending machines were broken. The staff was helpful in pointing out a 24hr store across the street, but it was still an inconvenience that was unexpected.
