Lovely place to stay. The properties that had their own pools looked amazing. Our accommodation was spacious and clean. The air con was controlled by reception, you just ring them and they set it at your requested temperature. There are two pools. One for children, and one that is adults only (this has lovely views over the lake). Pool towels are provided in the room. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. All staff were polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking near the reception area and also underground parking. Easy walking distance to Bardolino and Garda.

Hotel is very nice and staff is friendly. We did however experience issues with the room. Arriving late we found the room ready with a small gift and the jacuzzi turned on, so first impression was very good. When we went to bed we could not turn on the heating, and as it was late we decided not to call for a technician at midnight. It was a chilly night, but when we mentioned next morning, we learned that heating was managed centrally, and the issue was that they forgot to turn it on.. Next topic was the turkish bath not working. We had a technician coming wery quickly, and it appeared to work. When we wanted to use it the following evening, it did however only work for 15 minutes, and then went in error again. Spa treatments were nice and offered value for money. The indoor pool area was more like a swimming pool than a spa area with a high noise level and kids playing. The hotel surroundings, the view and the location is very nice, but we did not have the suite experience we paid for.

struttura molto bella nel periodo estivo nel periodo invernale sconsigliato perché le camere sono lontane dalla struttura centrale ci vogliono diverso minuti a piedi e non c’è percorso coperto per accedere alla spa devi prendere accappatoio e ciabatte e portartele fino la dove ti cambi… ovviamente immaginate la scomodità al ritorno. la piscina sapeva talmente di cloro che abbiamo capito della sua esistenza dall’odore alla reception le camere gelide con comando centralizzato comandato dalla reception per scaldarle ci é voluto un giorno intero con condizionatore vetusto che faceva un casino

Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar praktisch aber nicht bequem. Große Gartenanlage, die aber etwas mehr Pflege bedarf. Wege ungekehrt und teilweise zugewachsen. Frühstück sehr gut und große Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Pool mit toller Aussicht aber leider auch etwas ungepflegt. Für einen Kurztrip in lauflage zum Zentrum Bardolino ok.

The Parc Germano Suites sit on a west facing hill-side with excellent views of Lake Garda. The complex is about ten-minutes walk from Bardelino along a somewhat busy road. The grounds are well tended. The staff are exemplary and were professional and very helpful throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed by our suite and by some of the facilities. We stayed in a suite with a private pool for which we paid a premium. The living accommodation was sparsely furnished. The main seating was a sofa-bed with not additional cushions and therefore little back support. We ended up bringing cushions and pillows off the bed to make it comfortable to sit on. I think that the suite had once had a kitchen. We had the impression that this had been removed and the work poorly finished. Very limited crockery was provided in the room. And when we ordered room service it arrived with disposable cutlery and no plates. A very large plant pot which was empty and I think belonged to the outside display was in the living room when we arrived and we had to move this outside. The suite caught strong sun in the afternoon but there was only a small sun-shade bedside the pool making it difficult to sit outside. At this price point (over 2,000 Euro for six nights) I would have expected an awning or other shade. The gym was poorly equipped. The cardiovascular equipment consisted of one stationary bike, one treadmill, and one slightly damaged cross-trainer. What I initially took to be

Exceeded expectations in every way - excellent location - just above the town but within easy walking distance. Loved the glass roof top bar / restaurant with great views of the lake / mountains in the distance. Food and drinks good value for money and excellent quality.

Excellent views to the lake and hills from the restaurant, but the hotel rooms were a little tired and the surrounding foliage quite overgrown. The lawn outside our apartment was full of long weeds and the hedge hungover the path. The bed was quite uncomfortable. A wide selection of options for breakfast but the heated stuff was usually cold. The hotel is a good 15-20 min walk uphill from Bardolino which can be quite challenging in the heat. There is no shuttle service.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft in einer großzügigen Parklandschaft. Absolut ruhig und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum und am See. Einziger Mangel ist die Sauberkeit des Frühstücksgeschirrs und der Aussenanlagen (Wege und Treppen im Zentralbereich)

Har vært der flere ganger tidligere hvor det har vært veldig bra. Nå ble vi meget skuffet. Det var bøss i kriker og kriker. Utemøbler trengte å oppgraderes, de var slitte og stygge. Ikke koselig å sitte ute ved leilighet. Personale i frokostsalen var svært lite imøtekomme. Frokosten har også tapt seg. Veldig synd. Etter vår mening er det ikke lenger 4 stjerner. Er ikke verdt døgnpris. Hadde med venner dit for første gang. Vi kommer ikke tilbake og vil ikke anbefale dette videre til andre venner og bekjente.

Die Suite mit eigenem Pool war schon besonders. Der Pool toll, die Terrasse wurde leider nicht gereinigt, somit im Zimmer immer dreckiger Fußboden. Gärtner und Hausmeister immer unterwegs, aber ist ist halt alles in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück: hier kommt man sich vor wie im Hundehotel: sehr viel bellende und kläffende Köter (ja ich mag keine Hunde) Rühreier glichen einer Suppe, Spiegelei hart, Saft billig, Obst aus der Konserve, aber gute Wurst Ob ich wieder komme? Eher nein

Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back.

Trevligt hotell med bra komfort. Vårt rum låg med en AC anläggning utanför som drog ned det hela lite. Flera lampor i rummen fungerade inte. Sängen lite hård men annars hade rummet det man behöver. Bra wifi signal i hela hotellet. Bra utbud på frukost. Gångavstånd till strand o restauranger.

Ruime woonkamer, grote slaapkamer, badkamer met aparte douche en ligbad. Door medewerker werden wij en bagage naar onze suite gebracht. Dit en het voorgaande maakte het verblijf onvergetelijk.

Das Apartment war okay. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet und der Preis für das Ambiente zu hoch angesetzt. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage in Ordnung. Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist eher mager und nicht sonderlich gut.

Es sind schöne Zimmer, viel Platz, geräumig. 2 Fernseher, Minibar, Terrassenmöbel, im Badezimmer, alles da! Auch wenn vieles schon paar Jahre steht, ist es gut erhalten und funktioniert. Wir waren das achte mal im Hotel Parc Germano Suites in Bardolino am Gardasee und waren, wie in den vergangenen Jahren schon, sehr zufrieden. Die Hotelcrew ist ohne Ausnahmen äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Hund ist immer willkommen und die Größe bzw. die Ausstattung der Suiten kommt den Bedürfnissen unseres vierbeinigen Begleiters sehr entgegen. Danke dafür!

The Parc Germano Suites sit on a west facing hill-side with excellent views of Lake Garda. The complex is about ten-minutes walk from Bardelino along a somewhat busy road. The grounds are well tended. The staff are exemplary and were professional and very helpful throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed by our suite and by some of the facilities. We stayed in a suite with a private pool for which we paid a premium. The living accommodation was sparsely furnished. The main seating was a sofa-bed with not additional cushions and therefore little back support. We ended up bringing cushions and pillows off the bed to make it comfortable to sit on. I think that the suite had once had a kitchen. We had the impression that this had been removed and the work poorly finished. Very limited crockery was provided in the room. And when we ordered room service it arrived with disposable cutlery and no plates. A very large plant pot which was empty and I think belonged to the outside display was in the living room when we arrived and we had to move this outside. The suite caught strong sun in the afternoon but there was only a small sun-shade bedside the pool making it difficult to sit outside. At this price point (over 2,000 Euro for six nights) I would have expected an awning or other shade. The gym was poorly equipped. The cardiovascular equipment consisted of one stationary bike, one treadmill, and one slightly damaged cross-trainer. What I initially took to be

Har vært der flere ganger tidligere hvor det har vært veldig bra. Nå ble vi meget skuffet. Det var bøss i kriker og kriker. Utemøbler trengte å oppgraderes, de var slitte og stygge. Ikke koselig å sitte ute ved leilighet. Personale i frokostsalen var svært lite imøtekomme. Frokosten har også tapt seg. Veldig synd. Etter vår mening er det ikke lenger 4 stjerner. Er ikke verdt døgnpris. Hadde med venner dit for første gang. Vi kommer ikke tilbake og vil ikke anbefale dette videre til andre venner og bekjente.

The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the "suites" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. It was my sons 9 birthday when we were at the hotel, and I couldn't even get the waiters tp sing him Happy Birthday. I would not go back.

Our 4 day stay at Hotel Germano was amazing. The suite was spacious and felt like a full apartment. The morning breakfast was spectacular and even included a juicing machine. The lake and town are only steps away. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Excellent views to the lake and hills from the restaurant, but the hotel rooms were a little tired and the surrounding foliage quite overgrown. The lawn outside our apartment was full of long weeds and the hedge hungover the path. The bed was quite uncomfortable. A wide selection of options for breakfast but the heated stuff was usually cold. The hotel is a good 15-20 min walk uphill from Bardolino which can be quite challenging in the heat. There is no shuttle service.

Trevligt hotell med bra komfort. Vårt rum låg med en AC anläggning utanför som drog ned det hela lite. Flera lampor i rummen fungerade inte. Sängen lite hård men annars hade rummet det man behöver. Bra wifi signal i hela hotellet. Bra utbud på frukost. Gångavstånd till strand o restauranger.

Lovely place to stay and very convenient to walk to both Garda and Bardolino. Breakfast was included in our offer. There are plenty of options on a help yourself basis. Staff and grounds are lovely. Happy with everything about our stay and would stay again. (we stayed for a week at the end of September...weather was cooler and more unsettled than usual......bear in mind when packing for your trip)

Affacciato direttamente sul Garda, struttura certamente molto suggestiva in caso di meteo favorevole, peccato che in questa occasione il tempo fosse orribile. Il problema è che l'hotel è una specie di villaggio turistico con camere e villette sparse all'interno di un giardino. Appena arrivati c'è il servizio di accompagnamento in camera con golf car, poi si è in balia degli eventi e se piove diventa impossibile uscire dalla camera senza bagnarsi perché si formano ampie pozze d'acqua nei vialetti. Camere molto spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. In rapporto alla qualità della struttura colazione piuttosto deludente, con scarsa varietà di scelta e servizio assente.

The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back.

The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the "suites" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. It was my sons 9 birthday when we were at the hotel, and I couldn't even get the waiters tp sing him Happy Birthday. I would not go back.
