Vi havde 2. Overnatninger og var rigtig tilfreds med stedet, selve hotellet og personalet. Måske i skal fjerne billedet af tag terassen, da den ikke findes mere, og det faktisk var den, der fik mig til at vælge hotellet.

Meget dårlig morgenmad - den første morgen, var der ikke noget mad tilbage, til trods for vi var der 1 1/2 time før de lukkede buffeten, sagde de havde havde haft travlt og var overrasket over hvor mange der havde spist morgenmad? Vi hadde en suite som var ganske stor og ren med et fint bad. Den lille balkongen uten møbler var kun for å trekke frisk luft og ikke noe uteområde. Vi valgte hotellet ut fra noen kriterier. Den skulle ha en bar og restaurant. Den skulle ha et uteområde og den skulle ligger sentralt. Den ligger veldig sentralt, men ellers lyver informasjonen og bildene fra siden. I følge resepsjonisten fantes det hverken en takterrasse (uteområde med kaffeservering på bildet) eller bar. Restauranten var kun for frokost og var i tillegg veldig enkel. Lite middelhavsretter å få der slik bildene reklamerer for. Det er helt greit at man pynter noe på virkeligheten, men vi følte oss egentlig lurt.

Very good value for money. Excellent location on the edge of the old town and next to the Soller train. Very good breakfast. Nice people. Surprisingly quiet for a hotel next to the inner city ring road. A simple, functional hotel without much bling. Nice standard room with good king size bed. A little older renovation, but OK except for the usual scaled showerhead. Undergrund parking nearby at special 18,50 €/day hotel rate. Would not mind coming back.

Traveled with my best friend and we were both VERY pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were not expecting it to be this nice because it was a lower budget hotel. But the location was perfect, hotel was clean, rooms were super spacious, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was also very good. I would hands down recommend to stay here - and especially if you have a car. There's parking garages right next to the hotel for 20 euros per day - but our secret tips is to use the street parking instead, saved us so much money! Only downside is you can only pay 2 hours at the time, but it worked out perfectly for us as we drove to the beach around 10, and was back in Palma around 18. (Free parking between 20-09.) The hotel is located right on top of the Main Street, so it's super easy to walk down to the city centre/old town of Palma. Takes about 5-10 minutes. For this price you get a lot for your money - perfect for those who want to stay at a nice and comfortable place but don't want to pay too much.

We had a great 6 days in this hotel. Did not use breakfast since we favoured in the near vicinity where there are great places to eat for very little - try Bar Mavi on 31 Deciembre street. The breakfast room did look fantastic though. Staff at reception were fantastic and we found the suite to be spotless. Train/bus station just outside hotel. We had junior suite on 7th floor 14 til 20th September 2024.

I had a great stay! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean. Good Wifi Connection. Directly located at Placa d'Espanya. It's just a step to the Airbus Bus. Most sightseeing attractions and shopping area are nearby / within walking distance. I definetely can recommend this Hotel and would book it again at any time!

Sehr zentral gelegen am unterirdischen Busbahnhof. Sofort an der Altstadt. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal von sehr freundlich. Manche etwas wortkarg. Toll die nahe Altstadt.

Very central and just across the old part of the city. Too close to the central bus station, can be noisy. Clean and convenient, but property would benefit from some reno, especially corridors.

Hotel was dirty with food crumbs over the floors, property. The bedframe was covered in ants. The room was not possible to sleep in and the front desk was dismissive and only offered to change the sheets and would not provide another room. The room was not habitable and I had to go find other accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

A szálloda nagyon messze van a 4 csillagtól. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, minden 100 méterre, busz, vonat, kisvonat, óváros és a tisztasággal sem voltak nagy problémák. Kivéve a szőnyegeket, mert a szobában és a folyosón is kritikán aluliak. A szobák lelakottak, a fürdőszobához legalább 30 éve nem nyúltak, a mennyezete nem volt lefestve, az előszoba szekrény muzeális darab, az ablakot nem lehetett rendesen bezárni, így a belvárosi forgalom, egy az egyben behallatszott. Az elhelyezkedésén kívül egyetlen pozitívuma volt, méghozzá a reggeli, illetve a reggeliztető személyzet. Az étel finom, bőven lehet választani, mindig után töltik és kedvesek. Összességében az elhelyezkedés és a reggeli nálunk vitt mindent, de se a fotók és se a minősítés nem felel meg a valóságnak. Ja és gyerekek is voltak. Nem sok, de volt. Nem voltak zavaróak, de aki a "csak felnőtteknek" elnevezés miatt választja a szállodát, azért ne lepődjön meg.

We had a lovely time here, good location, friendly and helpful staff. The room wasn’t huge but very nice and the air con was working perfectly so we were pleased. House keeping staff came daily, did a good job

Ac ur funktion på hela hotellet. Det blev så varmt på rummet att man var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet vilket medförde mycket störande trafikljud. Terassen fanns inte och det fanns ingenstans att hänga utomhus. Gamla heltäckningsmattor som sett sina bästa dagar.

Problem after problem! First of all, I called the hotel to ask for a room with two beds. They confirmed this was no problem and we would have such a room, but when we got there, they gave us a room with just one bed (and couldn’t put us in a different room because they were “fully booked”). The room they gave us had a bathroom sink that was dripping constantly, and there was water all around the sink when we arrived. The refrigerator also was not working (and the other friend we were with said the fridge in his room was broken AND smelled bad). Not to mention the bed was hardly comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the blackout curtains kept out the light well in the early mornings, but overall our experience was highly disappointing.

On voyait que le tapis sur le sol à été changé la couleur brun noir, on n’était pas à l’aise de marcher à pied nu, il n’y avait même pas des pantoufles donc on a gardé les chaussures tout le temps. L’emplacement est très pratique pour faire découvrir dans la ville de Palma de Mallorque. Je suis déçu de l’état de la chambre….

We had a great 6 days in this hotel. Did not use breakfast since we favoured in the near vicinity where there are great places to eat for very little - try Bar Mavi on 31 Deciembre street. The breakfast room did look fantastic though. Staff at reception were fantastic and we found the suite to be spotless. Train/bus station just outside hotel. We had junior suite on 7th floor 14 til 20th September 2024.

Problem after problem! First of all, I called the hotel to ask for a room with two beds. They confirmed this was no problem and we would have such a room, but when we got there, they gave us a room with just one bed (and couldn’t put us in a different room because they were “fully booked”). The room they gave us had a bathroom sink that was dripping constantly, and there was water all around the sink when we arrived. The refrigerator also was not working (and the other friend we were with said the fridge in his room was broken AND smelled bad). Not to mention the bed was hardly comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the blackout curtains kept out the light well in the early mornings, but overall our experience was highly disappointing.

I had a great stay! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean. Good Wifi Connection. Directly located at Placa d'Espanya. It's just a step to the Airbus Bus. Most sightseeing attractions and shopping area are nearby / within walking distance. I definetely can recommend this Hotel and would book it again at any time!

La estancia ha sido buena, en el check-in el chico muy amable, después pedí la hora del restaurante para poder cenar y me comentó que solo tenían servicio de desayuno y almuerzo así que salí y cené fuera, al llegar le pedí el servicio despertador, hasta ahí todo bien relativamente. Un poco fría la noche, no había mantas, el desayuno estaba muy bien y los camareros muy atentos, pero el servicio despertador de recepción llamó a mi habitación con más de 1 hora de retraso. La moqueta del hotel está para renovar, para ser un 4* debería de estar mejor.

Hotel was dirty with food crumbs over the floors, property. The bedframe was covered in ants. The room was not possible to sleep in and the front desk was dismissive and only offered to change the sheets and would not provide another room. Sehr gut gelegen, direkt am Placa de Espanya, von wo aus man überall mit Bus und Bahn fahren kann. Zudem direkt am Zentrum, in ca. 15 min zu Fuß ist man an der Kathedrale. Kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen, würde es wieder buchen!

Very good value for money. Excellent location on the edge of the old town and next to the Soller train. Very good breakfast. Nice people. Surprisingly quiet for a hotel next to the inner city ring road. A simple, functional hotel without much bling. Nice standard room with good king size bed. A little older renovation, but OK except for the usual scaled showerhead. Undergrund parking nearby at special 18,50 €/day hotel rate. Would not mind coming back.

Vi hadde en suite som var ganske stor og ren med et fint bad. Den lille balkongen uten møbler var kun for å trekke frisk luft og ikke noe uteområde. Vi valgte hotellet ut fra noen kriterier. Den skulle ha en bar og restaurant. Den skulle ha et uteområde og den skulle ligger sentralt. Den ligger veldig sentralt, men ellers lyver informasjonen og bildene fra siden. I følge resepsjonisten fantes det hverken en takterrasse (uteområde med kaffeservering på bildet) eller bar. Restauranten var kun for frokost og var i tillegg veldig enkel. Lite middelhavsretter å få der slik bildene reklamerer for. Det er helt greit at man pynter noe på virkeligheten, men vi følte oss egentlig lurt.

Hotel now looking a little tired. No blanket or quilt during the chilly evening. Normally we have tea making facilities, TV had no English speaking channels. Shower head had less than 20 % of spray working. Breakfast service very disappointing. Young lady responsible was overwhelmed, consistently running out of hot food, and no tables being cleared as and when clients finished. Our favorite hotel to stay in whilst in Palma, is now in need of a facelift.

Traveled with my best friend and we were both VERY pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were not expecting it to be this nice because it was a lower budget hotel. But the location was perfect, hotel was clean, rooms were super spacious, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was also very good. I would hands down recommend to stay here - and especially if you have a car. There's parking garages right next to the hotel for 20 euros per day - but our secret tips is to use the street parking instead, saved us so much money! Only downside is you can only pay 2 hours at the time, but it worked out perfectly for us as we drove to the beach around 10, and was back in Palma around 18. (Free parking between 20-09.) The hotel is located right on top of the Main Street, so it's super easy to walk down to the city centre/old town of Palma. Takes about 5-10 minutes. For this price you get a lot for your money - perfect for those who want to stay at a nice and comfortable place but don't want to pay too much.
