We had a 2 night stay here over a long weekend. Check-in was super easy. Front desk staff were delightful - very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious but rather dated and not up to date with maintenance (3 light bulbs were not working, fridge and microwave service check dates were way overdue). Queen bed mattress was old and we could feel the springs. Housekeeping I must say was sub-standard and didn't make up our room properly. Hotel facilities were good - nice pool and has a tennis court and bikes for hire. Overall experience was 6/10.

The units were well-equipped for in-room breakfasts and were quite enough midweek. Highlights include walking distance from Pokolbin Village, Hunter Valley Gardens complex and several wineries & restaurants. Also, the lakefront views especially at sunset, with kangaroos and horses, and a pool for a dip during the hot weather, with BBQ facilities and two tennis courts. There's a free espresso machine at Reception. The only downside is that if you're near Broke Rd, you may get woken up by hoons doing burnouts in their cars on the weekend, but that's not the fault of the hotel. The accommodation is good value for money, except during special events like Day On the Green, when prices are much higher.

This is a very nice place to spend time in the Hunter Valley. The complex is divided into two apartments per area. The grounds are beautiful, with views of the lake. There are great amenities, including a tennis court, barbeques and a children's play area. It is within walking distance of the Hunter Valley Gardens and Harrigan's Hotel, with many wineries close by. it is a well worthwhile location to stay.

We had to arrive late but check in was easy. The property is very walkable and nicely landscaped. The pool was good and everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves.

Room carpet appeared have not been vacuumed. Shower had mould in lots of places. Walls were not sound proof. Could hear people talking in next room at 1am and then them snoring for the rest of the night / morning.

We were disappointed with the small size of the room and the condition of the bathroom. The bathroom door would not close leading into were we sleep. They only service the room weekly so there were no hooks on the inside of the bathroom door to hang up our wet towels. There was a folding towel rack but the bathroom and the room were too small to erect it. The spa and shower taps were all rusted. Most of the tiles needed to be regrouted. The carpet needs a GOOD clean. We had a king bed but they put on queen sheets so they would not tuck in under the mattress. The screen door lock was broken so we could not leave the glass door open for fresh air for security reasons.

I thought our room could do with a deep clean, The flyscreen door was pretty grubby, I would not use the spa bath as it was pretty grubby too. After having a shower the bath room was mostly wet and no extra towels were provided. Also so many mosquitos inside they do how ever provide insect spray. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend Leisure Inn to others. The swimming pool is great.

Not a bad place to stay at as it's in a central location of Hunter Valley. The 1br is spacious enough for our family of 3. The queen bed is a bit too soft for my liking though. The place is clean and environment is quite relaxing. Included breakfast is a bit lacking, wouldnt mind paying a bit more at booking rather than having to pay extra in the morning to get coffee and hot food included. Overall not bad, would stay again if no other good options are available.

The staff and amenities were very good and our room was clean too. Parts of the property look really nice but where we stayed was a little noisy being near the main road and our surroundings weren’t great. We would stay there again but definitely in a different area.

This property has potential. Unfortunately the wifi did not work despite several attempts. Also the hot water in the shower stayed hot for only 2 mins (not long enough for a proper shower).... the water then ran very cold. This is not acceptable.

Great place to stay in the Hunter Valley. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The spa bath wasn't working but they called the plumber to fix it. The only downside of our 4 night stay was the abysmal shower water pressure. The upside was the on site restaurant Blanchies - a gluten free haven!

Had an issue checking in as they wanted a physical credit card to check in, their eftpos terminal couldn't use a phone for the deposit. Everyone very friendly, bit dated in the bathrooms and with no shower screen you have to be careful not to create a flood. Will be staying here again.

What an amazing stay ! It is in the perfect location and seconds away from some of the best wineries the hunter valley can provide. Staff were always willing to help and provide great service. It has beautiful views and well maintained property grounds. Leisure inn would be the only place I would stay at, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Leisure Inn is always our go-to for accommodation in the Valley. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Vineyards, easy access to Hunter Valley Gardens and restaurants, neat and tidy rooms, very well priced and has a gorgeous outlook from the large grassed area for a nice afternoon picnic, wine and cheese platter. Will definitely be back. Thanks for another great stay.

We have stayed here a few times and will stay again. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights in a well equipped one bedroom unit. It was clean and functional. Relatively quiet despite Broke Road being close. As staying in the area is usually expensive, my tip is to stay on a Sunday night and get up early to drive to work the next day to make the stay more economical.

ゆっくりできるホテルです。部屋も綺麗で、外の景色もいいです。ロッジタイプのホテルです。（1棟に2部屋）近くはないのですが、歩いて行ける距離にワイナリーがありますが、17時に閉まるところが多かったので、ワイナリー行かれる方は早めのチェックインがいいと思います。（お店に送迎がある場合があります）もしくはワインと食材を買って、ホテルの外にテーブルとイスがありますので、涼しい時期がお勧めですが、寒くても蚊がいますので、虫除け液が持参をお勧めします。あとシドニー、メルボルン市街より近くのワイナリーのワインは安いので、　まだ旅行日程がある方は買いだめもお勧めします。ちなみにここのホテルには夜食、ワイナリーはありません。私は遅く着いたので、部屋の外で買ってきた物を食べました。ちょっと辺境なので、レンタカーがおすすめです。道中のドライブも景色がいいです。

Great self contained bungalows with beautiful views. Lovely modern bathroom. Helpful reception staff. Easy to walk to Roche Estate. Would have been nice to have an on site bar/ restaurant in the evening.

Last minute booking. Was clean and in a good location, parking was good. Easy check in, very friendly. Breakfast was as $20 per person, wouldn’t pay that next time, will go somewhere else. Breakfast was continental style, good variety however the food was all out of the packet pastries and rather average. We stopped further out the road and paid $29 total for a 2 big bacon and eggs rolls with hash browns and included a cappuccino. Otherwise for a spur of the moment stop the room itself and the property was good

Booked this accommodation five months ago to find we were put in a cabin at the very back of the property with a 500mtr walk to the front entrance, office and cafe. Had breakfast on the first day, would not suggest anyone eats there for either quality or value
