4-Good location, especially for beach access. 4-Nice staff. 3-Property generally looks and feels tired, worn out… 2-Had ‘Don’t Disturb’ placard on door handle; they did enter anyway and did a couple of odd things when I was out. 1-Really, really disliked having to walk up/down 2 flights of stairs to get to my “classic” (their word) room; my 71 yr old knees were not happy.

Great location beach in front of hotel. 15 mins scenic walk to old town. Plenty bars resturants within 10 mins walking. Parking on site. ALL reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and well equiped. Would highly recommend.

Fantastiskt hotell nära strand och stad. Härligt bemötande av all personal, kändes välkomnande och personligt. Bra frukost. Extra plus för att det fanns kylskåp på rummet och parkering precis utanför.

Trevligt hotell med fint läge, andra gången vi bodde här. Vi hade ett rymligt rum med utsikt över en stor parkering och havet, möblerad balkong. Sköna sängar. Garage finns att hyra, med direkt ingång till hotellet. Bra frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gångavstånd till det mesta, fin strand med möjlighet att hyra solstolar o parasoller.

I was really surprised how good this was, given the two star look of the outside. Staff were helpful, the interior is really decent, room really good, totally clean, location excellent! I just didn’t like the metal piece of the garage door handle on the interior side of the doors, scratching the rental car, and didn’t love having a weird up, along, and downstairs aproach from my room to the lobby and reception. I would stay again. I was happy here.

Die Lage war top und das Zimmer sauber. Frühstück hatten wir nicht hinzugebucht, da man in der Umgebung gut frühstücken konnte. Leider gab es vor dem Hotel nur wenig kostenlose Parkplätze, die meistens besetzt waren. Für die Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel hätte man 16 Euro pro Tag zahlen müssen. Da das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt, ging es auch rundherum Parkplätze, die aber zu gewissen Uhrzeiten kostenpflichtig sind. Wenn man allerdings vor 9 Uhr weg war und erst nach 19 Uhr wiederkam, konnte man auch dort gut einen Parkplatz finden. Alles in allem war das Hotel für einen Kurztripp gut. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel was just great. Spacious and clean room, with a nice balcony with sea view. The location is great. Just a small walk (10 min) to reach the old town. A 15-20 minute walk to reach Juan Les Pins. To the closest beaches its just like a minute away. Breakfast was great! All people working in the hotel felt very nice and always helpful with a smile. An bonus was that the hotel has a private parking for their guests. Not all guests will get a parking slot, but still. Really great to have your car parked right outside. We really have no complaints! Thank you and we definitely come back once we visit Antibes again!

Modern facilities, extremely friendly staff, easy access to the beach and waterfront. Our room was clean and quiet, good air conditioning, good size bathroom, good closets, no clutter or improvisation. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. No complaints, highly recommended.

Found bedding/sheets had not been changed when we went to use the bed our first night there. The bed was made so it seems that it was a deliberate action not to change the sheets from the previous room user. When asked, staff did change the bedding. There was also a strong sewer smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

Clean, perfect location and the staff were outstanding with smiles, very willing to help and were perfect hosts. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of fresh foods and all presented by great staff in a lovely dining room looking at the sea. Nice hotel for the price. Convenient- very close to the beach. Rooms are large by French standards. However, place feels a bit tired or rather dated, even though it is well kept. The musty smell( common in older buildings ) really bothered me. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a good stay overall.

Very nice hotel with big rooms and cool interior. Friendly staff and a reception that is open 24/7. Comfortable beds and perfect air condition in both rooms. Coffee, tee, biscuits and water bottles in the room. The balcony with sea view was very nice too!

Viktigt vilket rum man bokar/får. Seaview ett måste och då är det bra. Gardenview är ”parkeringsplats- och gatanview”. Det gick dessutom inte att öppna fönstrena på de rum vi först fick, instängt o fuktigt.

We thoroughly enjoyed this establishment. Great beach location, but still not far from Old Town & the Musée Picasso. The staff was very helpful. We cannot speak highly enough about the tall, young man who services the breakfast buffet. He’s absolutely delightful & his smile is infectious!

It had uncomfortable bedding and our room smelled a bit musty. The shower water turned to scalding level if someone flushed a toilet while you were showering. One time we entered the front door to the lobby and the guy behind the desk simply got up and walked into another area rather than greet us. I think the 9.2 rating on Expedia is too high for this place. It did have a nice view of the ocean from our balcony and the woman who checked us in was lovely.

Das Zimmer 4 war modern eingerichtet und Behindertengerecht - auch wenn das nicht unsere Maßgabe war. Definitiv super Strandnähe für adäquaten Preis - auch wenn dieser nicht der schönste Strand ist. Laufdistanz zur Altstadt mind 1km. Das Frühstück ist unspektakulär. Das Klientel eher Ü50 Nächtlicher Straßenlärm und am Strand feiernde Jugendliche waren bei geschlossenen Rollladen durchaus tolerabel.
