Stayed for a few nights during the software crash. Only had one key available for the room but we made it work. The staff were overwhelmed, and we did have to go down to keep asking for a crib etc. Felt like we were putting them out a little. There was a lot going on though. The tub and grout had moldy spots that were gross for giving little kids baths. Overall it was clean though. Breakfast is not free, so that wasn't family friendly. Had company at the nice pool area, and it was great.

Clean room, wonderful staff, delicious restaurants within walking distance, our long pickup and 35’ horse trailer had room to park in the back. However, the TVs were dated and we were not able to stream our usual shows and movies. They did say that a renovation is scheduled soon and then the TVs would be updated .

Our stay was a quick overnight on a thru-trip. Positive experience … desk agent on check in was delightful and professional. Location is terrific as it is an easy walk to several good quality restaurants and a nice outdoor mall. It looks like there have been some room updates in the recent years. Room was well laid out and had everything we might need. Some rust/mold staining (limited but noticeable) in the bathroom (toilet bowl, shower) … but clean overall. Workout room had plenty of equipment but the TV as not working properly. We did not dine in the hotel, although the area was nice. Thanks for a nice stay.

Right next to big, nice, modern shopping center. Room was clean. Exercise room was good. Lobby was nice. Staff were very polite, courteous , and friendly. One elevator seemed to go out on the last day, so that made things take a little longer, but not a huge deal.

Our room wasn’t very clean. There were sunflower seeds on the floor. There were big holes in the bed spread. We couldn’t see it upon arrival as the top blanket was covering it. It just didn’t seem like our room was cleaned very well. The front desk staff was great checking us in.

We stayed here last Friday and had a mixed experience. The lobby was quite nice and the staff we interacted with were generally pleasant. We booked a king room, but were surprised by how small it was. The bathroom was functional, though the overall room felt dated—wires sticking out, no USB ports near the bed, and general wear. Upon arrival, it appeared the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was a used hand towel on the sink and visible marks in the toilet. We called the front desk, and they asked us to come back down so they could move us. While the staff did relocate us, the new room was even smaller and located directly behind the elevator mechanical room, which made for a noisy night. While the property has a nice lobby and decent staff, the room conditions and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we’d likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

We arrived late Friday night and our 1st room was dirty was never cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting. 2nd room was ok we were exhausted . Woke up to charges on our credit card. Second night more charges to our credit card. Went to use the shower and the handle fell on my foot. We went down for coffee and breakfast and were told it was $13.99 for breakfast. We went elsewhere. We had a double room the last night we pulled the covers off the other bed and there was blood stains on the comforter.

4 guests & we only had 3 towels. Asked for room to be cleaned as we had a lot of trash and it wasn't on the 1st night. Cleaned on the 2nd night. Found ants on the carpet. Lost my wallet (which was totally my fault) and someone turned it into the front desk. Front desk never notified me. Most hotels have a continental breakfast included with your stay. Not this hotel. Expected more from the Hilton name. My issue is with the hotel, not Hotel.com

Quiet the first night, but noisy the second. Would highly recommend some bumpers or deafening for room doors - very noisy when not caught when closing. Lots of 7 AM slamming. Doors seem to be very heavy and close quickly/

Nice hotel Rooms are basic. Well sound insulated except near the elevator. Needs a little bit of maintenance- cracked tiles in bathroom, elevator trim for example. Rooms are kind of small and stuffy - pack plenty of water to stay hydrated Heat and a/c works great in the room. Does not come on too often in the middle of the night letting you sleep. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice linens and towel quality. Friendly staff in all areas. Overall, average hotel

Nice quiet hotel but was overbooked. We reserved a 2 queen beds accessible room for my elderly mother and I and got a king bed instead. It was late and no other rooms were available. I was happy that the staff brought up a rollaway bed quickly, but of course the bed was no substitute for a queen or a good night sleep.

We were really disappointed the pool was not in working order. This was one of the main reasons we booked as we were traveling with our daughter. The front desk assistant was hidden behind the door for extended period and no one was in the lobby. The room was dated and needed repairs. The bathtub was in rough shape.

A great hotel only 15-20 minutes from downtown Louisville with plenty to do nearby. The only “negative” thing I can even say about our experience was there were only two full size towels in the bathroom, which is common. I wish every stay in a hotel went as smoothly as this one did. Fantastic experience!

Breakfast times were mentioned at check-in. But nothing was said about the fact that the "hot portion" of the meal is charged to your room. Such as scrambled eggs, sausage, Biscuits and gravy, among other items (which ALL were free at other establishments) were all charged to our room. There was NO mention of this before hand! Everything else was basically a free breakfast...fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, orange juice and apple juice!

The check-in was quick, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Don't get caught thinking their buffet breakfast is continental, even though you get the same as any other hotel's continental breakfast, this one will cost you $15.00 per person. A family of five. three small children were also surprised because they were charged the same for the buffett.

Excellent place to stay. Quiet. Very good breakfast. Accommodating. Friendly staff. The only issue was one elevator was broken. My family likes the stairs; however, the ones closest to our room didn't let out on the 1st floor. We had to walk the outside of the property or walk to the other side of the building. Annoying, but not enough to cause an issue. More that, it's something to know.

You need to let a person know breakfast is not free. Just handed a bill for breakfast no one said anything until I finished eating a little bit of breakfast. Never stayed at a Hilton where breakfast was charged for $15.00. Ridiculous!!!! Never again!!!
