Altogether a very nice hotel, in a very convenient position. If arriving by car, it can be a little tricky to navigate to somewhere close enough to the hotel to unload your luggage, however, the location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Biarritz

Overall great experience, but parking in July and August is a nighmare. Breakfast was excellent, location couldn’t be beat for beach, local shopping, and food. Family friendly but rooms just big enough for 2.

Agréable, mais pas vraiment un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel coche toutes les cases (cafetière, coffre-fort,etc.) et pourtant on sent et on sait que ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Arrivée compliquée. Stationnement près à pied, mais accès labyrithique en voiture. Déjeuner dans la belle moyenne, sans plus.

For the price, I must say I expected a little more. Rooms were nice and tidy with a great view but lacked storage options. We knew that the room was going to be small, but we struggled to even open our suitcases on the floor - we had to put them on the bed. The breakfast was ok but lacked finesse. I would have loved to see a barista, eggs cooked-to-order, more vegetables and fruit options (now it was more or less just whole tomatoes and bananas in a bowl). The three cereal options was straight out of the box - a homemade granola would’ve been nice. Also, the machine coffee was undrinkable. We had to get our coffee from a nearby café. Service was good apart from some awkward moments when the hotel manager at two separate times asked us to rate our experience at the hotel, and whether we’d give them “a 9 or a 10”. It felt a little invasive and unprofessional.

Overall a very fine choice in the Port Vieux area. Staff were great and accommodating. Breakfast buffet with excellent variety of sweet and savory items. Our superior room appeared fairly standard and a bit on the small side. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Recommended!

Hôtel vieillissant, pas de TV et trop chaud (clim non fonctionnelle en Novembre), mais va être rénové pour l'été prochain donc sera parfait pour 2024. Personnel très accueillant et commerçant, vue mer en regardant par la fenêtre, proche du CV animé.

For the price, I must say I expected a little more. Rooms were nice and tidy with a great view but lacked storage options. We knew that the room was going to be small, but we struggled to even open our suitcases on the floor - we had to put them on the bed. The breakfast was ok but lacked finesse. The options were quite few which I normally like, as long as the overall quality is good - but I definitely had higher expectations. I would have loved to see a barista, eggs cooked-to-order, more vegetables and fruit options (now it was more or less just whole tomatoes and bananas in a bowl). The three cereal options was straight out of the box - a homemade granola would’ve been nice. Also, the machine coffee was undrinkable. We had to get our coffee from a nearby café. Service was good apart from some awkward moments when the hotel manager at two separate times asked us to rate our experience at the hotel, and whether we’d give them “a 9 or a 10”. It felt a little invasive and unprofessional.

Overall great experience, but parking in July and August is a nighmare. Breakfast was excellent, location couldn’t be beat for beach, local shopping, and food. Family friendly but rooms just big enough for 2.

Overall a very fine choice in the Port Vieux area. Staff were great and accommodating. Breakfast buffet with excellent variety of sweet and savory items. Our superior room appeared fairly standard and a bit on the small side. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Recommended!

Agréable, mais pas vraiment un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel coche toutes les cases (cafetière, coffre-fort,etc.) et pourtant on sent et on sait que ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Arrivée compliquée. Stationnement près à pied, mais accès labyrithique en voiture. Déjeuner dans la belle moyenne, sans plus.

L'emplacement idéal en plein coeur de Biarritz, et à 50 m de la plage. J'oubliai, une literie exceptionnelle fabriquée en France, pour le meilleur des repos.

Absolutely a fabulous location, walk to everywhere. Staff were very helpful, friendly and kind! The only thing I didn't like was leaving! It's such a beautiful village and so close to the sea!
