Nette klein hotel. Gratis parkeren

We arrived quite late to the hotel and the hotel staff had kindly help to call a taxi for us at dinant train station (as the trams had stopped) had a very pleasant stay overall. beds were comfortable and hotel was clean

Bon séjour,mes éclairage trop sombre,le ménage pas bien fait pas de changement de draps,serviette,et trace de terre au le tapis de chambre. Le dejeuner et impeu chère pour le choix a prendre tout les venoiseries ces du congeler.

Wir waren da mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmern war sehr sauber und toll aufgeteilt. Oben waren 3 Betten und unten 2. Die Leiter war sehr steil, also nichts für Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkung. Wir würde es immer wieder buchen. Zudem kommt, das es das erste Hotel mit wirklich guten Klopapier war 😅.

Enlever la moquette qui est vetuste et mauvais pour la santé. De plus le lit etant collé au mur donc tres dufficile de se lever la nuit sans reveiller son conjoint. Hotel tres bruyant selon certaines heures. Il est loin du centre ville et est trop cher pour les prestations. Ca vaut 2 etoiles et encore....

Séjour convenable et super. Petit déjeuner au top avec bcq de choix. Hôtel impeccable.

The people by the reception were friendly. The room had a nice balcony. But the beds are only 80 cm which is to small for adults, the light from the hall came under the door (which made an noice opening and closing) and lightened up de room. There was nothing to hang up your towels. We made the appointment that we would get help to carry our suitcases from the stairs as my husband is 86 and I don't have much strength. They would come 10.00 next morning. (You have to leave the room at 10.00. Usually 11.00) We had to put the keys in a box befor breakfast. When we went to the reception after breakfast the hotel was closed and when you try to phone them they said you have to book at the website.so we stood there in the rain. Our suitcases in the room, no key and nobody there. We went to the neighbour who sells tickets for the kano trips. She called them and there came 2 ladies who helped us.

Heerlijk verblijf in deze prachtige omgeving. De accomodatie is gehorig, maar het personeel gaat er goed mee om als er overlast is.

Would stay again only reason i put comfort at average is when the weather is hot the room needs aircon it gets very hard to sleep but still good

Ok if you want to squeeze 6 people into one room, very thin walls so noisy

Manque un peu d insonorisation mais dans l ensemble rien à dire

We arrived on a Sunday evening and most shops had closed. The hotel is a bit out of town. The room was adequate, but the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of mosquitos in the room, which we weren't prepared for. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant ni même très sympathique nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes dehors avant qu'on ne vienne nous ouvrir la porte. Il y a bien un numéro de téléphone à appeler si la porte fermée néanmoins on tombe à chaque fois sur une messagerie. Il me semble qu'un hôtel sert à héberger des personnes donc je trouve ça anormal de les faire attendre dehors dans le froid nous avons bien compris que cet hôtel était plus axé sur le tourisme alors je suggère de le fermer en hiver quand il n'y a personne.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Friendly staff, great location, and we loved having a balcony. The only downside was that our bathroom didn't have a door - which is quite inconvenient when you travel with a toddler!

Produits alimentaires périmé au petit déjeuner rien ne donne envie ils vous empoisonnent. Ensuite je dirais pas que c'est un hôtel j'appelle ça un centre de loisirs il faudrait le préciser sur votre site 🤔.
