If you're looking for a budget hotel, this is what you get. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Yes, the furniture and some of the linen are old, but this is a budget hotel and what I would expect from budget hotel. I didn't see any bugs or evidence of bed bugs in my room. Also, for people with taller vehicles, the underground parking has a height limit of 6 foot with very few spaces located by the office. I would stay here again.

DONT LISTEN TO THISE BAD REVIEWS!! We almost cancelled our reservation because of them. This hotel is exactly what you pay for. Cheap, close to the airport. It’s not in a dangerous area, it’s just businesses. The staff were professional. It is outdated and needs some work but it has a pool!

Took my daughters to a concert at SoFi stadium. It was just down the street from the hotel, so very convenient. The area was kind of run down and this was an older place. The room had comfortable beds and a huge T.V. I loved standing out on the balcony, which had chairs, and watching the planes fly over while landing at the airport. The parking area was through a staff controled gate, and even though there was a button and camera, had to honk the horn every time to get their attention. When we checked out at about 6am, the man at the desk ignored us for several minutes, even after I cleared my throat a few times to get his attention. I wasn’t expecting a fancy place or anything and because of it’s closeness to the stadium it worked. The plugs in the room were almost unusable, and barley held what we plugged in.

The property is extremely run down , we moved half way through , the shower didnt work and there was no coffee or tea making facilities. You need to send a rep to stay there as it downgrades Expedia credibility by putting this hotel on their site . The pool was filthy and not open , the balcony was dangerous as the metal rail were snapped ( somebody could cut theirselves or lose balance and fall over . The balcony chair was broken and dangerous

DO NOT STAY HERE. Roaches in the bathroom and the worst part was the outside of my ac unit was black with filth and mold and breathing that in all week gave me an infection in my throat. Absolutely disgusting. I felt very unsafe there.

This hotel is effing GROSS. I should have spent more and gotten a better hotel but this is what happens when you don’t plan far enough ahead. In SF I would expect to spend $60 on this room. I spent $100. I killed 2 roaches, missed a 3rd one, went to sleep before seeing more but did check the mattress for bed bugs which I didn’t find. Didn’t bother checking the shower since I just stayed one night. But it had a curtain and no door (it’s just a shower so it should have a door) Floors were nasty, and every high traffic area and doorframe was dirty. You can hear everything going on around you. Guests are sketchy. The only good things are the parking area and location. Location is AWESOME. 30min walk from SoFi Stadium. Walking distance to food, liquor stores, CVS store, and gas stations. Parking lot is underground and safe. Next time I’m going to spend more and get a cleaner place.

The rooms were dirty and there was a broom left on the filthy shower. The mattresses were stained and the walls had graffiti. This was a zero refund hotel. We left at 6:00 am because it was so gross.

The people who work in the lobby are very rude, they are very poorly cleaned, there is mold in the bathroom and the bedspreads have holes and the building is dirty and needs a lot of fixing... the photographs you see on the internet have nothing to do with what it is.

This has been the dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. Just because it's cheap doesn't have to be dirty stinky or in complete disarray. The fact that it is a modest hotel with no luxuries does not have to be in a state of total abandonment. The walls and floors are dirty, the doors are disgusting, the bathroom towels were stained. The broken TV, the broken lampshades. It was grime all over the place. We were not looking for luxury, just cleanliness!

Near airport so noisy was expected however the rooms were in terrible condition. Outlets did not work properly as things plugged in were all loose and kept falling off (not all outlets were working either). Carpets were torn, vinyl floor were torn, tubs had stain, and more. Smell of marijuana when walking out of the room (from other guests). The good, no bugs were seen inside the room though I was not there long.

This motel should not be listed on Expedia , people live in this motel . Not only that but the room was so dirty ! A little soap and water goes a long ways! The walls were filthy smh!!!! Like what! Last but not least the eye lashes left on the nightstand was epic lol . Are the rooms even cleaned at all ?

The beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like the springs were coming through the mattress. There were stains on the walls and the paint was peeling. There was a gap under the door. The staff was very nice.

This was exactly what we needed - a place to shower, park, and sleep for a few hours after a show at SoFi. Very convenient location, we walked to and from the stadium. The room was dingy, and the street and airport are loud. It fit our price point and the staff was friendly (as well were the other guests).

The pictures were different from reality but it was already booked all around do we stayed. Beds were lumpy and I was afraid we may get our items taken out of our room like I saw a couple who had it done for them when they extended their stay another night. WiFi did not turn on but the cable was good. I also had to go get a light bulb to get the lamp working in the room. Fridge was not very cold, despite being turned up all the way, but A/C worked well and water was hot.

Staff and check in was good and quick and that was about the only good qualities about this hotel. The bed you can feel the springs and not so comfy, the room smelled like smoke, the bathroom door was squeaky and a little malfunctioned, no bathtub and the overall room seemed old and not updated. We stayed here because we had a budget we weren’t trying to go over but we have kids and definitely next time will spend the extra money for a better hotel. This hotel is good if it’s just for a quick place to sleep then leave.

The front desk was extremely rude. The lady was in the front and actively ignoring me when I was trying to check in. After I said excuse me can you help me 20 times, she repeated to yell and ask me what I wanted as she was busy (doing absolutely nothing). When I told her it was to check in she said there were no rooms available yet and to come back later. I will never book again, extremely rude for no reason.

I was told that hotels.com doesn't run their hotel... The lady was trying to charge me extra than what hotels.com was charging.. she turned me and my kids away EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE ROOM BOOKED . I HATE TO SAY, I BELIEVE IT WAS RACIALLY MOTIVATED.. ALL MY BOOKINGS HAS BEEN THERE, WHY TRY TO CHARGE ME MORE???

What I loved most was the friendliness of the staff at the front desk! The hotel itself was a bit run down but for the price and the area it's located in, it is very fair and perfect for short stays. Parking was no issue and there's a BUrger King next door for quick food options. It's also cute for photos because of the terrace/ fountain it has behind the pool. I went to the Eras Tour and this place was great for getting ready before the concert and then resting a night before checking out the next day! I'd stay here again if I go to another concert near Sofi or Kia.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was there 30 minutes early, and I had asked if we could check in. She then tells me that i would have to pay $55 for an early check in fee. The iffice was dirty and cluttered with furniture stacked all over the place. I can go on and on, but I'm just going to leave it at the plae and staff was horrible all the way around to the point me and my family refused to stay in an environment like that. Terrible people

When we arrived, the room that I booked was apparently unavailable, so the lady tried to give us a room with no television, but assured us that there was Wi-Fi. So we checked in and the front desk clerk gave us a room that was already occupied. So we opened someone else’s room and walked in on them getting ready. After going all the way back downstairs to fix their mistake, we were offered another room with a smaller bed and told that it was cheaper so we would receive a five dollar refund in cash. Absolutely no attempt to fix the already bad taste in our mouths. When we got into the room, the bed had sheets on it, but had no blankets. We left for event, and then returned to see that an employee had entered our room after we had gone to leave blankets without our knowledge. We were not thrilled about our stay, and the staff made no attempt to help change our opinion. Doubtful that we will use this hotel again. The only ideal part about it was it’s location.

Think of a nightmare. The hotel is in a dangerous part of town, the people guests are very weird looking, the place is extremely poorly maintained. Everything about it was horrible. Very ran down. It looks like they stop maintenance in the place back in the 70’s. The person at the desk is rude. This is by far the WORST place I ever stepped in. I’d never consider staying there again.

The iHOP was right beside, that was fun. Unfortunately, there were no Lime scooters nearby, so I didn’t go explore as I would have liked. Hotel very close to airport, which was practical and the main reason for choosing this place.

The building is conveniently located close to Sofi and Kia Forum, as well as several restaurants. Not the greatest area, but we did safely walk to eat and to Kia Forum. Building is old, dirty and in need of renovation. Room was clean but looked dirty and smelled. Staff was friendly and price was right.

Hi everyone my honest opinion do not stay here. Pictures of this property is a lie and not a bit close to what it looks like hotel is dirty, elevators are wrirren on like bad people did it, found hairs on the bed, roaches in the ceiling light, area is not safe tons of homeless pushing carts outside. And most of all bad customer service the front desk Nancy is the most inconsiderate person on earth i felt not safe staying because of my infant baby based on the area and situation of the room and she did not refund my money. I ask that you please Think before booking specially if you care about family safety. I have pictures of the property lucky i cant post to share. ZERO STARS FOR THIS GROSS PROPERTY.
