A good 3-star hotel, but in no way a 4-star. The staff is kind and servicemindet. The morning buffet is fine by 3-star standards. The hotel conditions are okay, but not a 4-star worthy. There is no spa - they should remove those pictures, as it is false marketing. The elevators have not been checked since 2016, not safe.

På genomresa så vi kom sent på kvällen och åkte tidigt på morgonen. Lätt att parkera kostnadsfritt bilen i garaget. Lite hårda sängar men fräscht rum. Frukosten serverades kl 7.30 men då vi checkade ut redan kl 6 var de snälla och bjöd in oss på frukost precis innan vi skulle åka, mycket bra!

Preis Leistung Top. Gute Lage wenn man mit dem PKW reißt, Verona 20 min, Gardasee 10 min, Thermen in der Nähe, Restaurants und Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten. Parkhaus auch sehr praktisch. Wellnessbereich leider aufgrund von Renovierung geschlossen.

Stayed half board 3 nights but some aspects only average. Quite a lot of noise from nearby road. Big groups being accommodated each day so quite busy.pool area closed for maintenance.

Im Internet wird mit Swimmingpool und Wellness geworben. Das wurde aber nie gebaut, trotzdem bekam das Haus 4 Sterne. Das Haus ist angenehm großzügig gebaut. Der Servicemann beim Frühstück ist absolut keiner von Gastronomie. Der ist absolut nervig mit seiner täglichen Tischbevormundung

No AC. Its broken and instead of contacting us before we arrived we came all the way out there. They didnt even tell us when we checked in. When we told the front counter they said it was broken for the whole hotel and it would be fixed. It wasnt fixed. When we asked about it again they said it may be fixed the next day. But then later we were told it may not be fixed again the next day. I have a feeling its what they are telling guests to get them to stay. The floors in our room were not vacuumed and had stains that were crusty so you know they've not been clean in a long time. Theb pillows were hard again not changed in a long while. It was hot and uncomfortable so we didnt sleep at all. We will be asking for a refund. The place has potential but maybe there's no financial capacity to maintain this hotel. It was very quiet and very few guests. I would require at the hotel before booking to ensure the amenities are working and available at this property.

Il personale è disponibile e gentile, oltremodo professionale. La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, le stanze sono ampie e comode e pulitissime, inoltre fornite di ogni optional, dal phon alla cuffietta per la doccia. Ci tornerò!

Check in erst ab 15:30 weil Zimmer nicht fertig war. Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht. In 7 Tagen nur 1x. Ameisen im Zimmer. Mussten fast 3 Stunden warten bis endlich jemand kam um das zu bereinigen. Personal hat kein sonderliches Interesse am Gast.

Das Zimmer (eine Junior Suite) war komplett schmutzig. Im Bad haben wir Zigaretten Reste auf dem Boden gefunden. Es gab kein Klopapierhalter und das Klo war schmutzig. Fußboden war ungereinigt und manche Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert. Klimaanlage war auch kaputt. Wir werden auf keinen Fall diese Struktur wieder betreten.

Diciamo che appena sono arrivata ho notato del sangue fresco sulle tende poi wc sporco di pipì e sopratutto sotto la tavoletta era gialla e io sono fissata con la tavoletta perché è molto importante x me !!! Però tutto sommato colazione top e personale molto gentile !!! La prossima volta prenoterò sicuramente

Forse essendo fuori stagione e visto il periodo diciamo che ci può stare tenere spento il riscaldamento e le luci in alcuni ambienti ma in camera la pulizia no. Cestino in bagno non svuotato e lavabo con capelli Per fortuna era solo un appoggio x una notte e quindi va bene così Altrim avrei reclamato

Abbiamo usato la struttura per una notte durante il viaggio verso il Trentino. Arrivati alle 22 abbiamo trovato una calda accoglienza, una camera pulita e grandissima, forse le riparazioni del lavandino del bagno appaiono molto evidenti ma... chissà cosa può essere passato per la mente all'ospite che gli è saltato sopra! La colazione in una grande sala con buffet dolce e salato. Un buon punto di sosta non lontano da Affi.

Unfortunately, I was not allowed to change rooms despite the following serious issues: The room had a strong, unpleasant smell due to humidity. The blankets also smelled very bad and felt unclean. Service und Freundlichkeit, sowie das Frühstück sind sehr gut, die Zimmer und auch der Rest im Hotel war sauber, aber............ Renovierung dringend nötig, Durchgerostete Geländer, fehlende Lampen auf dem Balkon, defekte Beleuchtung auf den Zmmern,Div. Fahrstühle ausser Betrieb, defekte elektronische Türschlösser werden einfach mit herkömmlichen Schlüsselschlösser versehen, auch in den Zimmern bzw. Bäder sind die späten 90ger Jahre nicht zu verkennen und es bedarf unbedingt mal eine Erneuerung. Auch ein internationales Fernsehprogramm würde den Comfort erhöhen.

Ottima struttura, abbiamo alloggiato in una suite enorme abbiamo avuto solo un problema per un giorno con l'acqua che non era calda e non aveva pressione ma hanno risolto in giornata. Seconda stanza da letto un po' rumorosa verso le ore 8 forse c'è un locale tecnico adiacente

En déplacement en Italie pour une compétition sportive, l'hôtel à été choisi presque par hasard. Au final un établissement certes un peu vieillissant mais propre, chambres spacieuses avec vue sur la vallée, chacune avec un grand balcon. Buon albergo, situato vicino all' autostrada comodo per una notte per poi proseguire il viaggio verso il nord, comodo per l' aeroporto di Verona etc. Pro: Grande hotel (un po' datato), camere spaziose con grande balcone, parcheggio gratuito in garage, abbondante colazione inclusa nel prezzo, personale gentile e collaborativo. Contro: Struttura un po' datata. Tornerò sicuramente.

Il tutto da rispolverare … non propio pulita la stanza .., colazione con prodotti scadenti ( meglio meno scelta ma più qualità) , brioches del giorno prima mescolate con quelle fresche … la mezza pensione è stata deludente … mancavano i prodotti menzionati ne menu .. comunque tutto sistemabile a parte il direttore che e’ stato maleducato con due camerieri davanti a noi pensando di fare lo splendido ,noi tutti ci siamo rimasti male !! Può cambiare mestiere !! Rispetto sempre !!! Personale gentilissimo !!!!

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us . The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it . Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself . It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona. Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day . Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .

Check in erst ab 15:30 weil Zimmer nicht fertig war. Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht. In 7 Tagen nur 1x. Ameisen im Zimmer. Mussten fast 3 Stunden warten bis endlich jemand kam um das zu bereinigen. Personal hat kein sonderliches Interesse am Gast.

Would not reccomend this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night before our campsite reservation was ready. Check in was very poor with little or no info given. We were told we would have to pay extra for a travel cot despite requesting one before booking & providing children's exact ages in advance. We were given free water park tickets to use for the facility across the road but it was closed. Check out staff were equally as unhelpful - only holding 2 of our bags whilst we visited the water park - that was open the next day. No other facilities around the area. Hotel was a ghost town in the afternoon & evening with no one to serve drinks. Breakfast was the saving grace - lots of variety.

Det var et skønt sted, og især morgenmaden og hele området, hvor vi spiste morgenmad - ude eller inde - var hyggelig, og tjenerne søde. Vi nød den lille by, Cavaion Veronese og dens skønhed midt i vinmarkerne, og vi den korte køretur til Bardolino og Verona. Badelandet var også rigtig fint. Alt i alt et skønt sted væk fra al turismen, men tæt nok på alligevel. Tak for dejlige dage.

La cosa migliore di questo albergo è la colazione, la scelta è infinita. Ci sono tanti lavori da fare nella struttura a livello estetico ma tutto sommato è funzionante. Personalmente non mi piace il letto matrimoniale con due materassi singole e mi sono trovato male con i cuscini (troppo duri e bassi).

Everything was mostly fine, but the building is old. There were three giant cracks in the plastic sink in the room, that they clearly have no intention of fixing. The stairs from the garage were roped off cause a spotlight was hanging loose from the broken ceiling. Good breakfast, everything else was clean, staff was nice.

Not great. Staff were commanding and not friendly and more interested in engaging in complaining sessions between themselves whilst guests stand and wait... Lots of post-it like signs everywhere giving silly instructions. No pool - those photos are of the water slides over the road (which are closed for renovations). Aircon didn't work and only blew hot air when it was 30degC outside. Need to take an option of 3 different lifts to get from parking to foyer to rooms. The hotel doesn't really cater for the guest experience.
