This is a standard 4 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size although looking a bit tired. The hotel could provide more infomation in the room about the facilities, and what is available. I was however impressed by the speed of the lifts, especially as I was on the 8th floor! The main problem with the hotel is its location. Especially if you are on a city break to Verona. The hotel is quite isolated being in the middle of an industrial area. However, ther is an IMax, a short walk away, and the Commercial Centre (shopping mall with a large supermarket) is about a 5 minute walk. The only real way of getting to the city is either using the free shuttle service, or by taxi. A taxi will cost about €20 to the station or city, depending on day of the week and time etc. The shuttle service has restricted times, and needs to be booked the day before. There is a bus service, which goes from the Commercial Centre to the station, but this is very infrequent, and is a 15-20 walk from the hotel. The hotel can provide evening meals, which is helpful as there are very few restaurants in the area. The Commercial Centre does have a KFC and other eateries, but it closes at 8:30 pm. In summary, you can get hotels closer to the city, but you will be paying 2 to 3 times the price - it's your choice!

Rooms are a bit old-fashioned but spotless and clearly well cared for — it felt like a brand-new room from the 1980s, in the best possible way. Loved the setup with an empty fridge we could fill ourselves, plus 24/7 access to minibar snacks and drinks in the lobby — the best of both worlds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside: our room had carpet, which wasn’t ideal for allergies, but otherwise a great stay.

Wir haben schon mehrfach im Best Western übernachtet. Doch dieses Mal lief vieles schlecht. Beim Check-in fehlte angeblich ein Zimmer von 3 gebuchten Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiterin ignorierte meine Buchungen in der App und beharrte darauf, dass ein Zimmer fehle. Nach langem unangenehmen hin und her, wurde die Buchung gefunden. Dadurch verpassten wir den gebuchten Shuttle in die Stadt. Dieser wurde uns aber zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt angeboten. Und wie meistens, wenn etwas schief läuft zieht sich dies bis zun Ende durch. Am nächsten Tag verspätete sich der gebuchte Shuttle, wir fuhren 35 Minuten später ab, der reservierte Tisch war vergeben. Im Speisesaal war vorallem am ersten Morgen viel los. Saubere Tische, Geschirr sowie Essen und Getränke waren Mangelware. Das Personal gab sein Bestes, doch es herrschte ein Chaos und es war deutlich zuwenig Personal vorhanden. Schade, nächstes Jahr werde ich wohl wo anders buchen.

Ich glaube nicht, dass ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ein Zimmer in einem solchen Zustand an einen Gast übergeben kann. Das ist absurd! Am nächsten Tag habe ich die Decke so auf den Boden gelegt, damit der Schmutz sofort ins Auge fällt. Als ich am Abend zurückkam, lag dieselbe Decke, genauso schmutzig wie zuvor, wieder auf dem Bett! Und das ist nur das, was man sieht! Ich möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie es mit dem Schmutz aussieht, den man mit bloßem Auge nicht sieht — zum Beispiel auf den Handtüchern usw. Nachdem ich die Situation an der Rezeption erklärt habe, wurde die Decke schließlich ausgetauscht. Dennoch wird mich diese Erfahrung davon abhalten, in dieses Hotel zurückzukehren.

De properheid in de badkamer was maar net aanvaardbaar: droogstrepen langs de lavabotafel, opgedroogde tranen op glas douche en schimmel langs de voegen, zowel langs glas als in de hoek van de douche. Verder ietwat verouderde badkamer. De ligging viel wat tegen daar ver van centrum en een restaurant met beperkte menukeuze. Positief is de gratis parking en uitgebreid ontbijt.

O hotel é muito bom, otimo cafe da manha. Quartos amplos. O unico problema é que nao permitem usar o ar condicionado no outono. Nosso quarto estava com temperatura de quase 27 graus e mesmo insistindo nao houve liberacso. Tivemos que dormir com a janela abefta, com muito barulho externo pois o hotel fica proximo da auto estrada.

The family room was very spacious for us with a 2 YO toddler. However the rooms are not sound proof. So we heard the neighbours at night. Complimentary bottle water was a nice touch, but the facility itself is pretty old dated. Hotel also offer free shuttle to get to the city which is helpful. Overall, it was not a bad stay, but we would prefer a more convenient location next time

Stort, men litt gammelt rom. Flekker i tak, vegger og på heldekkende gulvteppe. Fint bad med badekar. Mye støy utenfor (industri, store butikker). Ligger usentralt. Litt krevende å reise til og fra sentrum med kollektivtransport, særlig på kveldstid (tok taxi hjem). Lytt mellom rommene. Vi klagde på det og fikk gratis frokost som unnskyldning. Stor og god frokost!

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff were helpful and lovely. Rooms were better than I expected and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the fact it’s of an industrial estate. Saying that you don’t hear anything. The beds are really hard and could do with being a little bit softer. Other than that it was a great hotel

The weather was hot (98 degrees Fahrenheit). The air conditioning was not sufficient. It only cooled down the air in the room to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The staff at the front desk was great!!!

Reception staff was amazing. We arrived really early, just hoping to leave our luggage, but they checked our room and said it was ready and we can check in straight away. This allowed us to refresh before continuing out daily plans. When we came back in the evening shattered and wanted a quick dinner in the restaurant we were told its not possible to get a seating until an hour later, which was not ideal, but we were told that we could order a room service and will receive it in 45 mins, so this was great. However when the food arrived, the pizza and the soup have been so salty they were almost inedible but we were so hungry we sucked it up. So in summary- great reception staff, comfortable room, and location wise on outskirts so no traffic, but you do need your own transport. Restaurant staff get the thumbs down though.

Das Hotel ist gut, eher ein Business Hotel, aber völlig ok. Leider liegt es deutlich außerhalb der Stadt Verona und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Verbindung sehr eingeschränkt. Weite Wege zur Bushaltestelle und eingeschränkte Fahrzeiten. Der Hotel-Shuttle ist ok, fährt aber auch nur zu definierten Zeiten.

Brödet på frukosten var väldigt torrt. Pannkakorna och omeletten var kalla. Det fanns gott om kakor men för lite av annat. De små yoghurtpaketen var sura och inte goda. Frukosten behöver förbättras. Möjligheterna att boka hotellets buss var dåliga. Rummet var stort, bra och bekvämt.Städningen var bra. Receptionspersonalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Das Hotel an sich war ganz gut, Zimmer war sauber und das Bad war neu mit Regendusche. Es gingen nur 2 von 3 Aufzügen und man hat ab und zu schon etwas warten müssen bis einer kam. Der Shuttle Service in die Stadt und zurück war super. In 15 Minuten war man dort und man hat uns auch zum Bahnhof gefahren auf Anfrage. Was jedoch richtig schlecht zu bewerten war, war das Frühstück. Der Kaffee war sehr bitter und einfach nicht zum Trinken. Der Saft war auch einfach nur Zuckerwasser, ekelhaft. Also hab ich 3 Tage lang nur Tee und Sprudelwasser getrunken.. Beim Essen sah es um 9uhr schon mager aus, das Brot war fast immer vergriffen, die Müslibar sah aus wie eine Katastrophe, überall lag Müsli rum. Und die Auswahl war auch gering. Nur vom Kuchen konnte man zwischen verschiedenen Sorten aussuchen. Bin leider nie satt geworden und hab lieber mein Frühstück in der Stadt genommen, definitiv nicht zufriedenstellend. Sehr schade für ein 4-Sterne Hotel
