3 out of the 6 rooms we booked for our party had issues with the AC. We had to sleep in a room that showed the temp to be 27.5 degree heat!!! Wholly unacceptable given the high price point for the suite we booked. The service recovery offered was a bottle of hand cream - again insulting!

Outstanding hotel, phenomenal food, pristine, modern roome with jaw dropping views . Spa and treatments were wonderful. So very very glad i booked here rather than in the aftual towns where its bustling with touriwts (which is nice but we wanted views and romance). Dont hesitate to book

We celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary at Madrigale Panoramic & Lifestyle Hotel and had the best time ever. The facilities and rooms were exceptional and location gave fantastic panoramic vies over the Garda Town and the Lake. The staff in all areas were very friendly and professional; they acted very promptly to all our requests/questions and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best time. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, Lake View (Panorama , which was fantastic; this is the one to go for if you want that extra bit of luxury. We had dinner at the restaurant a couple of time during our stay and the food was excellent, as were the staff; the Maitre'D ensured we had the best possible service. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel, we had the fantastic time. I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!
