Great service, restaurant dinner was good food for a small hotel. The room was clean but if you have a windy night the window shutter rattles all night long. All rooms are exterior doors

Chambre et salle de bain basique, un peu vieillot, petit déjeuner buffet correct (12,5€/nuit/pers), animal autorisé mais 10€/nuit/animal, parking sur place (mais appel téléphonique obligatoire pour ouvrir la barrière chaque soir, la sonnette HS serait plus pratique)

Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden

Was bekend.Gelegen aan de autoweg dus veel geluid.Gedateerd hotel. Goed ontbijt, goeie sevice ,schoon. Parkeren voor de deur ideaal.

I made a mistake in booking a hotel further out from the centre. This is a hotel situated on a business park so there is no local charm. I have mobility problems and the hotel was a nightmare, with badly done, retrofitted ramps in doorways. The power point in the bathroom blew the room electrics when we plugged in the hotel's kettle. We were told it couldn't handle anything more demanding than a mobile phone but there was no warning to that effect. Though the room is no smoking there were ashtrays right at the outside of the door so we still had to face the mess and stink. The staff were helpful and there was a shed where we could lock our bikes so that was a plus point. No USB outlets in the room so we needed a stock of adaptors to deal with phones, power packs, etc. Breakfast was good.

Hôtel où je séjourne de temps en temps. J'aime sa facilité d'accès, son parking devant l'hôtel fermé et l'hôtel est dans une zone calme

Onze slaapkamer was niet schoon.veel stof de douchedeur smerig.de muren vies in de badkamer.sanitair was wel schoon. De lunch duurde heel lang voor het bij ons op tafel kwam. De kozijnen buiten waren ook vreselijk stoffig.

La chambre était vraiment sale, énormément de poussière en dessous des lits, des tâches sur le sol et sur les murs, sur les draps vraiment vraiment décevant je ne viendrai plus

Het ontvangst was prima. Het avondeten simpel, maar in orde. Net ontbijt. Maar de lakens van de kamer waren niet fris. In de nacht geconstateerd dat er allemaal beestjes in het hoeslaken zaten. Weg dat ding, dan maar zonder. Toch een smet op dit bezoek.

Geen uitleg dat er 's nachts een hek voor de ingang zou zijn. In de regen moeten bellen naar een nummer op een geplastificeerd stuk papier. We kwamen laat terug van een feestje wilde douchen maar geen warm water. Kamer was stoffig met spinraggen aan het plafond. Ze zitten midden in een verbouwing tot twee keer toe konden niet bij de kamer door allerlei bouwgereedschap en slangen die de weg versperde.

Niet zo tevreden. Was heel erg oud en gedateerd, vloeren waren plakkerig, kamers geurig en vies.. de bebben waren rafelig.. en meubilair opgezet vd vocht.. Het ontbijt ‘s ochtends liet te wensen over.. wederom plakvloer, scrambled eggs en gebakken spek waren koud en werden dag 2 weer koud geserveerd.. de yoghurt was bijna bevroren.. Om eerlijk te zijn durfde ik ‘s avonds niet in het restaurant te eten.. Wordt zeker door mij niet nog een keer geboekt.. jammer

Kamer was op veel plekken echt vies, randen van doorspoelknop, alle hoekjes, deurklinken en deuren met vlekken. Ik had best wat korte, donkere haren op het dekbed liggen en vlekken ook op de muren en ombouw van het bed. Ook liepen er zilvervisjes in de badkuip

Badkamer was vies, veel haren van vorige bezoekers op de grond en op meubilair in de badkamer.

The room was nice and big. Ony thing we missed was a hairdryer and maybe a little fridge. But overall it was good for a short stay.

We didn't like that there are no fitted sheets for the bed and they provide only one pillow per guest. Also breakfast menu all throughout our 11 day stay didn't change at all, considering we paid for it each time.

Kamer was wel redelijk schoon, was alleen geen uitleg hoe je de rolluiken naar beneden krijgt, is wel wat gezien de geluidsoverlast van de snelweg. We werden wel zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. De badkuip om in te douchen kan ook weel wat breder om in te staan.

si potrebbe fare più attenzione alla pulizia, la stanza dava sul parcheggio e non essendo dotata di aria condizionata abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte con la tapparella sollevata, quindi con i fari delle auto in arrivo direttamente sul viso

The hotel is really a motel and is very average. The rooms are small and drab and very dated. If all you need is a bed for the night its ok. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. On top of that the location is not good for Gouda centre as you need a taxi and it goes all around to get to the centre so is expensive. Also the charge is hugely overpriced for this accommodation. On the good side the breakfast is decent. Staff helpful.

De geur van honden, als je binnen kwam Zeer gehorig, vooral het geluid van de snelweg.

The window shade was broken. They did not give us another room. When we check in they told us that if we brake any thing we will have to pay for it. So as soon enter the room and saw tthe window shade was broken, we went back down to report it. Never before a hotel told us this when checking in. Strange?

Zeer professioneel en vriendelijk personeel

Only stayed a night and in hindsight probably shouldn’t have stayed here. Abrupt staff. Couldn't get a table for dinner in a small restaurant and felt like we were not welcome, and there were only 10 tables occupied and they said it would be at least an hour before we would get our food. It was stated that check out would be at 12 but the cleaners came around at 10:30 making us feel like we had to leave.

Prima overnachting voor werk of doorreis. Eenvoudige doch complete en schone kamer. Goed en gezellig restaurant. Vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel.

Was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but the room stank of cigarettes from the ventilation. When I told the staff about this they just ignored it. The road was just outside and sounds a lot. Ok to stay one night but nothing I can recommend.

We stayed here last year but this time it was a very different experience. The biggest issue was that we left our room, fully locked at 10am the first morning and arrived back at 7pm to find our room door wide open. These are motel rooms, the doors are on the outside of the building and can be accessed by anyone passing by. We immediately panicked assuming our room had been broken into and started checking for passports, keys, money etc. Luckily nothing had been taken so we immediately went to report that we assumed the room attendant had left our door open after it had been made up that morning. No manager was available and we were asked to speak to a duty manager the following day. The staff were apologetic and agreed it was not acceptable but we were left feeling upset and shaken and requested not to have our room cleaned again. Secondary to this, our vegan/dairy free requirements had been met last year at breakfast which was a reason we'd rebooked. They'd offered vegan cheese, plant based milk and even veggie sausages when we'd asked. This time, the chef suggested we try the eggs (not vegan), the normal cheese (also not vegan) or the cereal (dry i'm assuming as there was no milk alternatives when I asked) So having already prepaid almost 14 euros each, per day for breakfast when I booked the hotel, we were left with bread, cucumber, tomatoes and pineapple slices. I cant remember the last time i felt so ripped off.

Odeur désagréable dans les couloirs et la chambre. Il y avait une seule serviette de douche pour 2 personnes et la réception ne nous croyait pas. Endroit très limité pour sécuriser des vélos. Personnel à la réception très peu acceuillant et collaboratif.

Vildt dårlig indcheckning. Den uinteresserede “receptionist” var måske træt, men var. Eget kort for hovedet og vi havde på INTET tidspunkt øjenkontakt, derudover, så svarede hun surt på et simpelt spørgsmål. Værelset havde gennemsigtige gardiner, så man kunne ikke have tændt lys om aftenen, da alle så ville kunne se ind.

Super service and nice room

O hotel fica muito distante do centro de Gouda. Precisa tomar um ônibus (175) ca estação central até o hotel e ainda caminhar por 10 minutos

Hotellet ligger i et forfaldent område, med tomme bygninger og forladte butikslokaler. Der er masser af gratis parkering. Motorvejen larmer en del. Værelserne er virkelig små. Der må ryges og der hænger asgebægre foran Værelserne, så røgen trænger ind ad vinduet. Virkelig serviceminded personale og maden er utrolig lækker!

This is a well located hotel close to a main road giving quick access to a variety of routes.

Een schoon maar wat gedateerd hotel op een industrieterrein. S, nachts hoor je de snelweg, maar heb 2 nachten goed geslapen. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed restaurant. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Gouda en de Reeuwijkse plassen

A long way from the centre. Limited taxi availability - be ware. Hotel is pretty mediocre. I guess it was the cheap (not actually that cheap) option so I shouldn't complain.

Heerlijke bedden en ontbijt buffet is top

Good value motel style hotel, easy access to cycle transport links, easy access to Gouda town via a lovely cycle route. Breakfast in the hotel was disappointing. Otherwise good stay.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb, aber hat super Anbindung zur Autobahn. Zimmerausstattung und -einrichtung müsste erneuert werden. Highlight ist auf jedenfall das Frühstück. Der Speisesaal ist ein Hingucker. Das Buffet ist groß und frisch. Sehr viel Auswahl an Brötchen, Säften, Müsli etc. Wir haben es genossen.

Pour une nuit de passage. Nous avons profiter du restaurant car autour il ni a rien d.accessible a pieds. Tres bon repas. Merci a Mo et a son collegue pour leurs efforts en francais.

Pluspunten: Rustig gelegen hotel vlakbij de snelweg. Goede parkeermogelijkheid voor en achter het hotel. Goede matrassen en schone wc/badkamer. Twee stoelen voor het bureau was ook erg prettig. Goed ontbijt, genoeg keuze en vriendelijke bediening. Aandachtspunt: De stoeptegels voor de ingangen van de kamers (voorzijde begane grond) kunnen wel een keer opnieuw gelegd worden. Deze liggen allemaal scheef en niet vlak meer!

Voor een nacht uitstekend. Kleine kamer. Diner fantastisch goed. Onverwacht in Campanille.
