Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen

Very happy with my stay. Close to the city center, we were glad to discover this beautiful town. The car park was a big plus. Liked the facilities and the room. Clean, comfortable with coffee and tea facilities. I recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay there again.

Das Hotel liegt in Plsen ungefähr 10 Minuten entfernt vom Zentrum. Zimmer war gut aber die stark befahrene Hauptstraße lag genau vorm Hotelzimmer. Wir hatten etwas Probleme weil wir auf 2 Etagen untergebracht waren, da der Fahrstuhl nur mit der Zimmer Karte funktioniert und nur auf die Etage fährt auf welches auch das Zimmer ist. Als war das "besuchen" ziemlich schwierig und man musste sich an der Rezeption eine Karte vom anderen Zimmer holen🙈ansonsten hat mir das Hotel sehr gefallen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Und es gab eine Garage im Hotel für unsere Motorräder für 16€ in der Nacht. Könnte man aber auch kostenlos machen finde ich. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Great location right across the street from the brewery and a few min walk from the train station. You can see the hotel sign from the station. Also, a lot of benefits: complimentary drink voucher, snacks/bottled water on exec level, breakfast included.

Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is at a crossroads, but I couldn't hear any noise (the windows weren't facing the roadway), the park and football stadium are nearby, as well as the train station. The room is normal, clean on the fourth floor, room 428. The bathroom has underfloor heating. I had nightmares the whole night, I guess the room has not good energy). There is a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was the usual. All in all I was satisfied.

Hôtel moderne et pratique avec accès parking facilité ou places facilement disponibles à proximité. Problème principal est l'accès au centre ville qui n'est pas le plus simple en traversant les grands axes routiers

Very nice hotel. Good parking and nice room. Stayed 2 nichts. First breakfast= nice girl making omelette etc. At the second breakfast nobody took care of this. But still a good breakfast.

One of our favorite places to stay when we visit Plzen. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased with the staff and facilities. Close walk to Pilsner Urquell and a nice walk to downtown. Will stay here again on our next trip!

Bra läge vid stationen och eget garage. Pilsner Urquell bryggeriet ligger tvärs över vägen vilket är ett måste att besöka. 😁

Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel.

Fuldkommen fantastisk hotel. Hyggeligt, rent og meget god service. Jeg havde hund med på værelset, og da jeg ankom var der hundepude og vandskål med en lille velkomst snack til hunden. Lækker hotel, kan varmt anbefales. Just love it

Nice quite business like hotel in the middle of Plsen just 5 min walk to the home of pilsener Urquell and 5-10 min walk to the historical centre. Good service in the reception. Room spacious eventhough we had an extra bed. Clean though we saw a long tailed silverfish (almost impossible to get rid of if first introduced to building) in the bathroom at arrival.

Hotel wirbt mit gesprochener Sprache "Deutsch" Davon ist an der Rezeption nichts zu merken. Das Zimmer ist okay, aber nichts besonderes. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, sehr lauter Straßenlärm. Klimaanlage so lala. Des Weiteren wirbt dad Hotel mit einem Restaurant mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Meine Bezeichnung wäre eine Snack Bar dafür und die einzige regionale Spezialität war dss Pilsner Bier. Am Frühstück gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, umfangreich und lecker.

Great hotel location next to brewery. I do believe for the lack of comforts of the room it is overpriced! You are definitely paying for locations and name. I would not stay here again for the price I paid of $225 a night without breakfast. Room small and no real comforts and AC could hardly keep up. I had to go to my car and bring up a fan. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is nice and modern with well appointed rooms. Big bathroom. It’s right by the edge of the city core but still within easy walking distance. We chose it because it was right in front of the Pilzen Urquell brewery where we had a tour booked. It is a bit overpriced. The price was within my budget when I booked it but then I realised that I had booked a double room but for single occupancy. I was very surprised because it was the 3rd hotel I booked with expedia in a row. I contacted the hotel and they said that I could pay the extra upon arrival. The final price made it the most expensive night in our 2 weeks in Czechia but without any extra amenities.

Generally service was good, hotel needs a renovation though. Lot of wear and tear in common areas and rooms need refurbishment.

Great staff and very convenient and quiet hotel if you’re planning on visiting Pilsner urquell brewery. It’s a 5 mn walk from the train station and 5 mn from the brewery. The old town is also a 10-15mn walk from there.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz unserem Gold Status haben wir auch bei diesem Aufenthalt kein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten.

Leider Übernachten hier auch Stammtisch Gruppen oder Fußball Vereine in Gruppen und angetrunken geht jeglicher Wohlfühlcharakter im Hotel verloren. In der Hotel Bar wir laut gegrölt Videos aus den Sozialen Netzwerken laut abgespielt ohne das jemand vom Hotel eingreift!!Es werden sogar Sitzgelegenheiten aus den Etagen in die Aufzüge verfrachtet und das obwohl dort Kameras hängen. Auf meine Beschwerde diesbezüglich bemühte sich ein Mitarbeiten in einem Gespräch mit den Gruppen aber nur halbherzig, scheinbar ist es wichtiger Umsatz zu machen als als anderen Gästen einen ruhigen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Um 23 Uhr musste ich erneut die Rezeption anrufen damit sie für Ruhe auf unserer Etage sorgen. Auch am Frühstück war es alles andere als entspannt wie man es von anderen Hotels kennt. Beim Auschecken musste ich ich meine Unzufriedenheit erneut kund tun da ich danach gefragt wurde, obwohl wir gerade vom Frühstücksbuffet zur Rezeption gegangen sind viel der Dame nichts besseres ein als uns eine Kaffee Gutschein überreichen zu wollen, den wir dankend ablehnten. So haben wir noch kein Hotel erlebt in dieser Kategorie andere Hotels haben Systeme eingebaut die das Buchen von Gruppen schwierig gestaltet da dies immer ein Problem ist Die Nähe der Brauerei kann da keine Ausrede sein es ist Sache des Hotels für alle Gäste einen Erholsamen ruhigen Aufenthalt zu sorgen. Wir können uns nicht vorstellen erneut ein Hotel der Kette zu buchen.

This is a property situated very close to the Centrum. A small boutique hotel, but very clean and efficient. However, on a cold European morning to start the day without a coffee was very bad.! They did not have a coffee maker in the room and flatly said we don’t give it for rooms on the third floor. Of course, we could get one at the breakfast and incidentally the breakfast had very good choices of food. Would have rated higher if only they were more considerate in moving a coffee maker to my room !!

Hotel befindet sich gegenüber der Pilsner Urquell Brauerei. In dieser kann man sehr gut Essen und das gute Bier trinken.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt aber die Gegend um den Bahnhof sollte gemieden werden.

We went disappointed staff didn't replace dirty cups and glasses during our week stay. Food was great.
