XO Hotels Blue Square

The room was clean and large with a surprise upgrade, and breakfast was surprisingly large.

Internet worked well enough and breakfast was fine

The headboard had dried semen on it and the downgrades they attempted to move me into after complaining smelled of BO. I left and had to pay for a different hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights at this Xo blue square hotel. Location was great. Close to public transport and restaurants and shops. There's also a big market next to it. One stop from Sloterdijk Central Station by bus and trams. Check in was smooth as they offer electronic machines so you can check yourself in. They also keep your luggage for free. We arrived early than check in time so they kept our luggage. Our room was nice and clean and decent size. Toilet was clean with air dryer, towels and toiletries provided. Staff was wonderful. But I have to say that on one occasion, the cleaners left shoes marks in the toilet. The tissue also wasn't replenished so we had to ask them at the reception. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Would recommend this to family and friends.
