The hotel was easy to find. A little odd that an elevator/stairs was needed to get to the first floor from the lobby. Push carts were available. The breakfast was bland and pretty dismal compared to other hotels.

Two elevators on each floor, also ice. Dog friendly and several grass areas for dogs. Be aware there is a $20 per pet fee. Front desk person seemed new or inexperienced. I also had to ask about the breakfast, she did not volunteer the information.

Staff was excellent and cery friendly, helpful. Pool was nice but pretty small. Lots of street traffic close by so a little noisy when you're out by the pool. Otherwise all good. Bed a little lumpy.

Good about this property was its location. Other than that, nothing was good. Poor things about this hotel was breakfest was not fresh nor good tasting. Room was not completely clean. Card locks were hit or miss on working. Bathroom needs major upgrade due to lot of caulking to fix cracks along with mold along walls and ceilings. Also, mini fridge was not clean inside of fridge. Long as while we were there, there was a construction company staying at hotel and took up most of parking spots with their dumptrucks and other vehicles.

We had a great overnight stay. Booking was easy through Hotels.com. The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly and engaging. We truly felt welcomed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I loved having the couch adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I used the exercise room while I was there, and I would normally walk on a treadmill, but the two main pieces of equipment were an elliptical and a recumbent bike. I chose the bike for low impact. Breakfast the next morning was good, though the selection was a little limited. I was disappointed that there wasn't some fresh fruit. It appeared that the gentleman who preparing and serving the breakfast foods was also responsible for being at the front desk. Perhaps more help would be beneficial. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The floor was so filthy, and there was hair in the shower, as well as mold on the walls. Barely any shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The pool’s railings were about to fall. The halls looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. So gross. You can tell they are cutting corners with not having a professional cleaning crew come in to clean.

Staff members were polite and tried to correct some problems like replacing inoperable keys. We never had a key that worked on the 1st try either at the room or on an outside entrance. Beware; You must specifically request towels and bed changes, etc. We didl But on the 2nd day, we returned to find dirty towels on the floor, beds not changed, and the dirty sock of a previous customer still on the floor by the closet. The receptionist offered the excuse that 50 people checked out that day. Then, schedule enough people! Shabby building, heavily stained carpet, gouged bathtub. Needs renovation. It's a Choice Hotel, and my choice is never to return.

The pictures posted did not match what the rooms actually looked like. There was stains on the carpet, the windows were filthy, the bathroom was horrendous, dirty towels, shower looked so old it looked dirty and orange (walls were supposed to be off white. I took pictures. But worse of all was there were spiders. We sprayed Off hoping to keep them only at the windows…when I woke up there were dead baby cockroaches on the sill. Oh! And there was no flat sheet on the beds, only comforters. Appalled! I used to be a chambermaid so I asked the front desk to bring me clean towels and cleaning solution. She towels looked used and they brought up sanitizer spray, not cleaning. I will never stay here or at another Comfort Suite again. If anyone is interested in seeing pictures, please let me know. I’ll share. I was highly disappointed being it was $400 a night!

We were not happy with this hotel. We were put on a floor where they were doing construction and my family was woke up by the hammering on the wall next to ours. There was also furniture lined all in the hallway and it made it difficult to get to out room. Our toilet overflowed while we were there all over the floor. The floor in our room had sun flower seeds all over it which was proof it was not cleaned thoroughly. Would never stay here again.

This property was disgusting. The first room we got, the sheets had not been changed and were stained with food crumbs on them. The second room she put us in had blood and urine stains on the quilts and the couch had a a tear in it. We then decided to check out, but the front desk lady insisted we try one more room. At first glance this room was much better. However, when we pulled all the bedding off, we found more blood stains on the quilt. We ended up stripping the beds to the sheets that appeared clean with no stains, sprayed them with disinfectant and we slept with the throws and travel pillows that were in our car. The carpet was also very nasty with stains and felt very dirty. The bathtub also had stains and looked very dirty. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming or friendly. She did apologize for the condition of their rooms, but she was nonchalant and unfriendly. We would never stay here again. This was a one night stay for us as we were passing through thank goodness. I would rather sleep in my car!

Disgusting! The ceiling was leaking and brown! Dripping water on the bathroom counter, the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Non refundable from either the hotel nor hotels.com. Service was awful either route!

Pillows were like cottonballs very small and not very comfy for head. The shower was very slim and hard to keep footing in. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, fake sausages and bakery items. I am gluten free so i only had the eggs and sausages. They offered yogurt one morning but not the other, no fruit offered. There were bugs in the juices offered.

Property was clean and staff helpful. Our daughter was with us and slept on the couch which was not comfortable at all. It was a very thin mattress. She had to put the cushions from the couch on top to be able to lay on it.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, but the room was a little dated. Blackout curtain hanging off rail, which meant the flood light outside the building was lighting up inside my room. The bedside reading light didn't work and the carpet was worn. The complimentary tea/coffee was awful-tasted like soap. Breakfast however, was wonderful.

Overall, this hotel was fine for one night. BUT we had to wait 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to check in as there was no one at the front desk. My husband stood there, and I walked around, peering into the office, housekeeping room, maintenance room (all the doors wide open) to see if anyone was around. Place was deserted! It was around 4pm on a Thursday. Finally, a man showed up. The room was perfectly adequate, what you expect from a Comfort Inn. Breakfast the next morning was just ok. Waffle batter was almost empty, orange juice was watered down and the Coffee ran out at 8:15 and there was no one around to replace any of it. So overall, 4 stars for the room but 2.5 for check in and breakfast.

If possible to give this hotel a negative rating I would. The clerk violated my ADA right by insisting that I provid documentation for my service animal. Was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. I suggest someone in management square this clown away before the hotel gets a lawsuit. I am notifying the proper authorities.

The keycards did not work. Had to be replaced several times. Only 1 packet of soap for 4 people for showering and hand washing. Towels felt damp and not very absorbent. Not enough staff to keep up with breakfast demands. Staff was very polite and responsive.

The key cad did not work the gave me 2 different ones and both would not work. The came to the room with the master key it worked tried the 3 rd key card and of course it did not work! The man behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. Charged my card multiple times for $30, redunded, charged again, etc. Then charged me $150, I have yet to get back, for having a service dog. When I told him and showed him proof my dog was a service dog, he seemed to have no idea such a thing even existed. Called Comfort Suites customer service and of course the woman on the phone did nothing to help except try to sell me time shares.

I spoke to staff about a pet friendly room. I reserved room right after speaking to staff. Halfway to the hotel the day of the reservation, speak to staff via phone and they say there's no pet room for us. Literally halfway there. Speak to front desk again and find out they never even checked the availability of a pet room when I called. Further, they simply responded they didn't have an idea what we should do with pet now. Completely unconcerned. Conversation ended with them leaving no answer for what to do. Found alternative accommodations at another hotel. The guy at the desk was very unfriendly and not that helpful. Other than that it wasn’t too bad but probably won’t be back after having to deal with him. We weren’t the only ones having issues with him as well.

When we made our reservation we were still traveling and did not realize it was after midnight. Our reservation actually booked for the next night instead of when we needed it. The clerk was incredibly helpful in getting it changed for us. Our room was clean and quiet. The area felt safe and had plenty of shopping and food nearby. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff at the desk were courteous.

The young lady at the front desk the afternoon we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful. She was a bit frustrated with the "slow" computer system but smiled all the way through it. She later called both of our rooms to make sure everything was ok. Best check-in so far. She was also very accommodating in providing several options for dinner that evening.

Not bad for one night. The lights from outside came in and we had to use a hair clip to try and keep the curtains closed. Also heard road noise off and on. Walmart is right across the street and had lots of places to eat nearby. Front desk at check in was very friendly. Breakfast was good, just your normal hotel breakfast. If we ever came to that area again we most likely stay again.

Overall, this hotel was fine for one night. BUT we had to wait 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to check in as there was no one at the front desk. My husband stood there, and I walked around, peering into the office, housekeeping room, maintenance room (all the doors wide open) to see if anyone was around. Place was deserted! It was around 4pm on a Thursday. Finally, a man showed up. The room was perfectly adequate, what you expect from a Comfort Inn. Breakfast the next morning was just ok. Waffle batter was almost empty, orange juice was watered down and the Coffee ran out at 8:15 and there was no one around to replace any of it. So overall, 4 stars for the room but 2.5 for check in and breakfast.

I thought the hotel was nice and clean. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It was not tasty or appealing at all. It is a standard fare for biscuits and gravy, waffles, and scrambled eggs and sausage. The taste was just not there.

Pillows were like cottonballs very small and not very comfy for head. The shower was very slim and hard to keep footing in. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, fake sausages and bakery items. I am gluten free so i only had the eggs and sausages. They offered yogurt one morning but not the other, no fruit offered. There were bugs in the juices offered.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, but the room was a little dated. Blackout curtain hanging off rail, which meant the flood light outside the building was lighting up inside my room. The bedside reading light didn't work and the carpet was worn. The complimentary tea/coffee was awful-tasted like soap. Breakfast however, was wonderful.

We had a great overnight stay. Booking was easy through Hotels.com. The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly and engaging. We truly felt welcomed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I loved having the couch adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I used the exercise room while I was there, and I would normally walk on a treadmill, but the two main pieces of equipment were an elliptical and a recumbent bike. I chose the bike for low impact. Breakfast the next morning was good, though the selection was a little limited. I was disappointed that there wasn't some fresh fruit. It appeared that the gentleman who preparing and serving the breakfast foods was also responsible for being at the front desk. Perhaps more help would be beneficial. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely stay there again.

It is an older property and looks it, room was smelly, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, housekeeping didn’t knock or even try to announce herself, just walked in while I was getting dressed and I reported it at checkout and they didn’t seem to care, it made me feel bad and glad I was checking out, and had to wait 5 minutes with another person trying to check out, no one was at the counter, so wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
