Club room is lovely very well equiped and an excellent bed. The Starbucks chocolate coins were a nice touch. Towel rail/hooks not in accessible position for shower. Receptions and housekeeping staff lovely. Leisure facilities are excellent and Starbucks staff friendly and helpful. Bar staff poor - not experienced and no warmth. Called last orders at 10.55 and everyone moved out to reception lobby at 11pm. Food choice, quality and quantity for price is poor.

We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years. It is convenient for London although you need to get a 5 minute taxi ride to the underground. It has a gym, a pool, a Starbucks and plenty of parking. Not too expensive

Great facilities for a busy, multiple day, business trip. The leisure facilties were however extremely busy, and there were no vehicle charging facilities if I'm being extremely critical. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful though and I would definitely use again.

Not a bad hotel. Gym and pool very busy also kids are there so make sure you go after there timings have finished. Bar is good. Found prices for drinks and food quite expensive for the location. But in general was an ok stay.

We stopped here whilst attending a concert at Wembley area. So we didnt spend much time in the room. The bed its self was dirty, sick marks down both sides off the bed. Carpet dirty patches from the sick. Burnt holes in the carpet. Some kind of liquid spills down the walls. Shower was amazing but not clean.

Our family of 4 stayed here for one night ( two rooms) . Both rooms were filthy but one of the rooms was disgusting. Room 329 had clearly been the location of a party- the walls were splattered with beer/champagne, the room had been smoked in a lot, the smell was on the linens and permeated the room and made it so hard to sleep with us to open the window-bathroom had pubic hair, the linens were even dingy. Could not make a cup of tea because the mugs were dirty as were the spoons .the hallways were littered with takeout and the carpets were covered in food and dirt. The other room was also dirty - not to the epic proposition of 329 but the carpet was filthy and it had not been dusted. When I spoke to the young lady at the front desk she told me “it was a mistake” and she had contacted housekeeping and speak to her manager. She offered us a coffee- no offer of a discount - nothing . Terrible - can’t wait to get home and scrub everything that was in the room.

Pros: Car parking at the weekend is free, bar and social areas have good atmosoheres, room sizes are decent, good check-in experience. Cons: Very dirty throughout property (our room was disgusting), gym/spa is poor (and again, very dirty - skin in the hot tub was horrid). Rooms were fairly loud of an evening.

Check in was fairly easy via touchscreen. Would imagine much slower at busy times. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the room was very poor. Stains on bed frame, marks on duvet cover, hair on pillow. Carpet had seen better days. Bathroom very tired. To top it off the neighbouring room had a visitor until 3am and therefore we had no sleep due to loud music (poor sound proofing).

Room was not particularly clean and the Bathroom was very tired and also not very clean d bath Mould in the corner of Shower door. Someone’s Piss was behind the toilet on the floor and there was a sharp object on the floor from a broken door stop. The actual room was nice and very large comfortable bed with the exception the Bedsheet was not larger enough and immediately crumpled up underneath you. As for Breakfast which was extra I would rate it 1 star cheap and just horrible. Had it not been for the fact I arrived very tired and quite late I would have complained when I left there was nobody at the desk to talk to

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, for example, having extra towels sent up to our room or just being attentive when eating in the restaurant. The hotel is a new build and is very well kept. Excellent standard of cleaning, new bathroom fittings and comfortable bed.

In general, our stay was good and enjoyable. The only downside was that the room had no outlook whatsoever - our room faced a concrete wall! This would have adversely affected our stay but we were out and about all day and only returned to our room to sleep, so we made do.

This hotel is fine for a one night stay. It’s in a close location to the tube and other amenities. The rooms themselves are tired and the room we stayed in and multiple stains on the floor and the bath/shower was stained and shower head was broken. As it was only one night, it was fine. But if I had been staying longer, we would want at the very least to move rooms. 5/10 adequate stay.

Arrived very late and given a room on the 3rd floor. Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor are designated "club rooms" - the room I was given was nice, had a couple of chairs in it, but unfortunately, it had twin beds. My booking was for a double room and this had been automatically added to the booking as a special instruction. When I tried to call reception, I found there was no means of doing this. A QR code is provided but this didn't work. I had to go back downstairs. I was now given a room on the 2nd floor. I asked if it was the same kind of room as I believed I had been allocated a club room. I was told that none of the available rooms were club rooms - the room was the same. Except it was not - in place of the two chairs was a single footstool. It being long after midnight by now, I decided not to make a big deal about this and to go to sleep. While getting ready for bed, I discovered there was no toilet paper in the room. I don't understand how such a mistake can be made. I had to get dressed again and once again go downstairs. The guy on reception went into the communal ladies toilet behind his desk, but could not find any there either. He promised to bring me some. Once again, I asked about the type of room. He insisted that floors 3 and 4 were not made up of club rooms despite it clearly saying this on the lift. Toilet paper arrived soon after. Next morning, my shower was tepid. Surely, not too hard to do a bit better than this.

They could improve their tv schedule in room..everytime ive stayed the sky tv which has been promised doesnt work or all the sky channels are off line or not set properly. There are people out thede who do like to watch their sport whilst staying and to advertise it and not having isnt great

Room was good. Breakfast was good apart from terrible coffee. Worst check in and checkout experience of any hotel I’ve stayed in. We had pre booked and pre paid but had to type all our details into a pad on the reception desk and accept terms and conditions that were too long to read. When we left instead of just handing in our keys and telling the receptionist our room number we had to type our details again just to get confirmation that we didn’t owe anything. This longwinded and impersonal process deters me from staying there again.

Booked two club rooms and one room did not have the expresso coffee maker. When I asked front desk for the expresso coffee maker, they said they didn't have one and maybe it's broken for that room and they couldn't bring another one. I did not receive compensation for the uprgraded room. Also, THERE ARE NO PHONES IN THE ROOM. You have to scan a QR code and then select the hotel from a drop down menu to "LIVE CHAT" with someone. Unfortunately when the power went out in my room early morning, I couldn't find the hotel listed in the drop down menu so couldn't communicate with anyone. I would not book this hotel again for that very reason as you can't communicate with front desk if you have a problem or there is an emergency. Had to get dressed in the dark and find someone to help me. Bed was comfortable and pillows were hard.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Village Hotel due to the continuous intrusion of the housekeeping staff into my room early in the morning. Not only were they walking in on me while I was naked, but the overall service from bottom to top was terrible. Nice location poor service sums it up. Had no toilet roll in the room on arrival. Informed staff as we passed by and they said they would deal with straight away but two hours later still had nothing. Eventually brought something to room but no apology. Staff not very knowledgeable and struggled to get orders right. Think Village has great ideas, food is good and sport on TV's but need further training for staff.

Its a great hotel, a little bit far from everywhere if you dont have a car. Tube is an £8 taxi ride away. Busy in the bar when the football is on. Very clean,comfortable rooms, good amenities.

We stayed at this hotel as we were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium. The location was ideal. We parked with ease and ordered a cab to Stanmore tube station which is 5 minute drive away and is four stops from Wembley Park. We got a cab with ease upon our return to Stanmore.

The staff were very helpful on arrival, checking in was simple, the room was very good with lots of home comforts available (iron/kettle/ hair dryer), the food was lovely however slightly over priced I thought. Car parking was only free with the club room, I think because of the price of things it should be free anyway. The bar area is a nice place to sit down have some food and watch the TV, even had a cinema screening in front of one of them which I thought was cool. I'd definitely stay here again, I'd use the gym/swim next time though!

Nice hotel, modern and well maintained. There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and adequate. Issue for us were the bar staff in the evening were a shambles. I had credit on the room to use at the bar and no one understood this (even though you bought it at a discount when checking in), I was charged a tray charge even though it wasn't going to the room, no one knew how to then refund it and this went on for half an hour and even then I just gave in as it wasn't properly sorted and to add insult to injury the pint of Guinness I ordered was only 3/4 full!

The hotel was great with a good vibe, the pool is brilliant. Breakfast was spot on. Booked a twin but there was only a double available at time of check in. As I was with my daughter I asked the concierge about swapping to a twin and he was completely understanding and didn’t hesitate to put it right. We waited in the bar with a complementary drink which was very kind. In a short while our room was ready, great service and all staff we saw around were very welcoming and pleasant.
