Der Spa Bereich ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt, ebenso der Fitnessbereich, in welchem einige Maschinen dringend einer Reparatur bedürfen. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, ist aber lieblos angerichtet und auf Massen ausgerichtet. Das Abendessen ist deutlich gehobener und schicker, sowohl vom Ambiente her als auch in der Qualität der Speisen. Das Hotelpersonal war rundum sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind sehr hart und ohne Klimaanlage wird es extrem stickig im Zimmer. Die Reinigung war stets effizient und sehr gut. Alles in allem eine solide Unterkunft.

A good mid range spa hotel , nice rooms, great pools and huge spa facility with a good well equipped gym. Only ate breakfast but that was fine. 10 mins walk to the front . Would return if coming to that part of Majorca again.

This is a fabulous place to stay near palma. Suite was lovely, with a much appreciated fridge. Staff lovely too. Pools and spa were clean and inviting. Food was very well done. It surpassed all our expectations and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Only thing wrong is string smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby and that can give some headaches. We told the employees and they said it gives them headaches too!! Management needs to change chemicals.

Desværre levede det denne gang ikke op til mine forventninger, har boet på hotellet før. Rengøringen ved ankomst til værelset var ikke helt som man ville forvente der var sand over gulvet og i sofaen. Udendørsmøbler tydeligvis ikke tørt af i flere dage. Front personalet i receptionen er meget lidt imødekommende ikke alle dog men 75 procent virkede stressede og irriterede på gæsterne. Lidt ærgerligt ved godt der er travlt og sikkert mange dumme spørgsmål men alligevel jeg forventede lidt mere og flere smil:) Dog et ok ophold og dejligt med lille køkken der mangler dog et skærebræt det ville rart

For the price range the service was not good, especially the cleaning service. They didn’t change the linen even when we asked. Didn’t replace the towels and when we asked they took 2 hours to give to us. On the last day we didn’t have cleaning service at all. I was really hoping a good experience which was not provided. Also we didn’t get to experience in dinner because the quality of the food on the breakfast didn’t reach our expectations. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the facility’s are pretty good. Hoping that this review helps you to improve.

Die Zimmer sind groß, jedoch die Balkone sehr klein. Erstes Zimmer hatte praktisch keinen Blick, da ebenerdig und Blick auf einen Busch. Konnte am nächsten Tag tauschen. Personal nahm den Wunsch freundlich entgegen. Gutes Hotel zum schlafen und Wellness.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The suite was large, a bedroom and a living area. The bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together, a desk/dressing table and a good sized wardrobe with air conditioning. The living area had a leather sofabed, a table and chairs, a kitchen area with a full size fridge, microwave and 2 ring hob and sink. Crockery and cutlery too. There was also another smaller wardrobe with safe. The bathroom was a good sized with large walkin shower. Bathrobes and slippers were provided in the room too. The balcony overlooked the lower pool. The breakfast was excellent and contained a really good variety of food. Fresh cooked omelettes were my favourite. We are once at the Bistro bar and the food was excellent. Food and drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. Unfortunately we didn't have time to experience the spa or the sky bar. Overall, I'd definitely recommend and I would return to stay here.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. We had a big room, with big balcony and pool view. A long walk from reception - but not a problem for us. Breakfast was amazing. Roof top pool perfect. Staff were borderline rude - other than room attendants who were friendly.

We only stayed one night in a junior suite it was very basic white box and had no toiletries at all which I didn’t expect The bed was two singles separate beds separate duvets and was not comfortable The hotel is huge sterile and it did its purpose for one night wouldn’t stay again The hotel was very clean that was a positive it felt odd as you walk for a long time in windowless corridors to the rooms Not our type of accommodation was a one off tripnfor a holiday it’s blandness is not one for me

Very nice clean and modern hotel. Junior Suite was not as described in the photos when I booked the room. Nowhere to sit other than a hard desk chair but all suites show a sofa in the room which was not the case.

The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!

Incredibly slow service when something is needed in the room. We asked SOAP for the bathroom as we were fefr without. Same for climatization and ironing (my gf wanted to iron her dress). The so called Skybar is sbout 1.5km from reception and we were told that breakfast there was for ANOTHER CATEGORY OF GUESTS. Hotel is too big for current management. Never again

Overall a great stay. Room was better than I expected, great value for the money. Fantastic facilities especially the large pools. Good food. Some staff are pleasant, however some let it down. Not sure if it’s because we didn’t speak any German at all. But some staff unfortunately came across as a bit rude and not pleasant to talk to. A few times this occurred at breakfast or dinner it felt almost as if they didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to serve us and quite frankly missing the basics of customer service such simply saying “Hello” and ensuring we feel welcome. A part from that everything else was great and I would return!!

If you want to stay in a hotel with a construction site beside you this is the place . If you like 50 minutes to check in , please stay here. Should you want a twenty minute walk to the beach rather than 12, book here. Those looking for a smile on arrival or friendly reception staff should avoid . Breakfast was nice , landscape like the moon , house keeping excellent. Needs new management and Expedia should not be selling this place . Feels as if they have run out of money and culture of customer last .

Das Hotel ist ok und sehr modern. Aber leider fehlt Personal die Aufmerksamkeit für Kundenwünsche. Während dem CheckIn hat sie einfach das Telefon abgenommen und somit uns nicht mehr bedient.. Ist etwas unfreundlich. Am Frühstück mussten wir sehr lange auf Café warten, da das Personal auf Tische räumen konzentriert war und nicht für die Bestellung vom Café..

The hotel (the rooms and communal areas) were beautiful! It was even better than the pictures, we had zero complaints or points where they could improve. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helped with any questions we had. Our suite had a balcony which turned out to be a HUGE patio, it was nice to relax outside on the sunbeds after the pool was closed. I was unaware that there were 3 swimming pools which was a nice surprise! Lots of breakfast options and surprised me on my birthday which made my day! The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there is a supermarket basically across the road which was very helpful. I would happily stay here or at any of their other branches if i returned to Majorca! The area surrounding the beach is german party holiday vibes which we didn’t know beforehand, but we had no problem navigating around that so just a heads up if that’s completely not your portion. However, I can’t even think of one bad thing to say about our stay or our trip in general! Thanks for a great stay, I would recommend to anyone 🙌

This is a beautiful property, great service and good food! We felt that the location was good for visiting the island. We did not like the atmosphere at Playa de Palma beach, which was a short walk away. Too many young tourists partying and being silly. The bus stop is a short walk away which is helpful. We thought the half board was worth while. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and there’s a wonderful woman Dipa at the restaurant always making sure we had all we needed.

Prima! Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen. Auch da wir ein Upgrade hatten. Sehr sehr netter Service und das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut, da wir direkt eins vom Pool hatten. Auch die Dachterrasse sowie der Dachpool einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Wir (Ü40) hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Prestige Suite. Vielfältiges Frühstück: nur alles leider etwas laff (Gewürze fehlen an z.B. Rührei, Tomatensugo) und eher auf die ältere Kundschaft abgestimmt. Wir vermissten ein paar moderne Lebensmittel, wie Z.B. Avocado / Avocadocreme. Die angepriesenen Smoothies gab es jetzt in der Nebensaison nicht mehr (auch schade). Leider wurden die Sonnenliegen ausgetauscht. Die jetzigen sehen optisch moderner aus, sind aber leider extrem unbequem. Das letztere ist evtl. ein Grund, warum wir beim Badeurlaub andere Hotels bevorzugen würden. In der Nebensaison jedoch ok. Im großen und Ganzen weiterhin ein gutes Hotel , welches wir weiterempfehlen können (jedoch nicht sehr gut).
