Buffet stye breakfast was good, plenty of choice and reasonable quality. Location was OK with some lovely walks nearby and handy for Parkrun Didnt use gym but looked ok

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, comfortable and with easy access to Manchester City centre. There was a Morrisons supermarket next to hotel. Also a pub close by for meals. We had a walk out from hotel toward lake and it was stunning. We found staff attentive. Always cleaning and clearing. Breakfast good standard and plentiful - we will definitely stay here again
