Perfect location. You can get the no 1 bus from railway station and it stops just around the cnr from the hotel. Hotel easy walk into centre and grocery shop around cnr by bus stop. Good size room. Useable kitchen. Drying rack above bath. Has small gym. Laundry facility.

Average hotel as there are pros and cons to this place. The pro’s: great location to the old town. Walking distance to mane restaurants, shops and museums as well as the Mieradeck shopping mall. The rooms are large and spacious. And the staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The con’s: AC is advertised however you cannot control the temperature. It only goes from 22-24 degrees and we are used to sleeping in 16-18 at night so it was hot at night. The laundry facilities are small for such a large hotel, only 2 washers and one dryer. Not practical if washing more than one load. Depending on your upstairs neighbors, walls are thin so it will sound like they are moving furniture early in the am.

On a adorait notre séjour.le studio est confortable la séparation amovible entre le coin nuit des parents et celui des enfants c est très pratique. La salle de bain avec douche et baignoire c est top. Les wc sont séparés. La cuisine très bien équipée. Le balcon très agréable. Le personnel est très serviable. On a apprécié le sauna et le hammam très agréable après une journée de visite. L environnement extérieur est très sympa il y un centre commercial en face avec de nombreuses enseignes connus, mais aussi de la verdure et des petits restaurants. On recommande vivement cet établissement

Really enjoyed the Aparthotel in Bordeaux. Was an excellent location, you are left alone to come and go as you please and the rooms are great. Price good too. Only downside was the gym which was a little limited and had a low ceiling

Maid service costs extra as does towel change but the low cost for the stay and the size and features of the room makes it a great place to stay. Small dishwasher including soap worked very well. Love the large bath tub. The onsite laundry was easy to use and very inexpensive. The location and cost are the best reasons to stay here. But the front desk staff were exceptional.

Spotless, well-equipped room. We arrived well over an hour early and they allowed us to check in right away. The hotel was within walking distance of most of the major sites in Bordeaux. A bonus was the convenience of a tramway stop one block away on a line to the airport.

All the staff are very friendly and nice. Very good location in the town. Next to the cinema, shopping mall and a street - full of restaurants. The room is big with a good view but our room's toilet smells like a public toilet

We had a lovely stay. The property is in a very good location - a short walk to the old town, and very close to the airport tram. The room was an excellent size and fairly well equipped with all necessities for an apartment. Some parts of the room felt a bit old; and noise travels fairly easily from other rooms. Overall a great stay!

Appartement un peu petit pour 4 personnes. Divan lit peu confortable. Climatisation insuffisante surtout en canicule à cause des restrictions écologiques. Par contre localisation excellente à quelques pas du Vieux Bordeaux. Même si ce n'est pas un hôtel luxueux, la qualité de l'accueil par vos réceptionnistes mérite 5 étoiles. Ils prennent bien le temps de renseigner les clients et répondent attentivement à leurs besoins. Bravo pour vos employés.

Emplacement idéal a la frange du centre ancien. Chambre bien aménagée, avec un bureau pour travail. Wifi pas top. Et surtout grandes fenêtres occultées par de grands rideaux et problèmes d’isolation et/ou de chauffage. Résultat je me suis pelé en travaillant sur le petit bureau et dans la salle de bain où il n’y a pas de chauffage d’appoint

Overall experience is not bad. There's shopping center nearby where you can buy grocery/breakfast if you intend to eat in the hotel. And an underground parking for the hotel, which is convenient but the overnight fee is a little high to my taste. So, if you have a rental there's not really other choices because finding parking in the city is like a treasure hunt. The service could be better, I never got my bath towel I requested during my 3 night stay...

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I was travelling with my mum who has limited mobility and the receptionist very kindly offered us a room with a wet room shower. They were also very helpful with information about transport and shopping. Beds were comfortable and rooms were well equipped.

Très bien situé. Service à l’accueil exceptionnel. Personnel disponible et chaleureux 24/24. Je voudrais par le fait même souligner le professionnalisme de Florence à la réception. Appartement bien équipé, bien entretenu et très propre. Service de deux laveuses et d’une sécheuse offert par l’hôtel $. Tramway et autobus pour l’aéroport et gare près de l’hôtel. Wonderful staff. Our stay was lovely and comfortable in a great location, but what set this visit apart for us was that on the 3rd day our daughter was taken ill. The staff were so helpful, understanding and caring. Highly recommend as a great no-frills affordable hotel with wonderful staff.

We had a lovely stay. The property is in a very good location - a short walk to the old town, and very close to the airport tram. The room was an excellent size and fairly well equipped with all necessities for an apartment. Some parts of the room felt a bit old; and noise travels fairly easily from other rooms. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location. You can get the no 1 bus from railway station and it stops just around the cnr from the hotel. Hotel easy walk into centre and grocery shop around cnr by bus stop. Good size room. Useable kitchen. Drying rack above bath. Has small gym. Laundry facility.

On a adorait notre séjour.le studio est confortable la séparation amovible entre le coin nuit des parents et celui des enfants c est très pratique. La salle de bain avec douche et baignoire c est top. Les wc sont séparés. La cuisine très bien équipée. Le balcon très agréable. Le personnel est très serviable. On a apprécié le sauna et le hammam très agréable après une journée de visite. L environnement extérieur est très sympa il y un centre commercial en face avec de nombreuses enseignes connus, mais aussi de la verdure et des petits restaurants. j'ai apprécié la tranquillité de cet hotel très bien situé,avec un personnel à l'écoute. Ici, point de musique tonitruante toute la journée partout! C'et génial pour çà. Pas de télévision dans la salle pour le petit déjeuner. Sérénité et confort ! les chambres sont confortables, on a l'impression d'avoir un petit chez soi temporaire. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Fußläufig sind in kürzester Zeit sowohl Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie diverse Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst hat geräumige Zimmer und äußerst freundlichen Service. Das Frühstück rangiert eher im mittleren Bereich, für französische Verhältnisse aber sehr ok.

Really clean and modern space with lots of room for the 3 of us. Seperate day bed/ single bed in the area and a shutter to divide it more into 2 rooms for sleeping if needed. Great location next to Starbucks and easy walk to main streets. Also next to a shopping mall that has an amazing supermarket in for all supplies and more! Plus only 13 Euros to airport from here in an Uber or can walk to tram Merideck (5 mins) and get tram to airport for 2 euros each person.

The apartment is in excellent location. We sent email requesting courtyard view rooms but when we arrived it wasn’t allocated and the receptionist managed to find us one room out of two we booked. The check in was bit indifferent and thenext day we were given wrong tram information by the receptionist that cost us time and money. With Bordeaux heat, the room a/c was a relief but struggled to cope at night. Not enough pillows for three person room too!
