Very well located, ideal for visiting Charlestown, Heligan, Eden Project, Fowey, Mevagissey & many more all within a short drive. Lots of information on places to visit. Tracy very welcoming, very nice well appointed B&B , tea & coffee in room, Lindt chocolate on the bedside table and fan on a stand cooling the room was most welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Allocated parking space. A very enjoyable stay. Need to be very careful pulling out onto the busy road.

This was an outstanding B&B Richard and Tracey were perfect hosts an easy check in room was really nice clean tidy and well furnished breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice would recommend at least a couple of nights very good experience thanks
