I think parking price is abit high £15 for 12 hours,air con wasn't cold I think room temperature was set in 23.5 degrees which is too warm we couldn't reduce it as it kept saying set at 23.5 degrees so had to open the windows but still warm in the room,we did phone the reception to ask for extra tea bags and toothpaste but we were told we have to go down and pick it up but we were exhausted so didn't bother going down. Other then that everything was pretty much ok.

The property is great however I don't know why it does not have a shuttle, another property 10 mins away from this one does. and has a shuttle all hours of the night. So transportation is not optimal. You have to pay 22-25 pounds to get to and from the airport. So consider spending another 50 pounds in Transportation.

Check-in experience very friendly & professional. First allocated room dirty & cold. Second room nicer & clean. £15 for parking is a little expensive for in-house guests. Unlikely to stay again.

We were disappointed upon arrival that we did not receive the room we had booked. Although we had reserved a king, we were put into a standard double with the comment that that is the rate we had paid. The room itself was nice. Newly renovated and clean but no power on either side of headboard. Although a nice property and hotel, we won’t return as there is no airport shuttle and cabs/Uber are expensive.

They charge £12.50 for 1 nights parking, which, added to the cost of the room, makes it uncompetitive for the area. The extractor fan in the bathroom runs continuously. Breakfast is included. It was ok but the hot food wasn't!

The Hotel was close to Gatwick Airport which was a big plus for us. We had low expectations , usually airport hotels are average. Beds were clean and comfy. The room and bathroom was also very clean. Check in was smooth. We had both dinner & breakfast on the way out. By far the Buffet breakfast was a winner. The Staff were all-round A1!

Excellent hotel for Gatwick airport stopover. Spotlessly clean, rooms well maintained and friendly staff. Only issue was that at check-in they didn’t understand this was pre-paid via Expedia.

Arrived late evening, what should have been 2 double rooms was a very small room less than half the size of the real double rooms, looked like a very small single room. One of the rooms had not been cleaned, there was dirty around, there was toothpaste around the sink in the bathroom and other rubbish around the room, feel like we were conned.

Although the rooms themselves were clean and big in size, the air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. It was a difficult sleep because of that. When we arrived it was 26°C in the room. The outside temperature was 21°C at the time. Although the A/C was set to “on” it barely worked. When I called the worker, he told me there was an issue with the ac only on the third floor and that he would bring up fans. When I called again to ask to change rooms, a different worker said the ac issue was fixed recently and that it just takes time to cool down the room. Hours later, it was still 26°C and the outside temperature was now 19°C. If they had working ac, I would give a higher rating.

Stay before a flight, room was okay. Nothing special. I don’t understand the lack of plug sockets especially by the bed. Surely in a hotel room in 2023 this would make sense? Room was a little tired/dated. Carpet fraying etc, but it did the job it needed to do.

It was tucked away in what seemed like a remote area but it was very nice, 7 min cab ride to train station, front desk calls and arranges all transportation for you which is great and they give you the price it will be. Rooms were huge and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly helpful!

Room was far too hot, couldn’t control the air conditioning, tried to return it cooler but it didn’t reduce. Bed was really uncomfortable, it sagged in the centre, awful for two people sharing.

We stayed here simply due to its convenient location to the airport parking we had booked and for this it was perfect. However, the hotel itself feels dated and tired. There is definitely a need for staff training; out check-in wasn't completed correctly and when we went for dinner and I was asked to give my room number, I was told that I wasn't staying in the room that I told them. (I was) The restaurant staff also weren't familiar enough with the menu and the service was inconsistent. Food prices were very expensive too, as is the parking fee that they add on to your stay. Overall, if you just want a bed to sleep in for the night before an early check-out to go to the airport, then this is the place for you. For anything else, I would look elsewhere.

Didn’t get to stay here as they refused to change my dates over for me, despite the horrendous unforeseen circumstances I found myself in. They just didn’t care and said it would leave them as a company at a loss! How moving dates can do that I haven’t a clue, as we were willing to pay any difference! If I requested a refund fair enough, but just literally needed to make a date change. So for this reason alone, I wouldn’t stay here. Their lack of compassion is not something I ever want to experience again, nor others for that matter!

The duty manager was very friend. My flight arrived early in the morning 8am with all the rooms being occupied. and the check in time is 3pm. He was able to find a clean room for me in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for the help.

The property is tucked in the countryside, with no options to eat other than whats on property unless driving and familiar with area. If arriving by taxi, be prepared. The hotel pub and restaurant was good. The hotel is a good 15 mins taxi from gatwick and about $31 British pounds in cost. A bit further out than expected.

Got the solo person room and it was perfect. Small but well equipped with everything you’d need. Restaurant on site was delicious and staff were very friendly. Only thing is that it is down a country road so if you are staying for more than one night before a flight you may want to have a vehicle, however I had no trouble getting an uber to the airport. Would 100% stay again!

Fantastic service from the check in staff, unfortunately a couple of the staff in the restaurant/breakfast let the team down. Rooms were great! Parking £12 per night Breakfast £16 (not worth it, bacon like cardboard, sausages tasteless) Internet good 15 mins from Gatwick, 30 during rush hour.

Though the hotel itself was good, we ate in the restaurant-my husband and I ate the same thing. Advertised as a ‘plant burger’, it was actually a falafel and spinach burger and did not taste good. I sent mine back, my husband was so hunthe ate his. We used this hotel before flying out on holiday and my husband is now ill with what seems like food poisoning-this is the only thing he ate in 24 hours. Not a good start to our holiday

Stayed one night. Customer service was fantastic. About 15 minutes drive to the airport north terminal. I recommend going to the restaurant to eat is the best food I ever had in London..
