Great location right on the beach, hotel could do with some decor updates, replacement carpets and new sun loungers. Had some issues with room on arrival but they were all dealt with promptly by the facilities team. Good breakfast selection.

Personalen var bra men hotellet motsvarar inte förväntningarna för ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Det kändes slitet. Badrum med glesa glasdörrar till toalett var inte alls trevligt. Mur med växter skymde utsikt mot havet när man låg på solstolar. Det var inte så bra barservice på terrassen heller.

Vieles am Frühstücksbuffet war einfach nicht mehr gut, weil es zu viele Tage dort lag. Es gab zu wenig Ablageflächen in den Zimmern. Die Zimmer ohne Balkon haben einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Außenbereich, vor allem die Liegen, sollten öfters sauber gemacht werden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schön, die Lage super. Der Pool war leider auch nicht ganz sauber (konstant Schlieren an der Oberfläche) Das Personal war stets freundlich.

Pool-området var fint, men handdukar till poolen behövde man ” köpa” för att få tillbaka vid slutet av vistelsen. Detta krävdes att man betalade kontant, vilket är väldigt opraktiskt. Att ta ut pengar i ATM kostade 20 € oavsett belopp. Frukosten var bra och innehåll gott om frukt och äggstation.Brödet tenderade vara lite åt det torra hållet. Vår utebelysning var trasig men det ordnade de snabbt när detta påtalades. Läget ligger fint vid vattnet/havet med en allmän strand med badvakter. Packad på dagarna. Det finns en hel del restauranter i närheten men de bättre får anses ligga i Palma. En promenad på 1 h. Tyvärr inte den vackraste promenaden då det inte finns en strandpromenad bort till Cala Major från Palma. Stort gym men med rostande utrustning och en del som var ur funktion. Bra hotell om du ffa vill sola och bada. Trevlig personal.

I had a good stay. People working there are amazing. But the hotel is a bit rundown and old looking. Surfaces have marks and paint is peeling off. The wall paper in the bathroom is curling off the wall in the corners. The pool was dirty and had ducks swimming in it. There was bird droppings on the sun beds. The location on the beach is amazing and i loved waking up to the sound of the waves. This could have been so amazing. It was not all bad, the stay was ok, but not amazing.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos online, it’s misleading and downright dishonest advertising. The room was filthy, outdated, and crawling with ants. They were everywhere in the shower, in the sink, on the bed, even in the curtains. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of management, they offered to clean the room… ants returned the next day. Management claimed “its because of the beach”. Tried to bribe us with a bottle of champagne…. This place is a nightmare. Save yourself the money and stress.

Rummet var slitet och smutsigt. Personalen var inte speciellt trevlig heller. Det positiva var att det låg nära stranden. För priset vi betalade, så hade vi förväntat oss högre standard.

Sehr sehr nettes u zuvorkommendes PersonalWunderbare Terrasse, Zimmer gut. Fusboden im Bad renovieriungbefürftig,ebenso die Schränke. Schade dass es keinen kleinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gibt, ein Standart heutzutage. Und fie Rezeption im zugigen Gang ist schon eine Zumutung. Trotzdem ein schönes Hotel !

Sent email to hotel weeks before we traveled asking about view but no response, would have changed hotel if we had known. Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, we didn’t get any sleep at all. Beach overcrowded General area run down, lots of graffiti and empty shops etc

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Air conditioner didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Door was broken so we couldn’t get into our room on the last night. Staff didn’t care. They weren’t even remotely sympathetic. We’re not accommodating at all. I can’t believe I spent money to stay here.

We stayed for 10 days in this slightly tired looking hotel so had reservations about the stay but we couldn’t have been better looked after. The staff are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and to be honest the manageress Esperanza was so wonderful and really couldn’t do enough it’s no wonder the staff are so happy to work there. She was permanently on show and it was lovely to watch her taking the time to talk to all visitors with her lovely warm welcoming nature, it is easy to see she is definitely in the right career! The location, having its own beach on the doorstep is another major bonus . The towel changes, as often as you like is a definite a win in my book. Pool service from the waiters whether ordered or the little treat tasters of cocktails, kept us looked after and were always tidied up quickly and efficiently. We ate in the Masai restaurant and the food was 1st class. Nothing could be faulted. It was so good we went back for lunch on our final day because we wanted to end on a high note. The Al Cala may be next door to a 5 star hotel but the longer the stay, the more you learn to appreciate what it is about this hotel that’s sets it apart from the others. You leave feeling very rested and relaxed, planning your next visit, hopefully not too far away in the future. Try it it’s worth it!

Superb hotel with gorgeous sea view and really nice hotel rooms! What made the stay so pleasant tho was the extraordinary service from the staff, they’re super friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcomed! I would love to come back here again!

Das Personal hat uns fast nie gegrüßt. Im Zimmer war der Safe defekt und die Musik Box. Im Bad keine Türe und selbst bei der Toilette nur eine Glaswand die nicht richtig schließt. Beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl und um 10 Uhr wurde kaum noch was aufgefüllt, angetrocknete Wurst und Käse, trockene Brötchen. Für den Preis völlig überteuert
