This was such a cool and lovely hotel to stay in. My son ended up having an allergic reaction to something unknown at breakfast, and rather than trying to turn away and ignore it, everyone from the server to the front desk staff jumped to attention and did everything they could to help figure out what might have happened. All the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. They were so helpful with guiding us on renting e-bikes and their price for renting e-bikes at the hotel can't be beat. We want to come back and stay for longer after our wonderful experience with them!

Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
