First room had some problems. I don’t think I caught his name, but the young man in the reception was really helpful and nice! (Dark hair, blue eyes and a silver earring) If you by any chance are reading this, thank you for making my stay great! He changed the room and from that point forward everything was great and working well. Clean, spacious and everything works, room had a good layout. Website said ”small fridge”, it’s more of a mini bar situation. It’s a bit far from the city. It works, but I wouldn't recommend traveling back solo with public transportation after dark since it’s in an industrial area. Personally, I took an Uber (using the Uber Women option) in the evening, which I highly recommend.

Farther away from the Center of Madrid than expected - maps made it seem like you could walk places but not the case. During my stay the WiFi was spotty but did work for around 70% of the time. I am an online student so I rely heavily on the ability to connect all the time. I do wish for the price that breakfast was included, and coffee was free 24/7. Not much around, so if you are seeking to "be in the action" this is not the place. Ubers took around 20 mins to get to and from anywhere, which added up quickly. If you want to be in the action when you walk outside this is not it. Showers were super touchy to adjust, but the beds were fairly comfortable.

Excellent clean hotel, room felt modern and spacious. The breakfast was very good, loved the fresh orange juice machine. Only thing I would say is location isn't ideal, it's quite far from the city centre but it was perfect for where the Shakira concert was being held.
