Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that the staff were unable to fix, forcing us to check out the next day. No effort was made to refund the remaining night. Overall, this hotel is not recommended.

To be on water , it is perfect. The set up is not for the extreme hot weather; I’d rather visit in a cool season. The service is great but I felt some of the people are not so nice; that could be just me but I was treated much better some other time and places. It was also very busy which I was expecting not. I still liked the set up and the beach front though. I also need to mention I booked couple of rooms and the staff upgraded one of the to a direct beach front and I loved the sound of breaking waves on the beach

Upon arriving, the man Sunday was greeting us with smile and made us so welcome :) Its the people who can give the best first impression Had amazing time at the hotel for one night and will return in the future
