All Staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. They instill a 5* service feel. Facilities at the spa were great, nice and quiet (went in a Monday!) room was lovely, perfectly good sized for a standard room. duck feather pillows and a very firm bed. The room was well equipped. The walls could do with a freshen up in the rooms of paint but other than that -I wondered why the hotel didn’t have 5*! Would definitely return.
