Nice rooms. Nice indoor pool. Friendly staff. Can walk over to corporate dining if you don't mind eating that stuff (TX road house, olive garden, or red lobster.) My coffee maker was inoperable but they gave me free coffee at the bistro so all was well.

The hotel had a very clean lobby area. The pool and hot tub were open, clean, and in working order with plenty of clean towels. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The front desk check in person was super sweet and professional.

Loved the 24hr Starbucks and the room was really clean. The pool and hot tub needed a little bit of maintenance and updating but it was still nice enough to swim in.

Very clean. We enjoyed the suite and the 24hr Starbucks coffee. The parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle like we do. The pool is small but clean. The hot tub is deeper than usual but clean as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit family.

Hotel is top-notch. Common areas are clean and inviting. Pool/hot tub indoors was a hit with the kids. Staff was very friendly. Location was easy to get in and out of. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. *room #200 was clean but did have a musty smell. The in room coffee setup was extremely cheap.. and there was no fresh coffee bar setup in the lobby. HUGE fail in my personal opinion.

Rooms was nice. None of the ice machines worked on the second and third floor. And NO complementary breakfast. Wanted you to buy a breakfast. If we are going to buy a real breakfast it would not be at the hotels mediocre food. Just get a full breakfast when you leave.

Pleasant, quick overnight. I had work to do even though it wasn’t a business trip, and the printer in the business center was not cooperating, but the front desk kindly took care of printing what I needed. Bartender was friendly.

There was a very large ( 2inches at least) roach crawling on the floor in our room. Otherwise the property was good. We let the staff know. However, nothing was really done. We visit Denton Texas every year in December. I’m not sure that we will stay here again.

The property was conveniently located and nice enough. There were spots on the outside of the building and inside our window in the room where there was apparent water damage. The affected area in our room (203) was actually moldy.

The thermostat was not working in the room. It wouldn’t get cold enough. Also, I know this isn’t the hotels fault but the people above our room were very loud stomping around and jumping and banging into the walls until 2 AM. I called the desk twice and the man told me that there wasn’t really anything he could do, but go up to the floor and look in the hallways to see if he saw anything he could knock on any doors. But there should be a way that you could call the room and tell them that there’s been complaints of them making excessive noise and ask them to calm down. This just ruined my whole trip. I was so mad. The desk told me that that was the way that hotels were designed so that you could hear people above you even though they were just walking it sounded like they were stomping. That just sounds ridiculous to me. Hotels should be designed so that there’s insulation and noise Buffering whatever so that you can’t hear things going on in the rooms next to you or above you.

The bed was very comfortable, and loved the big sofa bed and pull out TV. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The only weird thing was that the floor in our room sloped up and down pretty dramatically as you walked from the room to the bathroom - I almost fell in the middle of the night! But aside from that, a very nice room and a great overall stay.

Overall the hotel was clean but the room we requested, and paid for, was not given. I’m in a wheelchair currently and needed accessible with a roll-in shower which was available King (less bed= more room to move as needed) when I booked 3+ weeks ahead of time. When we got there this was not available and we had to go with double queen with a tub chair. These do not work well for all people based on mobility, etc. and no other option was given as they said all 6 or so of their other rooms were occupied even when we arrived only 35 minutes after check-in on a Wednesday. I realize things can happen but this was a huge mess up on their part in overbooking accessibility needs. I requested to speak to a manager to voice my concerns as well as also talk about the difference in room price as there was one (I had paid more), and was told one wasn’t on site until the morning. I left a message for them to call me and that still has not happen. Overall, if you need a clean place to sleep then enjoy. If you need an accessible hotel stay, don’t count your chickens before the hatch.

Person at checkin asked intrusive questions that made me feel uncomfortable. I live in the same area and he asked about why I was staying there and I felt that was inappropriate to ask. I also experienced a large and unreasonable cleaning fee due to an unexpected health issue that unfortunately happened while I was sleeping. Very embarrassing for me and will not return to this property.

The manager, Pedro, was extremely rude and condescending. The person working the front desk was friendly, but couldn’t compete with Pedro’s attitude. Always check fo bed bugs!!

Encountered an unbelievably rude employee that found it offensive that I asked for a cup of coffee after the person at the front desk directed me to them for a cup of coffee.... then proceeded to tell me that I was the one that needed to calm down because I didn't get what I wanted.

In town for a wedding with family and friends. Everything was great, check in and customer service was welcoming and we had no issues. Small changes like updating appliances in rooms(irons). But overall stay was great conveniently located near shopping areas and of course right down the street from BUC-EES!!!

Apparently Marriott has developed the attitude of not needing to be of service to their customers unless they can charge extra for it. Instead of a free breakfast they would like you to buy a $7.00 starbucks. Instead of small danish in your room they would rather sell you a dried out one for $4.00 from a vending machine.Hilton prices for motel 6 service. As I checked out I ask the clerk why they discontinued the breakfast. He said "oh, we quit that so time ago. You might try Fairfield instead.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting my daughter at UNT. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The only improvement needed is the cafe service. It’s very slow and a few of the breakfast food items seem to have gone down in quality recently- namely, the potatoes and sausages are clearly frozen. It took 30 minutes to get my breakfast order. They seemed very short-staffed too.

This is a great place to stay. Amazing service at the bar. Bartender mixed the best drinks. The guy working at the coffee shop in the morning is extremely rude. I didn't let him ruin my stay but he sure tryed.
