Property had a large and pleasant courtyard. Building design seems oriented towards parking near your room. Rooms have the typical amenities for a convention center: TV, microwave, mini fridge and desk. Getting around the interior is a little tricky because of the design and sameness of the halls. Keep an eye out for signs to get to the front desk and restaurant. Not luxurious but very serviceable with good staff.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Lots of vending machines, laundry, a big courtyard, and a great pool and hot tub. They even have a hose and buckets for washing your motorcycles. Great value.

The rooms were so nice and clean and they were nicely sized as well as comfortable. Everyone I encountered that were working there was amazing and kind and always helpful. They had snacks and things with room service as well as an awesome pool and whirlpool and the slides. I enjoyed the casino as well and my partner enjoyed the lounge. This was our favorite hotel we have stayed at so far out of all our billings trips and this will be our future hotel for sure!

Wonderful hotel with onsite restaurant and bar. The staff is amazing especially the bar staff! Oriana, Beth, and Jess always make our stay wonderful. This is the only place I stay when in Billings.

Everything and everyone was great! I especially liked the on-site restaurant with delicious food, reasonable prices, and convenient hours until 9 pm and the free 24/7 airport shuttle; Mark & Friday night 10/11 driver were reliable and kind. Whenever I called or contacted the front desk, people were friendly. Karaoke Friday night was fun! The price was very reasonable. My friend whom I met here stayed longer and really enjoyed the pool and two slides. Cracker Barrel within walking distance provided additional variety and a little shopping. I highly recommend Billings Hotel and Convention Center.

Our first room had a dirty bed (a bloodstain and a dirty sock in the sheets) and the night clerk did a great job of getting a new room and making a note so that the manager could deal with it in the morning. In the morning, nothing was done to offset that issue. Otherwise a good experience. Nice pool, fun bar, friendly evening staff.

There was hair in the bathtub. The toilet has urine and toilet paper IN the bowl when we got there. The bed was COVERED in dog hair ( we didn’t have a dog. And no dogs were allowed on property ) there were kids running up and down the halls until 1130 pm slamming doors and yelling. There was some dude that was wearing a security sweat shirt that was definitely NOT and employee being weird and acting like he worked there. The parking lot turns into a drug deal ally when the sun goes down. The towels, carpet, doors and walls were stained. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I went for work, had to get up early that morning and probably got three hours of sleep in total.

I've stayed here a few times in the past. It was always okay. But my most text stay this past weekend was not great. The room I received was the dirtiest room I've ever received. The carpet was cleaned, there was trash on the floor, there was an odd odor, there was a finger nail clipping in the part that hold the telephone, and there was food still in the fridge. From Sonic at that! But what I found the most nauseating was the bedding. It was fixed and the pillows were aligned so I'm assuming a housekeeper did it. But these sheets were stained, had particles between the bedding, and had human hair on them. Im assuming this place was cleaned because the bathroom was clean at least. So we told them about the situation and we moved rooms. The room was much cleaner. I complained to the front desk the following morning. They offered to refund my money but I had to go through Expedia first since I booked the room under them. Four days later I still can't get a refund because Expedia is claiming they can't get a hold of management. I then tried this morning and no one will return my calls, either. Probably avoiding the whole situation. Definitely not a great experience. I'm not one to complain but this is being handled poorly. I dont recommend staying here. Definitely not worth the price.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend. From the start, the staff seemed irritated that I booked through Expedia and were not particularly welcoming or helpful. There was no password on the wifi throughout the hotel, so this seemed rather odd, being there for business. The room itself was also a letdown — the bathroom floor had hair on it, which immediately made it feel unclean. The refrigerator provided was extremely small, and I was surprised to find out that other guests had full-sized refrigerators and freezers in their rooms while I did not. For two nights in a row, I was woken up multiple times by neighbors loudly screaming at each other, which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel layout was also very confusing. If you accidentally ended up in the courtyard, finding the lobby was nearly impossible. Because of this, I ended up having to drive to the convention center from my room each morning, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of staff, unsecured wifi, poor cleanliness, lack of consistency in room amenities, disruptive noise, and difficult navigation made my stay frustrating from start to finish.

Bugs on the walls (lefts with bug bites the size of 50 cent pieces), cold shower, a rude front desk attendant, trash slime hardened to table under tv, dust and spider webs everywhere, busted up things all over the room (like a tissue box hanging on for dear life), blood stains on the bedding AND walls, other unmentionables slimed on the bathroom wall that was also crusted on, random hidden fees when you first check in, and don't bother trying to contact anyone. The manager is conveniently away for the next few days. Weird. I should have listened to the local Facebook page about this place.

The hotel was nice. It was nice area. Gas station next door had a great coffee. Cracker barrel was close. Mama joes food was above average. The rooms are big and spacious. The mattresses are worn out. No anti-scold vavles in the showers.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. When I got in to go to sleep the bed sunk so bad I ended up in the center of the mattress and woke up aching. An air mattress would have been more comfortable. Unfortunate.

It is a large building shaped like a square. The rooms are laid out conveniently. It's a bit of a walk to the pool, restaurant or lobby. The rooms themselves are nicely appointed but the beds are not supportive and actually sag a bit in the middle. Lots of pillows but they are all firm. My room's phone was not working. But maintenance arrived quickly to fix it. I can clearly hear the neighbor's TV.

The property is older. You can tell they tried to do a renovation a few years ago. The hallway carpets are dirty, but someone could have recently spilled something. Overall clean rooms, decent area, and a decent rate.

We stayed several nights and each night our keys failed to work. We had to go to the lobby each night to get new keys after being out all day; the lobby is far from some of the rooms as it is a large facility. The last night they told us they were having issues instead of being upfront and telling us the first time we went to get new keys. We even asked the desk clerk on the third night if we needed to just come each evening to get new ones and she said, “No, they should be fine.” The final night (after talking to two maintenance people and 3 desk clerks throughout the week), they told us they were having issues with keys. Ugh. Save us the hassle and be up front! We could have saved a lot of time and frustration if we would have known to just get new keys each evening on the way to our room. Pool was fun but be aware that there is no life guard and many parents allow kids to go alone so a lot of roughhousing and running around slides. Room was ok - one bed was decent, one was horrible. Location is good. Room was clean. Overall would not stay again for multiple nights but okay to stop for a quick night when on the road somewhere.

My room was just okay. There was construction all around the Hotel. My key didn't work in the door by my room, as a window was broken and duct taped, so I could not get in and had to pack all my stuff from the registration desk. Only one person was working at the registration desk, and there was a line back to the cafe's entrance. I stood in line for 45 minutes, waiting just to check in.

The staff and check-in was not helpful. Gave poor directions to our room. No mention of hotel amenities. Also, for the price per night it is unbelievable no maid service for a two night stay. Asked for towels at check-in for our second night & never got them. Very sad service.

Everything was fine except that the woman who recorded when I wanted an airport shuttle wrote a day later than what I wanted it. This is strange since I was only there one night and needed the shuttle for 4 a.m the next day. Luckily someone was there who could get me to the airport on time.

This was the loudest hotel experience we've had. It felt like the walls were made of cardboard. We had an early flight out and none of us slept due to noisey neighbors and people running up and down the hall. I was met with a "nothing i can do" when i called the front desk.

My flight was cancelled so I needed a place to spend the night. I was impressed from the moment I called to request a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The gal (sorry I didn't get her name) who picked me up was very friendly and accommodating. Plus the guy (again no name) at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a last minute place to stay.

The front desk staff was rude from the moment we checked in. We got to our room and the window did not shut properly so it whistle, we asked to be moved to a different room and they refused. Our room was dirty found open food in the fridge open chewing tobacco can on the floor. Kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night and the front desk staff not willing to do anything about it just over all a terrible experience

The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was nice overall. The dining area/restaurant was very short-staffed. They were not serving a breakfast buffet in the morning despite having a full restaurant and only two harried waitresses who were the same staff working the previous evening. They were very overwhelmed and it was slow through no fault of theirs.

Jennifer in the lounge was AMAZING! We stayed a Sunday night and the restaurant was not open. The lounge had perfect sport bar ambiance, delicious food and excellent service!! It would be nice to have brighter lights in the pool area. It was very dark. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! The coffee shop was fantastic also! Great price and taste on coffee! Can’t wait to stay in the future💜

Tryed to order room service took 7 calls to get an answer. Once i placed my order the food never came. But the following morning my card had been charged. I was able to get it reversed but it should never have been on there.

Pool had two slides which was fun but the lighting was very dim. Hotel has a coffee shop and buffet but it costs $12 per person for food that many other hotels provide for free. Some guests provided with tokens for free breakfast but not everyone gets this.
