The hotel was nice overall, with friendly and helpful staff at reception, breakfast, and the bar. The pool area was enjoyable, though often busy. Over our 10-day stay, the room wasn’t cleaned daily—bins weren’t emptied, and dirty glasses and mugs were left untouched. Sheets were never changed, and we had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, and body wash.

Piscine agréable, mais avant 9h. Plus tard, trop d'enfants avec des bouées ou des ballons, qui sautent et qui hurlent, que les parents confondent avec une piscine municipale. Du coup, impossible de s'y relaxer. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine notamment, c'est dommage pour ceux qui sont en séminaire ou de passage. Averti la direction qui laisse faire. Ce n'est pas normal, même en période de vacances.

Good hotel outside of Bordeaux. Clean, modern and friendly/helpful staff. Parking is secure (decent size), however the tram stop (Pink line C) is right outside the hotel and it’s a 18 minute journey into the centre of Bordeaux and costs €1.90 pp per way (or €6 pp for 24 unlimited use) - perfect way to travel to see the city - Also if you are a Tesla/electric car owner, there is a Tesla supercharger a few roads away.

Loved our stay here. We had a very friendly warm welcome, great room, restaurant dinner & breakfast great, so convenient to have tram stop outside hotel for easy quick access into the city to explore. Pool was lovely and hotel has a great vibe. Will definitely return.

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, staff were nice and friendly and I love the water taps to refill a bottle with sparkling or still water on every room level. I didn’t use the pool but it had a nice swimming pool for a quick splash!

The rooms were to a smart and good standard. The swimming pool was unsafe with only one set of stairs into it which were coming away from the floor. On check-in we were told the time for breakfast and were given the impression it was included only to then be charged EUR 25 per person per day. It was not worth that value. Knowledge of the reception staff wasn't great either.

Excellent séjour de deux nuits. La literie est très confortable et de qualité. La chambre est bien agencée, propre, avec un mobilier élégant en bon état. La salle de bain est agréable, bien équipée, avec des produits d’accueil et des serviettes de très bonne qualité. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil chaleureux et personnel attentif. Suite à un dysfonctionnement de l’écran de la climatisation, l’équipe a rapidement réagi en nous proposant un changement de chambre pour résoudre le problème sans perturber notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent : buffet varié, produits frais et savoureux, digne d’un vrai intercontinental. Personnel toujours aimable, souriant et disponible. Seul regret : le restaurant. Le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas à la hauteur. Le menu enfant manquait d’attrait (nuggets ressemblant à du poisson pané), et mon faux-filet irlandais était dur, mal présenté, ressemblée à une escalope plié en deux. La carte plastifiée, peu soignée, rappelle une brasserie fatiguée plus qu’un restaurant d’hôtel. Autre point négatif : le parking en gravier, sans véritable goudron, très inconfortable pour les valises et poussettes. Il dénote fortement avec la qualité de l’hôtel. Tired old business hotel. Depressing bilious green stained carpet and decor. Old bathroom with leaking shower and no surface to put toiletries on. Staff incompetent and took two card details. Charged the wrong card despite saying they would charge the other one. Charged for so called secure parking that wasn’t secure as anyone could get in and out as the barrier was automatic. We said we didn’t want breakfast but they tried to charge us for it anyway.. Horrible location, area felt very run down and unloved. A big mistake.

Hôtel bien situé mais qui nécessiterait un peu plus d’entretien et de soin (chariot à linge et petite balayeuse de trottoir entreposés dans le couloir). Petit déjeuner classique mais machine à café sale et présentation des mets pas top. Œuf brouillé en bidon dans un hôtel de ce standing c’est très limite….dommage.

L’hôtel est très bien situé au pied d’un arrêt de tramway. L’accueil est impeccable et le personnel adorable. Cependant, je trouve que cet hôtel mériterait un petit coup de frais. Un bon coup de nettoyage sur les moquettes. Certains clients fument aux fenêtres de leurs chambres également.

Het hotel is smerig. De vloeren in de hal en de gangen zijn vies. Vieze, oude tapijt in de kamer. De lift is heel vies en druk knoppen gebroken. Het hotel is echt een onderhoud toe en een schoonmaak beurt. Personeel is vriendelijk. Geen aanrader als hygiëne een belangrijk punt voor je is.

Les rideaux étaient déchirés et sales et j'ai fait des photos dès mon arrivée. Le prix du petit déjeuner à 25 euros vous coupe franchement l'appétit. La civilité erronée dans la facture et la faute rejetée sur la réservation, alors que j'ai vérifié et la civilité est juste. Et ça se dit être un 4 étoiles !?

J’ai l’habitude de réserver souvent hôtel pullman, mais celui-ci était très sale plein de poussières dans les couloirdéjà pour aller dans les chambres, la moquette dans les couloirs et les chambres étaient très sale. La chasse d’eau ne marchait pas. La propriété n’était vraiment pas au rendez-vous c’est le pire Pullman que j’ai, j’ai fait. Il n’y avait pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre car il voulait qu’on achète des gourdes très cher pour sauver la planète alors que ils auraient mieux fait de nettoyer ça aurait été déjà pas mal.

Nous avions réservé une chambre spacieuse, mais nous avons été redirigés vers une petite chambre. L’eau de la douche était difficilement réglable entre le chaud et le froid, tout comme le sèche-cheveux. Nous nous sommes brûlés plus d’une fois ! La literie était dure et inconfortable, tout comme les coussins. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, nous avons été très déçus.

Das Hotel liegt schön am Bordeaux Lac, die Tram-Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Leider schafft die Klimaanlage es nicht, bei hohen Temperaturen die Lift herunterzunehmen. Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur hat man trotzdem 29 Grad Zimmertemperatur. Nach Aussage der Angestellten kann die Klimaanlage nur 7 Grad unter Außentemperatur kühlen. Für ein Hotel der 4* Kategorie finde ich dies nicht akzeptabel. Wir mussten mit einem vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilator schlafen, sonst würde man kein Auge zubekommen.
Das Hotel liegt schön am Bordeaux Lac, die Tram-Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Leider schafft die Klimaanlage es nicht, bei hohen Temperaturen die Lift herunterzunehmen. Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur hat man trotzdem 29 Grad Zimmertemperatur. Nach Aussage der Angestellten kann die Klimaanlage nur 7 Grad unter Außentemperatur kühlen. Für ein Hotel der 4* Kategorie finde ich dies nicht akzeptabel. Wir mussten mit einem vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilator schlafen, sonst würde man kein Auge zubekommen.

Très joli hôtel. par contre j'ai réservé une chambre vue sur lac et j'i eu une chambre...Vue sur le parking ! Quel dommage, ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir ce que l'on a réservé.

Tired old business hotel. Depressing bilious green stained carpet and decor. Old bathroom with leaking shower and no surface to put toiletries on. Staff incompetent and took two card details. Charged the wrong card despite saying they would charge the other one. Charged for so called secure parking that wasn’t secure as anyone could get in and out as the barrier was automatic. We said we didn’t want breakfast but they tried to charge us for it anyway.. Horrible location, area felt very run down and unloved. A big mistake.

Good : central Bordeaux very accessible by tram. Pool area and bar nice as is room all as would expect at this price level . Bad: Being asked for a 1400 Euro deposit on arrival for a 700 euro stay. When challenged we were told that the receptionist had put on too much and that it should be the cost of the room plus 100 euros a day though not to worry as this was only an authorisation and that the money wouldn't have been taken. On leaving we paid the bill owing. A couple of days later on checking the credit card it showed both the 1400 deposit and the 700. We enquired and then was told it was our credit card providers fault as they had cancelled the preauthorisation when we left. Whilst we are chasing this up - we feel that it is very presumptive of this hotel to take so much even if it is only 100 euros a day as soon as you arrive . If they feel the clientele are likely to do a runner - why not just charge the room rate and one flat charge of 100 euros . The cost of breakfast and dinner are quite expensive if not doing the lunchtime special and it is most unlikely that someone will take all their meals there during a 4 day stay!! Other niggles were lack of minibar/fridge in rooms on 4th floor and we struggled with the safe .

The rooms were to a smart and good standard. The swimming pool was unsafe with only one set of stairs into it which were coming away from the floor. On check-in we were told the time for breakfast and were given the impression it was included only to then be charged EUR 25 per person per day. It was not worth that value. Knowledge of the reception staff wasn't great either.

Excellent séjour de deux nuits. La literie est très confortable et de qualité. La chambre est bien agencée, propre, avec un mobilier élégant en bon état. La salle de bain est agréable, bien équipée, avec des produits d’accueil et des serviettes de très bonne qualité. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil chaleureux et personnel attentif. Suite à un dysfonctionnement de l’écran de la climatisation, l’équipe a rapidement réagi en nous proposant un changement de chambre pour résoudre le problème sans perturber notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent : buffet varié, produits frais et savoureux, digne d’un vrai intercontinental. Personnel toujours aimable, souriant et disponible. Seul regret : le restaurant. Le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas à la hauteur. Le menu enfant manquait d’attrait (nuggets ressemblant à du poisson pané), et mon faux-filet irlandais était dur, mal présenté, ressemblée à une escalope plié en deux. The hotel main reception and bar area is nice, with modern decor. The staff were also very friendly. The room had nice decor and very spacious and there was minimal noise from other guests. It was excellent that the hotel has a water tap offering filtered water (including sparkling) to refill. The only minor issue was the shower head did not work properly as half of the nozzles appeared to be blocked. Also, we got to our room and 10 minutes later the service maids were knocking on seeing if we needed the room clean which I thought was strange & even with the do not disturb sign they knocked on. The property is conveniently located with a tram stop right across the road. The tram journey towards central takes 20-30 mins depending on where you get off so easy. Although, going to the centre it begins quiet but more towards the centre it can get very busy and on the way back can also be standing room only. The hotel is also right near the lake and it is a nice walk around the lake.

Hotel Pullman is close to the wine museum. It is not so far away from driving to vineyards. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. They have a great parking lot which is not usually available in many hotels in France.

Over our 10-day stay, the room wasn’t cleaned daily—bins weren’t emptied, and dirty glasses and mugs were left untouched. Petit déjeuner classique mais machine à café sale et présentation des mets pas top. Œuf brouillé en bidon dans un hôtel de ce standing c’est très limite….dommage.

Loved our stay here. We had a very friendly warm welcome, great room, restaurant dinner & breakfast great, so convenient to have tram stop outside hotel for easy quick access into the city to explore. Pool was lovely and hotel has a great vibe. Will definitely return.
