Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation.

Fantastic onsen experience! Short walk to scenic Hell Canyon. Whole facility needs a facelift, tired and worn down. Dinner and breakfast buffets are delicious with a huge variety to choose from.Oberall good experience.

清潔にして下さっていましたが、お部屋が古く少し怖い感じがしました。プールには、ボールや浮き輪が置いてあり、楽しく遊ぶ事が出来ました。温泉はとても良くてお肌がツルツルになりました。何といっても食事が最高でした。朝食も夕食も種類が豊富で味も美味しく、家族が全員満足でした。お風呂屋、食事処はリニューアルしたのか新しく綺麗でした。お部屋もリニューアルして下さると文句なしのホテルでした。温泉と食事があまりに良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思います。

登別温泉の入り口にあり、外観は古びているものの、その分、中はアップデートされているようです。大事なのは温泉と食事ですが、温泉は男女共に露天風呂と大浴場。登別らしい濁り湯で、自動ロウリゥ付きのサウナがついています。食事は、インテリアが明るく、白基調で明るく清潔感があり、バイキングも質、量共に良いです。何より調味料やドレッシングがこれでもかと揃えてあり、味の変化を楽しめます。味付けも素晴らしく、出来合いの物を並べるだけのところが多いのに対して、しっかりとした料理を提供したくれます。今後もどんどんアップデートをお願いします！

食事は、時間帯によっては無料の飲み放題があったりと、とてもよかったのですが、部屋に入るとテレビに手垢がついてたり、床にシミがあったりとあまり感じは良くなかったです。お風呂も、もう一つくらい種類があればよかったかなーと。廊下もとても寒く感じました。でもまた、登別温泉に入ってみたいと思います。

家族旅行で和室低層階を利用しました。大浴場が広く、ゆっくり温泉を楽しむことができました。近年リニューアルされたのか、脱衣所も清潔で良かったです。夕食・朝食のバイキングとも種類が豊富で美味しかったです。レストランについて、小さな子供連れのための会場が別に用意されていたのがとても良いと思いました。子供連れもそうでないグループも、双方気遣いなく食事ができます。

The room was not clean as expected to be. Due to my tattoos I was not permitted into the Onsen but on my check out I was charged Onsen fees as compulsory, which is not fair. The staff was not polite especially the manager who I recon was not fit to fulfill that position and responsibility. Overall I did not have a good experience. Additional I would recommend people look for other accommodation over in that area as they look much more comfortable

Check in was smooth. Was a pleasant surprise that the staff helped to roll out the futon beds for us when we came back. Age of the room was a bit old though. Overall not too bad.

Excellent hot spring facilities and nice buffet meals. Very close to the bus station. There was no power outlet close to the head end of the bed, which I needed to run a CPAP machine overnight. Staff reluctantly provided extension cables so I could run power from the opposite wall. This has never been an issue in any other place I have stayed.

東京と九州から札幌の両親のお祝いで大勢での宿泊でした。4.5ヶ月前くらいから計画をして、色々とサプライズをしたかったので、面倒なお願いなどご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、ホテルの方々にいつも優しく対応して頂きました。また、当日には夕食時にケーキと家族での写真撮影のプレゼントもあり、とても嬉しかったです。その写真は帰りに頂き、両親に思いがけないプレゼントとなりとても喜んでもらえました。とっても感謝です。実は私は3度目の宿泊でした。東京に嫁ぐ前日もここでした。ぜひまた遊びに行きたいと思います。

大浴場の泉質が、内湯・露天ともに最高に良い。食事（バイキング）はそれなり。つい最近ゲームコーナーがなくなったようで残念、最近はどんどんなくなる傾向にあるね。温泉街の入り口に位置しておりコンビニ等も近くにあるのは便利。

温泉目当てで行きましたが、食事のクオリティーが高く驚きました。メニューは和洋中に留まらず、その他アジア料理やアイヌ民族料理まで幅広かったです。刺身やステーキ等、豪華な食材もあります。ただし安っぽいファミレスみたいな会場でのブッフェなので、いわゆる温泉旅館的な雰囲気を楽しめるような感じではないのは要注意です。客が多いので混雑が心配でしたが、レストランもお風呂もかなり大きいので問題ありませんでした。泉質はまあまあ期待通りでした。スタッフの方の対応は好感を持てました。

Breakfast buffet was great. One of the best I have seen. Also the dinner buffet was great with lot of varieties. Nice onsen with sauna and spacious room (traditional japanese style). Very friendly service!

朝食ブッフェが美味しい上に種類がとても多くて今まで見た中でもトップに入るレベルだった。アイヌ料理があったのが特に◎。併設されてるカフェも雰囲気よく落ち着ける。コーヒーとプリンのセットを頼んだがこれもとても美味しい。建物自体は昭和な感じだが食事に関しては改装されていて綺麗。お風呂もとても良かったが遅い時間帯は少しぬるかったかな。でも入った後、温泉の効能すごい効いてるのが分かる。硫化水素のせいか湯上りは乾燥してしまうので乾燥肌の人は保湿が必須。総合的にとても満足できた。

Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation.

The room was not clean as expected to be. Due to my tattoos I was not permitted into the Onsen but on my check out I was charged Onsen fees as compulsory, which is not fair. The staff was not polite especially the manager who I recon was not fit to fulfill that position and responsibility. Overall I did not have a good experience. Additional I would recommend people look for other accommodation over in that area as they look much more comfortable

It is located tight by the bus stops and close to rewtaurants and the main attractions. I enjoyed their breakfast and overall i was satisfied my stay. I would definately come back!
