I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses.

Very good service at this hotel. The only issue we encountered was no iron in the room and the charges for iron services were quite high. The facilties also require a bit of updating such as the bathroom.

Very nice pool area, with pool bar. Rooms were very spacious, all had bathtubs and separate shower. Free shuttle bus to market, but check times. Food buffet was varied. 10 min walk to local mall with food, shopping, supermarket. Child friendly experience. Towel situation was strange. Someone would take them in the morning, but wouldn’t always get new ones back.

We stayed one week in this hotel and discovered Marrakech for the first time. I loved the spa, the swimming pool area, the gym as well. The absolute best part was the kids club, as my child had a gorgeous time whenever she stayed with Nada. That was absolutely brilliant in every way and made our holiday completely unique. In terms of the facilities, I’d recommend changing the furniture as it’s outdated. The size of the rooms were really good though. The staff honestly really depended on who I talked to, but this was during Ramadan so I’d say most of them did their best. I would just recommend to not blame the client if something doesn’t work (our key cards kept on not working and I was even blamed at some point!!!) but again that’s only two individuals at reception and the rest of them were very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options, some good and some not, but I wouldn’t say it was bad- only room for improvement. So, change the sofas and chairs, get rid of one or two few rude and inpatient members of staff, and it’s definitely a 5 stars. Again, top class service at the kids club.

Very nice property with beautiful gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. Free shuttle to Jema-al-Fna Square. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The only negative for me was that my room was on the side of the hotel where there was music coming from a nightclub in a neighbouring property late at night. Also they could do with some soft pillows. But I would happily stay there again.

Great resort if you want away from the city. Rooms are large and beds comfortable. There isn’t much around the resort so you are forced to eat at their restaurants. The breakfast has a lot of choices, albeit more for European tastebuds. Food overall was okay—typical of most hotels. Pool is beautiful.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée. Petit déjeuner très bien aussi manque juste le jus d’orange pressé et les oreillers un peu trop durs sinon c’était un excellent séjour ! Le personnel était très bien.

Kenzi offered a generally acceptable stay, with a safe and quiet environment conveniently located near the city center. The readily available taxi service was a definite plus. However, several issues detracted from the experience. The staff's demeanor was less than welcoming. Despite two requests, our malfunctioning refrigerator was never repaired. Furthermore, we encountered a large cockroach in the restroom, which, after being dealt with by my husband, was not removed by housekeeping. Finally, the dinner was significantly overpriced, especially considering the mediocre quality of the food.

I stayed at this resort for 3 nights and 4 days. I didn’t like the stay at all, as the staff was not helpful, their behaviour was rude, and everything was very over priced. The washrooms weren’t clean that well. And the breakfast buffet was really bad.

This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. The only short coming in the dining room was the lack of spoons for the lovely puddings. There was an amazing outdoor pool but the water was so cold no one used it, which was a shame. There was also a kiddies club, although we did not have any children with us, the children we saw could not wait to get there so I assume that it was good. The spa was excellent and we enjoyed a wonderful hamman and massage there, as a very reasonable cost.

It was not to the standard it was advertised on Expedia. The check in take very long. The staff was not helpful. They don’t even remove dirty dishes from the rooms for two days. The overall everything was poor.

Really nice stay here. I have no negatives aside from food but that is very subjective being that I am a picky eater. Close to shopping centre, Food delivery delivers here and the rooms are very spacious. Bathroom could be cleaner but once again good.

I paid for upgraded room and I got a regular room plus the room is infested with cockroaches and bugs. I moved to a different room, the air conditioner, not working and no accommodation.

The hotel is situated in lush gardens with a beautiful pool area. The building is lovely and room spacious and well appointed. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Staff are welcoming and polite. Breakfast well presented and tasty. Shuttle to centre appreciated and always on time. An enjoyable stay.

Unfriendly staff at reception during check in, actually quite rude. Kept asking for Iron for two days but it wasn’t provided. They kept saying that all irons are occupied with other guests. Last night AC stopped working and it took them almost one hour to shift us to another room - where internet was v v weak - almost not working. Earlier room # 268 Last night room # 146 or 147

Rummets storlek var verkligen bra, men helhetskänslan nådde tyvärr inte upp till den 5-stjärniga standard man förväntar sig. Inredningen kändes gammal och sliten, särskilt badrummet som definitivt hade behövt en uppfräschning. Det som däremot gjorde vistelsen minnesvärd var personalen – de var helt enkelt fantastiska. Ett extra stort tack till **Marwa** på den italienska restaurangen, som var suverän vid varje besök och verkligen höjde upplevelsen. Hotellets läge är bra, nära centrum men ändå tillräckligt avskilt för att ge lite lugn och ro. Värt att nämna är dock att man hör flygplan frekvent, vilket kan vara störande för den som är känslig för ljud. Sammanfattningsvis: Bra personal och läge, men rummen behöver uppdateras för att nå en äkta 5-stjärnig nivå.

Super séjour comme d’habitude! Merci à Tawfik et Kaoutar à la réception d’avoir aussi bien pris soin de moi! Seul bémol le réseau en chambre est inexistant... il faut vraiment revoir le réseau... pour le reste je conseille cette hôtel!

Niet iedereen was even oprecht, maar koos zijn toerist op uiterlijk en de mate van fooi, zoals de bediening bij de snackbar. Maar de rest van het team was wat je van een 5sterren hotel in Marokko mag verwachten: goed tot top! Grote kamers, hier en daar is onderhoud wel nodig en kan afwerking beter). Airco vermogen is laag, maar voldoende om de kamer redelijk koel te houden. Waterkoker, minibar en koffiehoek aanwezig op kamer. Grote badkamer met bad en douche. Winkelcentrum op 10 min loopafstand. Voor bezienswaardigheden ben je afhankelijk van taxi of georganiseerde activiteiten Hotel bevindt zich in omgeving met hotels, 7 min vh vliegveld. Vooral vroeg in ochtend hoor je de vliegtuigen. Onze kamer lag tegenover een club, elke avond harde muziek, maar gewoon gezellig.

We had room 107 and the staff knew that it's very noisy from neighbouring hotel but still placed us there. On our first night having arrived tired that evening we were unable to sleep till 1am when the loud music finally stopped. Anwar very kindly upgraded us to the royal suite on first floor and there was no noise in that part.

El hotel es una maravilla. No le encuentro ningun defecto. La limpieza, las instalaciones, la cama todo muy correcto. El personal un nivelazo, no te dicen no a nada. Intentan tenrte satisfecho desde que entras hasta que sales del hote Sobre todo Ilham, Ayoub y Tawfik en la recepcion que forman un equipo muy cohesivo. Tambien Taha del restaurante super atento. Recomiendo mucho este hotel y repetiria siempre que pueda. Muchas gracias por todo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly en they are very lovely with kids. It is a kids friendly hotel, they have seats for the little ones at the restaurant. The communication was good, everybody spoke English. The location and hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was very nice, a lot of choice. We arrived before the in check time and they where so kind to check us in early. I would definitly come back to this hotel when i'm visiting Marrakech again!

Na het uitchecken werden wij terug geroepen door de receptie, met de beschuldiging van een potje chips te hebben geopend!! Terwijl wij duidelijk hebben gemaakt niet van de mini bar gebruik te hebben gemaakt. Kijk zeker de mini bar na bij het inchecken! Schandalig! Kamer werd ook pas na 17u gekuist wat veel te laat, dit is juist het moment waarop men terug gaat naar de kamer. De kamer was ook super ver van het restaurant en de ingang. Er zijn betere hotels voor deze prijs!

Honestly, this resort has soooooooooooooo much potential to be nice. However, poor service and average food brings it down a lot. Firstly, I agree with previous reviews that the breakfast staff were lousy and inattentive. We didn't get a single hello, or welcome when we arrived each morning. The food was very average with very little variety - let's just say this would have been good for a 3 star resort. Moving onto the staff - there was a certain arrogance from some members at check-in that made us feel unwelcome and unable to ask simple questions. I'm not sure if this is down to a single individual (although one in particular comes to mind), or overall working culture they have at this hotel. Regardless, something needs to change. Overall, as I said before, this place has so much potential as it has such nice rooms, pools, and relaxing areas. However, sub par food and really really bad service (for a 5* resort) reminds me more of a 3 star budget resort, rather than a 5* star one.

Not worth the price. The hotel boasts a large pool area and a "palace"- like build, but it is extremely outdated, and the staff doesn't seem to care. Does not have basic amenities like an iron available. I requested it for 3 days straight and multiple times, but the front desk always responded the same way: they would look into it and bring one. However, it never came. The buffet at the restaurant is disappointing and not worth the price. While there, I saw many guests complain about their rooms, and the staff did very little to fix the issues. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to any traveler, as there are many better options in Marrakech for better value.

Personnel au Top!!

The property itself is really nice and clean on the most part, rooms are very spacious. However what let us down was the staff and their lack of empathy and friendliness. We were made to wait until 2.30pm to check in where our documents and booking clearly listed check in was 2pm the reception staff argues the hotel policy is check in at 3pm and stated that my booking must be wrong. We had a two year old with us and he was getting fed up from waiting so long? The staff did not take this in consideration. The breakfast on day one was nothing short of a shambles there was hardly any staff around to help- dishes were empty and I had to queue for 20 mins just to get a drink. The drinks dispensers were empty and it took ages for staff to sort this, once these were filled there were not empty glasses- a number of guest complained and some even left without drinks. On the first evening I needed milk for my two year old and asked reception to assist with this It took three attempts to sort this out in the end I had to walk down to get it from reception- to my surprise we were charged 60 dirhams for a carton of milk that costs 8-10! I feel being a 5 star hotel they should have showed compassion and been a bit more helpful in situations like this or even provided it. Another issue we had was on leaving we were made to wait until the staff checked the mini bar was not used and no charges were due- i felt like the staff didn’t trust us and it made us feel belittled. Not 5 star experience

The area was isolated so it was good that a shuttle bus was provided to transport to medina. The food wasn't great, although we only ate once at the buffet in the evening but was very expensive particularly for the quality. We also felt at times the staff were slightly pushy which was a bit uncomfortable. However the hotel was clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Kenzi Menara Palace and Resort. Would appreciate if the hotel increases the frequency of the shuttle service. Otherwise everything was great.

It’s nice clean close to the airport and activity

The hotel is just outside Marrakesh,less than 10 minutes in a taxi.stayed here before,it is a nice hotel,rooms are comfortable,outdoor pool is the biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel,with lots of sun beds and chillout areas.the breakfast is pretty good though it was very busy when we were there so a little crowded,but I would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Kenzi Menara Palace. (4 nuits) Très bien situé au calme et à la fois à proximité des points d'intérêts (7 min en voiture de la Médina) Les chambres sont spacieuses, lit très confortable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et qualificatif. Le Kenzi Menara Palace sera assurément notre adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Marrakech.

Very nice hotel. Pool is fantastic. Dining is pretty good. Beer selection could do with improvement. But overall very happy. Would love to stay again.

Notre séjour au Kenzi Menara Palace était super ! Très bon accueil, le personnel est au petit soin, très gentil. L’hôtel est spacieux et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L‘extérieur est magnifique et la piscine est grande. Nous y retournons sans hésiter. Merci à Mehdi et Mouad, les deux coachs, pour votre sympathie, à bientôt !

La chambre est très grande, la literie confortable. Les extérieurs sont agréables. Le petit déjeuner est ok, il y a du choix mais la qualité n’est pas forcément présente. Les chambres (pour la nôtre en tout cas) méritent d’être rénovées, surtout la salle de bain qui est vraiment dégradée. Si vous n’êtes pas en all inclusive, ne prenez pas le dîner du buffet. La qualité est très médiocre est le prix de 40€ n’est pas du tout le prix marocain (ni le prix français d’ailleurs).

Great stay, the buffet is really expensive. It’s much cheaper to order food at the pool bar or room service and it’s better quality than the buffet.

Disappointed with breakfast same every day I was there for 4 days boring. Pool was big. Not many people understand English
