No hot water in the morning, toilet paper was not bolted to the floor and actual move. I’m door pool was out of service. Guest laundry was out of service.

New construction not all bugs worked out especially pool, and 1st floor ice machines. Elevator doors not working smoothly.

Place is very dirty. Bugs everywhere. Trash. Elevator does not work. Horrible hotel.

We arrived a hour and a half early for our stay. We were allowed to check in early because they had a room clean and ready. When we walked into the room it had a wet/damp smell. The elevator got stuck twice while we were there. The breakfast was cold. This LaQuinta is not like the others that I stayed in.

Television needed repair, air conditioner would only work if Dan was left on continuously, elevator was not working, a/c was not working in lobby or area where breakfast was being served. There was an old mattress lying in the grass on the other side of the parking area. I think this is sufficient to say we will not return

The elevators were broken, the pool was temporarily closed, the room was not ready at check in, there were not enough towels in the room for the people on our reservation. The towels were visibly stained. The sheets were not clean, there was hair on the sheets when you pull them back. We were lied to about being able to get more towels. We had to go to Target to buy towels

The staff were super helpful and accommodating! I did not have enough change for the washer and dryer and the hotel reception gave me one of their own since they also did not have change. The breakfast was pretty subpar with only meat and bread unless you wanted cereal. They did have coffee available 24/7 along with hot water for tea. Parking was a breeze as I was on the first floor and the room they gave me was closest to the side exit to accommodate my dogs potty breaks. The gym was also a let down as I do believe the a/c was broken and it was about the size of a bathroom. Overall this stat earns a 3.75/5. I got what I paid for, received a lot of assistance from staff and was slightly let down by amenities.

Hallways smelled horrible. My son got stuck in the elevator.

The hotel receptionist was not friendly at all. No smile, didn’t volunteer information about the hotel like the time of breakfast. Was not personable at all. Everything in the hotel was broken. The pool didn’t work, the elevator squealed so loud you were afraid to ride. The business center was a joke. The computer was just for show. We initially rented 3 rooms. Non of them were very clean. In my room the bathroom light kept flickering. The lamps hadn’t been dusted in months. The walls were full of fingerprints and smudges especially in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The chair by the desk looked very unappealing. All the leather was peeled off. The tile at entrance and in bathroom was cracked. The toilet backed up in my room and in my sisters room. When she asked about a plunger she was told they didn’t have one. When I asked the next night, one was available. Sheets were not available for her sleeper sofa but was for mine. We all checked in at the same time. This was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had at a hotel. I will never visit again!! Do better

Sheets were clean, towels/wash rags were clean, a/c in room worked well, quiet/safe area, area around building was well maintained and pleasant.

When we checked in the room was filthy, hairballs on “clean” towels, hair on the floors, mud/dirt all in the tub. Not sure if the room was even cleaned and towels swapped out! The pool was drained and from what I hear has been for a while now. (Would have been nice to know prior to checking in or booking a room) checked in and almost immediately checked out! The breakfast area still had food and crumbs everywhere after the breakfast and we didn’t check in until 6ish PM They said we’d get a refund but we will see. Word around town is this place can’t pay their bills and has the water turned off several times a year. Would not recommend this place to anybody!

We only stayed one night along our trip, but the room wasn't cleaned very well at all. The sheets on both beds had stains on them and we found a hair in the bed. There was grease on the headboards and the bathroom floor was sticky. The second floor hallway had a strong odor.

Check In at the hotel was easy, staff was able to accommodate our downstairs room request without issue. The bedding on our bed was dirty and housekeeping changed it without hesitation. There are a lot of cosmetic issues that we noticed in our room. There was water damage all around the A/C unit and it had leaked all over the floor in our short time here.

The tub had dirt and hair in it when we arrived. The elevator did not work had to carry bags up to 3 rd floor. The food was so nasty looking none of us ate it and did not bother to eat it the next day either. I will never stay in another La Quinta especially for what I payed it cost me extra money having to eat somewhere else and I’m not happy with that ruining my budget on a trip. Gross white sausage that was under cooked.

My sister and I booked a stay here for a weekend event. First thing after check in we were told the elevator didn't work and our room was located on the 3rd floor. After walking to 3rd floor up the stairs with heavy luggage, we get to 3rd floor room just for the room we were told not to be our room. I reached in my pocket to look at the card holder to verify the room number just to see it was 2nd floor not 3rd. We had to then travel back down the stairs to 2nd floor. Upon entering the room it didn't please me and I was disappointed, it just didn't feel clean. The TV was on which was strange and the remote didn't work, so the tv was on the entire time and we could not change the channel no turn tv of unless we unplugged it. The bed sheets were not that clean but the fact I bring my own sheets, comforts and pillow cases saved that. The bathroom door was rusted and the light flickered so bad I couldn't stay in it long because it bothered my eyes. The only reason we was force to stay because all the hotels in that area were booked up because of the concert. I was highly disappointed in this hotel because it's look nice in the pictures. I would never stay here again. The staff was okay but that is it. The breakfast looked okay even though I didn't eat any.

ROOM: No "Do Not Disturb" sign. No fire escape map. No cups. No blanket - just a very thin bed spread (in January!). Desk chair was dangerous - it would tip over easily. No coffee extras (sugar, creamer, stir sticks). No decaf coffee. No info guide (TV channels, local attractions, food delivery services, etc). Only 3 very small pillows on a king size bed. Clock broken (cover cracked and a part missing). Microwave power cable unplugged (fortunately, the dresser was already pulled away from the wall, and I was able to reach the power outlet). Oily smudges on top of the desk and cabinet. No pictures on the walls, but the hanging brackets were there. Lampshade broken. TV remote would only move one channel at a time. TV small (for today's standard). No writing pad and pen. BATHROOM: Foot pad very small. No wash towels. Only 2 small soaps. Holes in the wall under the sink. No facial tissues. FACILITY: Luggage carts (just 2) were old and rickety. Elevator button was broken (had to push 3 for 2). Just one elevator. The fire alarm sounded early in the morning (?). The cleaning staff was very loud. Indoor pool closed (?). BREAKFAST: Smallest breakfast I've seen since COVID. Very limited selection. Coffee was barely warm. No coffee creamer - just 2% milk. Napkins were miniature sized. OVERALL: In a word, sparse. Expected much more for $146. However, everything was reasonably clean, and the building was in good condition.

Mildew in shower. Poor shower design- floods entire bathroom floor making it unsafe. Dirty bathroom floor. Only chair in unit extremely worn- seat covering shredding.

The room was nice the bathtub was old and scratched up and the shower head sprayed out of the tub no matter what you did. The white towels for the bathroom was hard to tell if they were just stained up or dirty and it was a roll of the dice as to what towels you would get daily. They don’t have the do not disturb signs so they can in every day. I asked to change the batteries in the smoke detectors because it beeped every 30 seconds but they never came so I took the battery out and set it on the table and they stayed there for almost a week. Never changed.

I use La Quinta frequently as I travel with cats. This was a very basic hotel where everything was done as cheaply as possible. All expected furniture was present, and all was impressively hard and uncomfortable. If you like extra firm mattresses, this is your bed. Three of the four lightbulbs over the work area were out. Then I noticed the hallway lights all had one bulb out, and through the murky light understood this was part of cost savings. Towels were thin and small. One bar of soap, one small shampoo in bathroom. Desk staff was disengaged and slow, and generally not present. It seemed clean enough. Towels in front of doors to sop up rain tracked in. We did not stay for breakfast. It was more like a Hotel Six rather than a LaQuinta.

Beds were sqeeky. Toilet was very low off the floor. Elevator not working. Room and facilities outdated. Stairwell stairs were filthy. Coffee was weak. Not a good stay.

The curb appeal was good. The interior had been renovation but the room wasn't as nicely renovated as the lobby. Broken or missing light switches. There was a bath tub but no plug to keep water . The drain was somewhat clogged so shower water drained very slow. We've had good experience with LaQunita so this was a bit disappointing.

Everything felt clean, no problem. But my room was missing a remote, and the blankets were super thin and not very comfortable. I'd also recommend bigger coffee cups, but I still enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

I usually like La Quinta's as a solid, affordable option. However, this location is overdue for renovations. Luckily most everything worked ok and everything was clean. But there were chips, peeling, and stains throughout. In the room, the light fixture at the bathroom sink did not work and the toilet paper holder was broken. And the elevator sounded questionable.

The hotel has a musty smell. The elevator was not in service. I asked my room to be moved from 3rd floor to 1st. They didn't have any so he moved to the 2nd floor. Two towel in my room was dirty. Breakfast was horrible. I didn't enjoy my stay this hotel. The late night clerk has a nonchalant attitude.

The price at this hotel was great! Staff was super friendly too. Housekeeping would empty out trash and give us clean towels and soap without asking! I didn’t get to eat the breakfast because I like to sleep in. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay here.

The over night La Quinta manager was a pure god send. My hotel.com reservation was lost. I showed proof of payment and reservation on my side and she made sure to stick up for me with the representatives as well as accommodate me so I wasn’t sitting in the lobby after a 7 hour drive. I have never been respected and fought for by a manager and I can honestly saw she relieved a lot of my stress and anxiety before It started and I couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

Safe parking, clean room and helpful staff.

Price for one night was reasonable, but Kingsize suite needs to be cleaner and needs to be updated. There were stains on the wall near the nightstand. I assume a drink was spilled and never cleaned. The room smelled funny and the furniture was peeling. Also, the complimentary soap was clearly the cheapest. Breakfast left much to be desired. We checked in around 6pm and night crew was friendly. However, the morning crew at the desk were rude. My husband went to the car to get the small cooler for ice, and when he entered the hotel the employee treated him as if he was not welcomed even though he stayed there the night before. Customer Service needs to be improved amongst other things.

We had a terrible experience at a hotel in Atlanta the night before. I managed to get us a room booked here, the saturday of memorial day weekend. The desk clerk was friendly and welcoming! She even let us check in an hour early, because i got there just before 2, having forgotten about the time zone change between Atlanta and Birmingham. We were in a clean and comfortable nice room within 10 minutes! There are a TON of food options within walking distance, and even a Shoney's right in the parking lot! And there is a grocery store right across the street. The pool was closed, but after the time we had at 2 different hotels in one night in Atlanta.... Thats fine. Its not a brand spanking new hotel, but its comfy and clean and all the staff is nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, if ever in the area again.

Comfortable accommodations. We were able to stay with our pet. The suite has extra room and seating. Area has a ton of restaurants and shopping. Quiet area near hotel. Easy access to interstate. We would stay here again.

Great area to walk and walk your dog. Drink machine is stubborn but they are supposed to be adding an area with drinks and snacks controls by hotel staff that fill hopefully be better. Convenience store next door seems to close early. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. No available shuttle service.

The property needs to be maintained better. There were numerous small things in our room that needed to be fixed, the shower handle leaked and was loose, lights were burnt out, the pool was closed, the guest laundry was closed. All of these things were minor but they indicate an overall lack of maintenance. Overall cleanliness could have been better- there were food crumbs under our bed (not ours) and one bedspread had stains on it. Overall I would probably not stay here again. The area around seemed very safe and was close to numerous dining options.

The hotel appeared to be nice from the photos but once I arrived and checked it, it was disappointment after disappointment. The facility needs a DEEP cleaning, the breakfast was free but wasn’t worth $0 and the indoor pool has been out of service for over a year from what staff say. I wouldn’t stay again.

I was very happy with my stay and felt safe There were no tables outside to sit, that was disappointing. Breakfast was lacking. waffle machine yes, some hot meats, cereals not great, coffee not great

There wasn't a hot breakfast. There was pre made muffins and coffee. There was a note at check-out saying what they would have and none of those items were out. It was loud and the cleaning lady started at 7am.

The breakfast was way more than a simple breakfast. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to the toast, cereal and fruit. Great experience

The breakfast was not good the first day. No cereal, no milk, no eggs, no diabetic friendly substitute for sugar in coffee. The bread and pastry were very dry. Also the pool is closed. Out of order. We booked that hotel because of location and it had a pool. The rooms are clean and nice. Still a good experience.

This property looked very nice, and had a lot of options nearby for food. the room we stayed in was quite nice, and the shower had really nice water pressure. The breakfast was also really good. the eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage gave me a great start to my day. The only downside is our sheets were clearly not washed after the next guest, with stains and body hair scattered about them.
