We stay here often however on this stay the jacuzzi was barely warm. Hotel maintenance agreed and tried to rectify it but was never fixed. Hoping that this has been sorted out before our next stay in a few weeks. Food, bartender, reception all great.

Mon bémol vient de l’impossibilité d’ouvrir les chambres (fenêtre ) au troisième étage, et nous avons eu un peu chaud lors de la nuit, même en coupant le chauffage et en mettant le thermostat au plus froid. La douche italienne bien mais, j’aurais aimé avoir une tête de douche en hauteur et non pas une pommeau de douche classique, afin d’ éviter de mettre de l’eau partout. à part ça, rien à dire. On reviendra.

We arrived very late for our stay (1am) but the front desk were very helpful and our check-in was easy and quick. The room (and whole hotel) was very modern and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of food options for breakfast, which was delicious. We would love to stay here again and would recommend.

I used this hotel as I was working at the airport for a few days. It’s a super clean hotel. Room and en-suite bathroom were a good size. Staff were nice. I walked to and from the hotel 15-20 minutes. It’s an airport hotel so not a lot happening nearby.

Stuck at the airport for 24 hrs alone, I thought I'd treat myself to a bit of comfort. But this hotel really missed the mark. The service was great, super efficient and friendly. The hotel was just a bit below par. Blocked hand basin in my room. Glasss, bottles, ice bucket from the previous ocupant out side my room when I arrived, & it was still there when I left. The decor is all a bit jaded in the hallways, horribly out of date even though I would guess it's not long since it was decorated. The room was sterile. Nothing of any character or warmth about the interior & an average bed. A constant and persistant hum prevailed. The gym had an air of abandoment, much of the equipment is old, there was nothing to clean seats or grab rails before you used the machines. The hotel had QR codes around saying they are trying to get their star rating up, but they're on the wrong track. It felt municipal. The restaraunt was expensive, and again, trying too hard in the wrong places. My opinion is that they should skip striving for stars and concentrate on the human comforts and creating some sort of atmosphere. It's not a cheap hotel which makes it all the more diapointing.

The front reception were lovely but I have never waited so long to be served at a hotel bar, and one of the men behind the bar was rude & aggresive. The room itself was pleasant enough but there were no coffee sachets in the room and with a 4.30 start that detail was hugely noticed.

The team at the Radisson are really great and make a huge effort to make your stay comfortable. The sorted a taxi to the airport and sorted a minor issue with the bill swiftly. Recommend.

I will never stay at this property again. We have been staying here for five years. The service has gone downhill and the breakfast cost went from 19 euros to 25 euros. The front desk is under staffed and not very knowledgeable. I thought the property has probably been sold and the new owners are cutting corners.

Our stay was one of the most pleasurable and welcoming experiences we’ve ever had. From the get go, everything was smooth and the venue so beautiful. We particularly loved the mini vineyard and courtyard area. Staff are exceptional, tending to everything with positivity and our dining experiences at La Vie en Rose just fabulous, showcasing some of Toulouse’s wonderful produce and wine. The service when we checked in was horrible. We bring between 12-16 people to a water color painting vacation at Frassinett every year for 5 years in a row. This year the young lady at the check in counter was rude, slow and if she had been my employee, I would have terminated her on the spot. I waited over an hour before I got a room. Every time I checked with her I was told it would be only 5 minutes more. We average around 32 room nights per year. Next year our stay will not be at the Radisson Blu.

I rented two rooms for my son, his wife, and 3 sons. ages 7 and 5. They were very pleased with everything except the high cost of the dining room. They solved the problem by getting pizza. The closeness to the airport was very helpful as they were able to return their rental car before the flight and had no trouble with lugging luggage as a result. They highly recommend the Radisson at TLS>

Chose this hotel because it was close to TLS airport. Was assured they had a shuttle for 04:00 hr trip to the terminal, but come early morning, no one to drive the shuttle. Night clerk got us a taxi that was great. Restaurant food was fake French. If you want a US hotel this one is OK, but don't expect anything memorable.

I dont typically write reviews but have to in this instance, we selected the Radisson Blu because we have stayed at this property previously and had received a fantastic evening meal. so when deciding on where to stay for our latest visit i selected the Radisson as it had a restaurant and a airport shuttle service. once i booked and paid, i received an email that the restaurant was closed on weekends, and service was limited. we checked in and where told, oh no the restaurant is open, so made a reservation. the staff were helpful and friendly, but honestly, Chef boyardee make better pasta, and my wifes hamburger was still frozen in the middle. this is france, the home of haute cuisine and they served microwaved hamburgers and pasta, the guy that prepaid the food apologized and explained that he has no cooking experience, if the Radisson Blu would like, i would be happy to teach their staff how to open a can of soup for ravioli and heat it on a stove, because honestly it would taste better, great service S**T food, stay somewhere else if you want a meal over the weekend,

L’hôtel est satisfaisant pour un radisson, les chambre n’ont rien d’exceptionnel malgré un surclassement. Heureusement que ce n’était pas un déplacement professionnel car la chambre n’aurait pas été exceptionnelle pour une plus longue durée. Le spa laisse à désirer mais la salle de sport est super complète. Le personnel est super. Le restaurant est correct mais plutôt cher tout comme le petit déjeuner qui n’a rien d’exceptionnel. Plutôt bien dans l’ensemble.
