The dining situation is less than ideal. The dining room and bar are combined in one relatively small room. The night I was there, every seat at the bar was full, and eventually every table in the restaurant was taken. There were 75-100 people present. and two beleaguered waitresses to take care of all of these people. They tried hard, but this was an impossible situation. It took me at least two hours to get a drink and dinner--far less than ideal.

There was a lady at the front desk that was very rude and didn’t seem to care much about anything. This is the business of hospitality, she was not at all hospitable. Housekeeping also left the door open for who knows how long while we were gone during the day. The pool really needs descaled and there was a dead cockroach chillin next to it. Just disappointed in paying so much for an experience like that.

We checked in late night last night. We came into the room and it wasn't until we unloaded that we saw hair splattered on the bathroom wall, the floors were not vacuumed and the nightstand had food/sticky residue ask over it. We informed the front desk & they told us since it was paid through Expedia I needed to contact you. Thank you!

Our room was ok except that the bathroom was filthy and needed obvious repairs (the TP holder was hanging off the wall). There were pubic hairs left in the shower (gross!) so we didn't use it since we were only there for one night. We turned on the in-room heater and it filled the room with a horrible plume of foul air so we shut it off. Seriously! We would have been more comfortable and $200 richer if we would have slept in our car.

There was an incessant noise coming from our a/c unit. We complained about it but nothing was done. It was so high pitch our noise canceling headphones couldn’t keep the sound up. They said rooms couldn’t be switched because they were full. Will not stay here again.

Our first room smelt of horrible sewage. We couldn’t open the bathroom door without the smell being in our entire room. Called to let front desk know and they called back shortly. Upgraded our room and changed to another room only for 1/3 of the carpet to be soaked by the ac and no ac. It was late enough at this point we just tolerated no ac. It finally came on at 3 am just in time for us to get up to leave at 4.

This was the 5th and final night of our Easter weekend trip and was the most comfortable bed and the best night’s sleep! It was also an incredibly convenient hotel to the KC airport. We didn’t need to use it this trip, but they do have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. We always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint is breakfast didn’t start until 7:00AM. We had to leave at 6:45 and I paid extra to get breakfast and we were unable to. There are so many early flights and this being an airport hotel, they should offer breakfast at 6:00 AM.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We were charged a deposit that was never disclosed when we booked the room, even after we called ahead multiple times to confirm the total price. Being told one amount and then being charged something different at check-in was frustrating. We also specifically booked the room with breakfast included and made sure it was selected during the reservation. However, when we went down for breakfast the next morning, we were told it wasn't included. Somehow the breakfast option had disappeared from our reservation, and the staff simply said they didn't know why instead of trying to resolve the issue. On top of that, our room keys repeatedly stopped working throughout our stay, which became a constant inconvenience. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude came across as rude and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance. Overall, the lack of clear communication, unexpected charges, reservation issues, and poor customer service left us very unhappy. We expected a much smoother experience and would not choose to stay here again
