Its a simple hotel situated at a convenient location. Not suitable for families with children under 16 yrs of age, as they will not be able to use the pool or any other facilities. Furthermore the use of the pool, gym etc all cost extra. These are not mentioned at the point of booking. The hotel offers the same basic breakfast menu every day of the week.

Hôtel moderne et confortable, près de l'autoroute. Le restaurant bistrot était très bon (essayez les pizzas) mais assez cher. La piscine extérieure qu'on voit sur les photos fait partie du second restaurant (cher) et n'est pas utilisable par les autres clients. L'espace spa en sous sol est plutôt agréable tant qu'on n'est pas nombreux (20€ par personne). Accueil agréable et efficace.

Hotel secondo le aspettative! Tariffa a mio avviso sopra la media, a maggior ragione che immediatamente dopo aver prenotato arriva la mail che la spa non era aperta! Beh a saperlo prima magari…. Non tanto trasparenti Ps sul sito dell’hotel invece è “leggermente evidenziato”

Be careful: there is NO free swimming pool included with your room booking. They have an outdoor display pool of 30cm (!) depth. You can't and you are not allowed to use it, not even for your feet. I was quite disappointed of discovering this, because it was my main interest for this hotel and I had naively seen the display pool and thought it would be a swimming pool. Fortunately, you can pay an additional 19€/person/day to access the SPA which is a sauna, hammam and indoor swimming pool in the basement. Apart from this bad surprise, the hotel is clean and waiters are really nice. The room was good and there is enough parking spot. If you don't care about the pool or if you're okay with such extra, that will be a very good hotel.

Wir haben als Paar zwei Nächte in der Prestige-Suite gebucht. Grosse Suite mit grossem Badezimmer. Bequemes, grosses Bett. Mini-Bar im Zimmer mit günstigen Getränken und Snacks. Auch Kaffeemaschine verfügbar. Das Badezimmer ist ein Traum mit Jacuzzi spezieller Beleuchtung und Wasserfall-Dusche auch mit spezieller Beleuchtung. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht. Grosse Auswahl: Yogurt, Cereals; verschiedene Brotsorten, Auschnitt, Speck und Rührei, Früchte und verschiedene Saftversionen. Nette Hotelbar - wir hatten einen super Aperol Spritz. Es gibt auch zwei Hotelrestaurants, wir haben aber immer auswärts gegessen. Tiefgarage verfügbar und gratis. Highlight des Aufenthalts: Der Spa - kostet für 2 Stunden 19 Euro pro Person. Es gibt einen grossen beheizten Pool im Spa und separaten Pool mit verschiedenen Düsen für Rückenmassage, etc. Wasser, Tee, Früchte und kleiner Snack sind im Preis inbegriffen. Our only caveat is that the pool is not included in the price of the room. At €19 per person for 2 hrs, its a bit of a disappointment. Check the soap upon arrival, the soap container was emp. Breakfast was great, staff very helpful and polite.safe, easy parking.

Me hospedei para descansar no trajeto entre Bolonha e Turim. Hotel muito confortável. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Muito mais do que se espera para um hotel de estrada. ùnico ponto ruim é que a área molhada do spa (piscina) estava fechada desde a pandemia.

The only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars is for the fact that there is NO outdoor pool as the pictures would imply. When i asked the hotel about this, they said the pictures are for "marketing" purposes which was really upsetting. the only reason i booked this place was because i have small kids and i needed to keep them busy. Needless to say we were all disappointed. Other than this important blunder, the hotel is really nice, clean and the staff is really wonderful. Just don't book it if you expect to have an outdoor pool to sit by and swim in.

La chambre était excellente, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et le service. Nos remarques sont constructives et visent à souligner des pistes d'amélioration qui, selon nous, permettraient d'offrir une expérience encore meilleure. * Restaurant et petit-déjeuner : Le personnel, bien qu'il fasse correctement son travail, manque de sourire et de chaleur. L'ambiance est assez froide, et nous avions l'impression d'être surveillés. De plus, il peut être désagréable d'entendre certains employés critiquer les clients. Une meilleure organisation du travail pourrait sans doute améliorer cet aspect. * Ménage : Le nettoyage quotidien est fait, mais nous avons noté un manque de ménage en profondeur. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière et de détritus sous le canapé-lit, un point à améliorer pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. * Langues étrangères : Le personnel ne parle qu'anglais comme langue étrangère. Unser Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen und war offensichtlich auch ein Raucherzimmer . Leider wurde uns nur gesagt , dass hier nicht geraucht wird und es wurde auch kein anderes Zimmer angeboten .

Ho sempre considerato il Devero Hotel un modello per tutti i miei soggiorni. Tuttavia è la seconda volta nel giro di due settimane che non trovo sapone disponibile e questa volta sia per la doccia sia per lavarsi le mani. E dirò di più il flacone per le mani (vuoto) era nella zona doccia e viceversa (e vuoto pure l’altro). Ora considerando un hotel di alto livello (una notte costa intorno ai 120 euro) mi aspetto che questi dettagli non passino inosservati. Prossima settimana avrò un altro soggiorno presso il Devero. La domanda ora è: cosa mi devo aspettare? magari non troverò gli asciugamani? …a voi il giudizio come farmi cambiare idea…

Good for business or pleasure, not too far away from motorway. there are "permanent" curtains which cannot roll up for the view, so if you are after that, this might not be the hotel. It does give light for the room though.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre spacieuse, ne pas oublier de mettre la petite affiche ne pas déranger sinon les femmes de ménage rentrent sans frapper. Restaurant impeccable, très bonnes pizzas faite maison, les salades copieuses. parking accessible avant même de récupérer la chambre.

Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Très bon séjour. La chambre était un peu bruyante en fin de soirée et très tôt le matin mais du fait d’autres clients! Qui faisait du bruit dans le couloir. L’hôtel et la chambre sont toujours très bien.

We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too. Stayed for three nights while on business in the round tower in the back. Arrived early and was accommodated an early check-in. Room was large and the bed nice and firm. All amenities were present including a pay mini bar. No coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room so have to go to the bar on the basement level for anything hot. In the bathroom, I really liked the rain shower. During the second morning my TV would not turn off, I notified the front desk and it was fixed by the time I return in the afternoon. The first night I ate at the restaurant but the following nights I had room service. All the food was excellent. The breakfast spread was great and the service was attentive and great. Overall I would stay there again.

Wonderful apartment style room with loft was great for our family of 4. It was clean and spotless. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Breakfast was excellent and easy parking. The area around is a bit rundown and its a hike from attractions in Milan but I can overlook both for what this hotel gives. Special thanks to Alexandro and Fredo (i think that was his name). for going out of the way to provide excellent service. My rental car broke down in the middle of the night. The front desk associates were amazing with their help in getting me back on the road. Thank you all!

This property is very well managed, has excellent staff and Sarah was most kind in showing us rooms and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding as was the service provided. The only issue is there is no signage and with adjacent property under construction we initial thought hotel was closed.

Très bon hôtel où nous avons l’habitude de séjourner. Déception au niveau de la chambre de trois personnes, bruits canalisations (écoulement des eaux …) et troisième lit trop petit. Le personnel de l’accueil du soir et celui du matin nous ont exposés des choses contradictoires. Mais on nous a gentillement changé de chambre (étage plus élevé mais lit identique). Plus de bruit en revanche, chambre agréable et très calme appréciée. Personnel du petit déjeuner et du restaurant très agréable.

I was disappointed with the Restaurant and Bar and Breakfast service of such a 4 stars hotel. You should deal with everything alone, search for Salt, for spoons for coffee you ask the waiters whom are running and they just neglect you they don't even hear you. Dinner is a catastrophe, you will not get the Receipt after you finish, imagine you should go somewhere in the bar and you should guess what you eated and the person on the bar has no idea what you took, and the waiter who was getting the order and bringing everything suddenly disappeared. Bar the same you pay 7 eur for one beer and you get just a bottel of beer ,no glasses, i saw others they give them chips but not all, so better to bring the same bottel of beer from a supermarket that will cost 1,5eur and drink it there.

De kamer was prima, zo ook de douche en het ontbijt. Maar de locatie was luid en naast de snelweg. Als je denkt dat de foto een zwembad laat zien is dat bedrog. Wij wilde buiten naast het water een boekje lezen maar dit was niet mogelijk, stoelen stonden zonder kussens, parasols waren dicht geklapt en het water is maar 5 cm diep. Dus geen buitenzwembad. Binnen was wel een zwembad maar hier moet je 20,00 euro per persoon voor betalen. De foto laat iets heel anders zien dan dat er daadwerkelijk is.

Het was een super mooi hotel, met vriendelijk personeel!! Als je voor een stedentrip komt naar Milaan is dit niet de best gelegen locatie. Je moet dan eerst met de bus naar de metro en dan met de metro naar Milaan, waardoor je best veel tijd kwijt bent aan reizen… verder echt perfect!
Het was een super mooi hotel, met vriendelijk personeel!! Als je voor een stedentrip komt naar Milaan is dit niet de best gelegen locatie. Je moet dan eerst met de bus naar de metro en dan met de metro naar Milaan, waardoor je best veel tijd kwijt bent aan reizen… verder echt perfect!

Es gibt auch zwei Hotelrestaurants, wir haben aber immer auswärts gegessen. Tiefgarage verfügbar und gratis. Highlight des Aufenthalts: Der Spa - kostet für 2 Stunden 19 Euro pro Person. Es gibt einen grossen beheizten Pool im Spa und separaten Pool mit verschiedenen Düsen für Rückenmassage, etc. Wasser, Tee, Früchte und kleiner Snack sind im Preis inbegriffen. Sauna und türkische Dusche kann während den 2 Stunden kostenlos benutzt werden. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre mit Entspannungsmusik. Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn ca. 20 Min von Mailand entfernt. Lärm hört man absolut nicht - alles sehr gut isoliert. Top Preis/Leistung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

What a beautiful picture of a pool - THAT YOU CANNOT SWIM IN! I was so disappointed that the pool is actually only for display, it's FAKE! There is a spa, with indoor pool - but it only leads to disappointment when the weather ask for an outside dip. This hotel has fake advertisements and I'll never stay here again. Strongly discourage anyone else to do so also.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the accommodations, but the gym was closed, the spa is not included (in the listing it looked like it was) and the swimming pool they show in the images is just decorative. Overall very disappointed, I stayed for one night even though I paies for 2 nights. And the placement is very far from city center.

Booked a king superior room. Bed was huge, but the hotel does not provide any water or tea/coffee maker. Of course you can order room service or use the mini bar. I was expecting a bottle of water and a coffee maker. I paid for spa access and enjoyed the facilities. I thought the breakfast buffet was ok.
