L’hôtel est super bien situé, agréable. Dommage que l’ascenseur ait été en panne les 4 jours du séjour- mais la cage d’escalier mérite d’être visitée pour son originalité! Quelques petits détails sont à parfaire, pour que le prix en vaille vraiment la peine. (Finitions dans la chambre, plateau du micro onde adapté, éclairage bien trop léger…).

One of the rooms had overpowering smoke smell that was causing allergy issues. The staff when asked about taxi for our departure was not at all helpful, I had to google a taxi company that helped me arrange for them to get us to the train station. The laundry the dryer does not dry the clothes we had to hang it around the room to finish drying. The only benefit was the kitchen it came in handy for fixing breakfast. The tub shower it would be nice if a non slip surface was installed

Résidence très bien située , proche des commerces et de la zone piétonne Appartement 1chambre spacieux .Il manque peut être un peu de vaisselle ( il n y a que pour 1 set par personne ) Terrasse agréable dans la résidence . Le seul point faible est le parking pas tout proche surtout avec les bagages , car le tram passe devant la résidence et donc impossible de s arrêter devant . Sinon personnel sympa .Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

Great location and friendly staff. Had a one-BR apartment which was nice with a modern feel. Kitchenette and bathroom were great and air conditioning worked incredibly well. Carpet in the hallway needs a good cleaning. Gym is nice (treadmill and stationary bike) but it needs weights. I had a room in the back (very quiet) but rooms in the front of building were noisy (trams running right in front). Overall, nice for longer stays (stayed 5) and would go back.

Clean, functional, spacious and convenient location on the cusp of the main tourist drag. However, the street was noisy and felt less safe than other areas nearby. There is not 24 hour reception but the staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is old and neglected. Needs refurbishment. It is Impossible to reach by car. Surprisingly the hotel do not provide a trolley or any help with luggage. Breakfast is poor and not worth the money. What was very good was the gentleman at the reception. He did his absolute best and was very kind and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant nearby.

Do not book this hotel! I stayed two nights and by the time I left I was covered in bed bug bites! Had to buy medicine when I arrived in Germany to control the allergic reaction I was having to the bites. Once I returned home to the US I had to see a doctor for a treatment they were so bad. The bedroom was so small you couldn't open or close the door because the bed was in the way. There were no English speaking channels to watch on the TV. The furniture was so old and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The duvet covers were old and torn and the duvet was coming out at the corners. It's such a shame because it is located so close to the Christmas Market and a 10-15 minute wal to Petite France. But it wasn't worth it becuase it almost ruined the rest of my trip.

Bonjour. en voyage à Strasbourg pour quelques jours, nous avons été surpris et satisfait de voir combien la direction et le personnel de notre hôtel était soucieux du bien être. Excellent accueil chaleureux, hygiène propreté des chambres et toilettes parfait, tout est préparé et suivi pour permettre un séjour dans les meilleures conditions. A l'occasion son anniversaire, Jean-Marie a découvert ce magnifique présent dès la porte de sa chambre franchie ; cadeau offert par l'ensemble du personnel avec discrétion. Je recommande cet hôtel situé en plein centre, le plus beau de la ville est à vos pieds ainsi que toutes les commodités. Merci pour tout. La famille Kremer.

This is an appart'hotel. The studio we stayed had everything needed and was as clean as expected. The furniture showed signs of age, especially the kitchen. There is no AC or central heating, but a small space heater is provided. The street noise (especially due to the tram stop close by) can be loud if one leaves the windows open.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by shopping, dining, and sights like the cathedral. The room was very spacious and nice. We only stayed one night so we didn't try out the kitchen at all.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο. Ηταν μερικώς ανακαινισμένο , πχ οι πόρτες ήταν φθαρμένες και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι π.χ μοκέτα ήταν πολύ βρώμικη. Λόγω του ότι βρισκόταν στο κέντρο, είχε φασαρία ακόμα και με κλειστά παράθυρα, πχ ακουγόταν το τραμ κάθε φορά που περνούσε. Στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί.

Warm staff, renovated on the inside, classic architecture on the outside. Central to shops, the cathedral and museums. However, ASK FOR an inside room. Our room was on the street. The tram ran every 5 minutes til 2 am and the people on balconies directly across from us were loud til 1:30 am. Bring good earplugs and you’ll be fine!

The staff was super nice, I travelled with my grandmother and she is an elderly lady. The temperatures outside were so high I couldn't let her stay outside from checkout till our bus at 10:50pm, so the staff allowed us to stay in the hotel till 6pm. We are very thankful and will recommend!
