Hotel was in a great setting and room was lovely. Bed very comfy. Sufficiently equipped. However, rooms were not soundproofed and we were kept awake until 2am with noise from the room above. Also, issue with shower overflowing so that bathroom floor was covered with water (no drain). Great breakfast and lovely to have use of the pool etc.

We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb. We are more than happy to share with our family and friends after our nights stay

Staff were fantastic from the initial phone call up until the time we left. Facilities were great golf and spa.The bed was really comfy with a nice view from the room.

Booked for a couples night away. We arrived early, and they let us check in early which was fab and the guy booking us in was great. We went to our room, and we had a balcony which was fab. Room was a little dated and the cleanliness of the bathroom- let's say it could do with a scrub in the grouting and around taps ect. The bed was a double but had 2 single beds pushed together but was very comfy. We headed to the spa to use the pool ect. The hydro pool was out of use, the hot tub we couldn't get the jets to work, but looking at them they needed a bloody good clean as were filthy. Othr facilities were fab, sauna, steam room and pool were lovely and the changing rooms the shower was amazing I could of stayed in there for ages! We opted not to eat at the restaurant and went out, however we had breakfast the next day only 2 staff on front of house and the one girl was running around trying to sort everyone out. I was a little disappointed as you had to order breakfast instead of a buffet style, there was a lack of continental and the fruit wasn't fresh. It wasn't the best breakfast, would I stay again no probably not.

Bed was huge and so comfy. Room was clean and well maintained. Food was yummy. Spa facilities are very nice but should supply robe and slippers for residents use. Was refused a robe as I hadn't paid for a spa treatment.

From check in to check out, it was a lovely birthday treat spa break for my husband a lovely experience, we had lunch, spa treatment, evening meal and overnight stay. Liced it xx

Lovely pool area and polite staff, unfortunately bins in the rooms had not been emptied from previous guests. Paid for late check out to use the pool area and would say this was worth it. breakfast fresh made and very good.

Only small negatives was there did not appear to be any way into reception other than stairs which wasn’t ideal when carrying luggage etc but that may just be me not looking and also mould on the ceiling in the bathroom but other than that was a nice stay, room over looked the course and was quiet, would stay again. Food and service was also pleasing.

I’ve stayed here before and rebooked because it was such a great place. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and room. Great breakfast and a good restaurant for evening meals. Beautiful surroundings and view from the private balcony. Didn’t use leisure facilities but look great.

The guest rooms were ok but need a refurb. The public rooms were freezing cold. Had to sit in my coat sonetimes. The food was appalling especially Boxing Day lunch when I invited my family. Probably the worst example was a main course bubble and speak ( ordered by 3 of my guests) which was just a pile of mashed potato with a strip of green leaf placed on top. I could go on
