Staff were very friendly, but the place is tired and quite run down. Bathroom was quite bad shape. Chipped tiles simply had stickers placed over them. Exhaust fan in the window was extremely noisy and made me worry that I might be disturbing other guests when I took a shower late at night. Shower tiles had quite heavy mould/ mildew. Property is listed as parking included . I was told upon checking in the a space wasn't a part of my reservation and there wasn't designated parking for the hotel rooms. Although staff assured me there shouldn't be an issue getting a space, on 2 days of our 3 day stay, I came back to the hotel to find no spaces available, meaning I had to park in the street. The bed was very comfortable and our room was made up daily.

Stay was great room was clean apart from bath that obviously wasn’t cleaned had at least 20 pubic hairs through it was pretty gross couldn’t stop laughing cause kinda gross but hilarious cause how do u miss cleaning a big spa haha they came up and cleaned it straight away that’s all they did Part from that was a big room beds r good 👍 it is what is thanks

Been here a few times. Unfortunately no microwave to heat dietary food or even milk. After a shower my feet were black after walking on the carpet so clearly in need of steam cleaning. This was a pre-operation shower so not close to clean.

Our car was damaged, the internet, lights and aircon didn’t work. The shower had mould, the bedsheets were filthy And the patronage was rude and didn’t want to help.

Fantastic safe location close to the Botanic gardens and the city. Great restaurant and friendly staff. Loved the property and atmosphere. Only problem there was a bit of rubbish left from the previous guest on the floor and in the bedside drawer. Otherwise good.

This is not a great place to stay and verging on budget. Things did not get off to a good start. The complete shower head and arm fell off when I turned the water on and had to hold it in place. The staff at the counter were not helpful and didn't even offer an apology and only informd me the maintence staff did not come in until 2pm...not helpful. Did not offer to transfer me to another room. The fitting itself was very low quality, something likely found in a 2 star hotel. The bathroom fan was very noisy. There is limited parking and coming in later was lucky to get a park. The restaurant closed at 8pm And the staff were not helpful in helping us find an alternative restaurant

My husband had just been discharged from hospital so we were early arrivals. We were quite prepared to wait for our room, fortunately it was available. The lady at reception did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome leaving me feeling like we were a great imposition. All other reception staff Male and female were efficient and pleasant.

Easy location to find as we came from NSW. The fact it had its own car park was a bonus. Extremely large comfy bed! Also the meals in house were exceptional too. Will use again in future
