Ground floor room, window wouldnt close. No-one at the hotel able to help or fix it, was told it would be passed onto management to speak about the following morning but this didn't happen. Was very much large enough for someone to get through and there was no solution. Room was not clean enough at all either. Dust everywhere, actually looked like room hadnt been occupied for some time. TV/mirror smears to the point of being hard to use.

The room was really nice, it had been recently decorated. The bathroom had not been given as much attention but was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and the pub area of the hotel was lovely. Just be careful that during really wet weather the hotel carpark can get a little flooded.
