The place was not clean at all. The kitchen in particular had dirty cupboards, dirty pots and pans, dirty crockery. The sofas were stained (though comfortable). The house was noisy from the busy road right in front of it. We could also hear noise from the adjacent neighbour, sharing the same roof.

This house was perfect for a weekend with friends. Very conveniently located to downtown Cary. We enjoyed our time there!

We lost our Airbnb two days before we needed to have lodging. The host was very nice, the reviews here are very incorrect is saying that it is dirty. Everything was clean, beds are extremely comfortable. It's not a 5 star hotel, however the host was wonderful and they had everything we needed. Great location, only 5 minutes from anything you need. I would stay again if the need comes!

Requested the exact address of property 3 times and was denied until 2 days before arrival because they we might lose it before we arrived. Property not ready upon arrival, they said they needed more time to clean. Light bulbs in all rooms burnt out, Kitchen pot and pans deplorable. No tea spoons available and no coffee as advertised. Toilet ran continuously and door lock broke during our stay. When contacted them about issues the response was slow. They asked us to send pictures of burnt out bulbs and running toilet. Totally not worth the money

From the pictures this home looked ok. We picked it for proximity to my husbands new job. Upon arrival we noticed dirty carpets and broken blinds. Bathrooms and kitchen did not look or feel clean. Walls were dirty and had peeling paint. Suffocating ‘air fresheners’ seemed to cover up things rather than make them feel fresh. I have ten month old and watching her roll around on the carpet was upsetting because even though I tried to vacuum with my own vacuum it still was obviously so shabby and dirty. I even tried to wash the bathroom rugs that also were quite cringy, however they didn’t look any better. The bathrooms are from the 60s or maybe 50s and need to be updated to feel functional or clean. I’m not fancy but they had original tile and countertops which at this point were cracked and probably just too hard to clean with all the tiny tiles and grout lines. The kitchen was ill-appointed. There were no really large family sized pots and poor cooking utensils. I gave up cooking. We have four kids ranging from 10 months to 15 years old and we just felt unsafe here so close to such a busy road. One of our children has special needs so this was especially concerning for her safety. I don’t understand how this was not disclosed. I got to the point that I just bought my own sheets and tried to get through it because with all my kids and being in the middle of a move, it seemed too stressful to try and move everyone. However, after contacting the owner a couple times to bring their awareness (as if they didn’t know) I was just asked why I didn’t tell them sooner and nothing g was done. I responded that I have four kids and a baby not yet sleeping through the night… enough said. In the end we actually gave up and left a couple days early. We just couldn’t take it anymore. We have had luck with other vrbos but not this one. Frankly we are a little hesitant to use this type of process again with it feeling very inconsistent. Some vrbos are good, some are not. Some people care, some do not seem to. This one is not good. It is not clean it is shabby and falling apart and it doesn't seem like the owner cares. His information panders for a 5 star rating but overall he/she does not seem to care whether their guests are truly comfortable or taken care of. If you have young kids or like a simple, clean place to stay, don’t stay here.
