Great location and awesome swimming pool (but it closes at 6pm - why I have no idea as most pools close about 9 or 10m at other Hotels) These are the 2 best reasons to stay here. Rooms are spacious enough and adequate but not well maintained overall and cleanliness is average. Shower was good, bed comfort was okay and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic and boring and better for Asia tastes. There was no pastries, no cheese even in the omelettes and juice & joghurt was awful. However this Hotel offered great value for money and you could do a lot worse, so it is recommended if you on a budget , want a pool and a great Patong location and decent place to stay if not pleasant.

Upgraded supposedly to classic from Standard which we thought was nice as we discovered the standard rooms are in a building with no lift !! But classic was down a dirty alley to another building, room had very poor internet connection, safety box not secured down and holes in curtains, room seemed dirty and old, seemed that this building got forgotten as we had to remind them to clean our room anyway complained and got another upgrade to deluxe which was lovely - 2 giant beds, bath and shower, smelt clean and cleaned daily, great internet connection, only downside the electric door card broke with hubby inside and me on the outside, hubby had to use nail scissors to let maintenance man in ! 2 hrs later key lock reprogrammed and all good! Glad this happening the afternoon as I went down to ask for tea bags but no delivery!!! Had it happened late at night I don’t know what would of happened! Pool being maintained for our first 5 days and unusable / luckily the weather was wet !!! Our whole stay they were upgrading the top floor so constant workmen noise , jack hammering etc even on a Sunday! Not happy experience and disappointed with Expedia for leaving this below average hotel on their website - a refund would be appreciated??

The pool had clearly not been cleaned ypu could see dead skin and hairs floating in it (not just a little bit) we were put in building two so if you wanted to use the pool you had to leave the building, walk down the street and then get the lift to the top florr in building one. The linens were stained, the fridge leaked water all over thw floor. Good location to walk to things.

The room I booked was in a different building, no lift, no wifi, no access to pool, dirty laundry bags on the stairs all day and they were performing renovations using a jack hammer from early in the morning. Das Zimmer war leider nur ungenügend gereinigt (Bettdecke mit Flecken, sehr viele Insekten im Zimmer, Schimmel im Bad, Boden dreckig) und hat im Allgemeinen einen heruntergekommen Eindruck gemacht. Frühstück und Pool waren in Ordnung. Positiv war v.a. die Nähe zum Strand und der Wäscheservice der Unterkunft.

Very basic but you get what you pay for. the WIFI in my room didn’t work, neither did the TV. The wall had stains alongside the curtains. However the room was a good size and staff were friendly, and the hotel is in walking distance of all amenities

It’s a good location in the north end. Little more quiet. Unfortunately the room Rooms have a stench of sewer gas. I have stayed before and was the same. Halls are quite noisy also when trying to sleep. Maid staff are lovely.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the beach, 7/11 is a block away on the same road. Massage places all around. The best thing I liked is that most of the staff are humble and sweet because they are refugees from Myanmar 🇲🇲 Burma a war torn country. They are very hardworking people and just want to have a better chance in life. Thanks Aspery Hotel for hiring them 🙏

トクトク？の音楽以外は夜静かで良い。レストランのスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい、帰ってきた時や出かける時も目につくと笑顔で挨拶してくれてとても心地よい感じでした。水回りが広い、それなりに綺麗でした。施設はまあ、古いので他の人も書いてる通りだと思います、私はデラックスルーム？に宿泊。バルコニーと呼べるほどではないのが残念、タバコは吸えます、私は気にしませんが隣のホテルの廊下がすぐ隣なので眺望は0 気になるのはフロントスタッフ、皆一様に不機嫌そう、笑顔なし、印象悪いです。とはいえ、タクシー手配、バイク、、洗濯、プリントアウトなど頼めば仕事はしてくれます。あと特定の人にはフレンドリーそう？にしてるのはみましたが私以外も大半は愛想悪いです。おすすめはレストランです。

With one exception the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced with good food. Just up from the beach and close enough to the hot spots yet quiet enough to get rest and quiet when you want it.

This hotel located right in the center of Pa Tong city with lots entertainment and shops. It is about 5 minutes walking distance to Pa Tong beach. The staff members were very friendly. The price of the hotel was relatively cheaper with big selection of buffet breakfast covered. It was very easy to grab taxis to anywhere with reasonable price. You can join the night club, getting to know local people easily. The downside of this property was too loud 24-7. But with the price, it was fair.

Location is great. 2 mins from beach, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. For what you're paying it's a great deal. Hotel is older and it had a moth ball type smell but the staff was great. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you'll need to pay more.

I have stayed a few times at this hotel. It is 'Guest Friendly' which is great. It is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always do what they can to assist you. The hotel is a little dated and needs a bit of work to bring it up to date, however it is still good value for money.

Great location. Kind staff. Terrible breakfast. If youve ever been to Thailand you know what those really nasty tasting chicken breakfast sausages are. Thats what they serve everyday, that and low grade chicken ham. No real breakfast meats like bacon or pork sausage. It was so bad I usually skipped breakfast.
