Older motel with outside entrances. No elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a rundown hotel, old and rickety. There was no iron in the room. There were only two tea bags, tiny coffee pot, paper cups. Bed and pillows were ok. There was a prostitute hanging on the corner of the property.

Overall a great location in a bad part of town. The hotel is more of a motel - it can’t help the area around it has become seedy. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Surprisingly comfy beds!! On site laundry which we did not use but was very popular. If you don’t mind staying a night or two in a less desirable area, you’ll have a decent stay here. Only 20 minutes from Pike Place.

Broken window in bathroom, broken elevator. Every idea for breakfast very unhealthy, except bananas. Unhelpful front desk!

No wifi, lock on sink window is a piece of wood

Place location is good because is right in front of main street and bus stops. Taco bell next to hotel. Properly is in bad shape, carpet is dirty, bathroom bathtubs have a cracked on the floor of the bathtubs Heating is not working . Room feels cold.

The room we were assigned didn't have a lock on the inside of the door, so they moved us to a different room. One bathroom light didn't work. The wifi didn't work the entire two days we were they even though we asked several times for them to fix it. There was no iron in the room, but I'm sure I could have borrowed one from the front desk. The beds were comfortable and everything else worked okay. The afternoon guy in the office was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is in a rougher part of town than anticipated -- hookers standing on the street nearby. The wooden walkway in front of the hotel room had been covered with a rubber-type material 20 years ago and is in bad condition. The hotel had an EXTREMELY worn out "welcome" mat in front of our door -- covering up the damaged rubber material covering the wooden walk way. The room was "non-smoking" but smell of smoke. The only real upside was the Hispanic cleaning lady who refreshed our room while we were out. She did a great job.

DO NOT stay at this motel. It is in a terrible area and very sketchy. Window in bathroom didn’t lock, stairs are broken. Room stinks and Its not just from smoke. They wouldn’t even let you in the front office because if THEIR safety. We didn’t around until after 1 am due to flight delays and felt stuck. This place needs to advertised as motel by the hour ONLY.

Very poor property, dirty and noisy with homeless people sleeping in front of it. It says breakfast included, but when you get there there is only expired cereal bars. No wifi coverage throughout the rooms. Would never come back again

The gentleman at the desk was nice. When we arrived at the property and checked in it was alright. He told us we were in the building across the street. We drove over there and there were people hanging around in the walkways drinking and smoking, the front windows of the room were bolted shut with brackets and the back window to the room was wide open, no screen, no lock just A STICK IN THE TRACK! There were stains on the beds and bedding, a substance in the drawers, and the electrical outsets had gaps in them leading to the other room. The part of town is not safe at all or recommend especially for people with children!

There were ants, insects on the tables and window panels. Pets hair on the floor, so poorly maintained property. Would never recommend a stay here. Not worth it. Waste of money with this website and this hotel

Just another tired, dirty motel. Even grandkids didn’t like it and couldn’t stop talking about how dirty the bathroom was.

My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Seattle North of Downtown was an absolute nightmare. My girlfriend and I discovered bed bugs in our room, which led to a terrible infestation in our home that we're still dealing with. We both suffered numerous bites, with my girlfriend getting bites all over her head and scalp, causing significant physical and emotional distress. To make matters worse, when I initially reported this to the hotel staff, they assured me that a refund would be processed through Expedia. However, when Expedia followed up, the hotel staff claimed to know nothing about our conversation and refused to issue a refund. This was deceitful and incredibly frustrating, as we were misled into believing that the issue would be resolved. The room itself was unclean, and the hotel staff were largely unavailable and unhelpful. This experience has been one of the worst I've ever had with a hotel. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice, as the conditions were deplorable, and the management seems to have no regard for the well-being of their guests. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very clean and comfortable room. The HVAC was noisy when it kicked on to cool the room, more than I would say is normal. The lighting around the mirrors was somewhat dim and my wife complained about this while applying makeup. I noticed same when shaving. The coffee makers that are being supplied in room which use the tea like bags for coffee are worthless. Might as well not have them available. The coffee available in the breakfast area was good with several different blends. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was clean, had good pillows! good water pressure in the shower...

The sink area was not clean. There are hairs left from a previous guest shaving at the sink. The microwave has Texas food all over inside, and the area around the mini fridge is dirty and grungy. There is crud in the corners and most of the crevices on the counters, the water faucet, and around the sink, as well as grunge in the tub. My big mistake was not booking a hotel earlier because of the holiday weekend. It’s a seedy area, and doesn’t feel very safe.

Bed was super comfortable, front desk staff was great.

Check in time is very rigid - we arrived 30 min before and the office was locked until 3pm. Room was very comfortable.

The noise was horrible next to a main road. The rooms were very noisey and staff was hard to find.

I've stayed here one other time. This time had same problem of no "regular" coffee with the coffee pot. Also, this room had a deep, "jetted" tub, that I was looking forward to trying out. The jets would not turn on, therefore, dysfunctional. The office staff was really friendly and the room itself was comfortable and clean.

There was a great breakfast and room was large and clean.

Feels a bit unsafe with all the homeless people and graffiti around. Lots 😁 f busy street traffic noise

I stayed 6 days without problem during biz trip. One thing I am wondering is,, Inn usually closes lobby until 3 PM? I got trunk from airport at 1 PM, door was closed, nowhere to go, went to cafe away from 20 minutes walk.

Please call Zach, we cancelled our stay and he agreed to refund our payment. The room assigned to us room#130 (see 1st 3 pics) was not cleaned and then the other room given #115 has a rug/cleaning cloth on the couch. Hence we decided to cancel.

I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!

The check-in clerk was not very friendly, but the check-out clerk was very nice. It is in pretty good shape, but in a very bad part of town.

Brandy is a gem!! From making herself available to me for an early check-in support me and my trip then to help me find my phone that I lost in an Uber shes the one who was able to contact Uber for me without me having my phone it was great! She really is an asset to your property!! She cares and is dedicated and you can't buy or train that great job Brandy!

Was treated like a bother by staff, I felt unsafe at property, peep hole plugged by paper so could not look out, cleaning just opened door in morning. Without waiting to see if occupied first I would not recommend to anyone ever

Was not located in safe place. Told them at time of check in I would only be staying one night. The hotel employee said he would refund the remaining two nights to my credit card. I waited three weeks and no refund. I tried calling several times and they always say they will get back to me and never do. I tried asking for names, and the male employee would not give me his name

Good service from the front desk staff. Super helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, good for a one night stay. Close to the zoo.

Location to buses is good. Not the best area of town. Room was clean and comfortable. All there was for breakfast was minimal. Coffee, juice and packaged pastries.

This hotel is fine and very affordable too. Conveniently located with just a short drive to Downtown Seattle, Ballard and other places.

This property is in a very unsafe location. Situated on a busy noisy main street. Area is filled with homeless people and very visible prostitutes all around. When we checked in the desk clerk was very rude and condescending. Yet the male customer that was right behind us got a vastly different welcoming. We had to move a very large cart to access our entrance way stairwell. Elevator was out of order. Ice machine was across a street on the other property of the Inn. Microwave was missing feet and was stabilized by a face cloth under it. Beds were horrible. Lumpy and uncomfortable. Will never stay here again and will warn people about this locations undesirability!! Stay away everyone!!!

Numerous shady characters around the area. But for the price days inn offered, I am happy with my choice. Just be ready to uber everywhere from the property for safety.

Clean, affordable and close the city center. Room was serviced each of our 4 day stay. Neighborhood is a bit edgy but that's just living in the big city. Safe enough for my wife ,teenage kids, and i to walk across the street after dark to an awesome taco cart. Would stay again.

Liked: well connected with Seattle downtown by local bus transportation. Lots of rooms to choose. Friendly and supportive staff. Not liked: though offered a breakfast but not lot of food choices like other wyndham hotels. Area around the hotel felt unsafe & shady with lots of people doing drugs. No grocery or medical shop near by in case there is an emergency. To Sea-Tac airport from hotel uber costed me $93 one way.

The food was Prepackaged hostess pastries when promised continental breakfast and only available for two hours, low quality brown fruit and bottled juice

We chose this property for the location. It wasn’t anything fancy but was clean and served its purpose. The continental breakfast wasn’t very good. They could have had some cold cereal and milk or yogurt but only offered packaged pastries and bananas. The coffee was good.

We’ve arrived to check-in and the agent there told us that they ran out of breakfast supplies, so there will be only apple pie, juice, coffee and tea for breakfast which supposed to be “breakfast included” !!!! She also told us that wifi signal will be very poor they’re working on some repairs, we went to the room and tried to connect to wifi and never connected, we had to use our phones “roaming”. The area also is unsafe especially for a family like us with young children, we saw a homeless women walking towards the hotel building doing something we don’t know what it is and the alarm system went off. It peeped for a while and the lady at the desk didn’t bother to come out to check so we called her and she was like oh yeah I can hear it but wasn’t sure where it’s coming from. No Wifi No breakfast UNSAFE Don’t waste your money, and you better find another place to stay in!

There was no breakfast. Mentioning this property as having breakfast is completely misleading. They had prepacked pastries and coffee. Even bananas were not there three days out of five. The property is in a shady area.

Bring your own breakfast and maybe a curtain. -The breakfast is NOT what the pictures show. They have a tiny fridge full of Sunny D and a few Apple juice, cheep box pies, little pastries/danishes and coffee. -Room 23 has an extra window by the bathroom/kitchenette area. They added a thin curtain for us after we complained but it never really gets dark in there.

It was absolutely horrible. Our worst in life. Was told to go 2nd floor with no elevator. Wifi doesn't work. Area not safe at all. SA s breakfast included but it was grab and go. No sit to eat.
